@[deleted] welcome to the Community! Assuming all the obvious issues, like making sure you're being invited with the correct email, have already been checked, there are two places this could be happening - on the sending side or the receiving side. If you're having the emails sent to a corporate account, I'd suggest…

Welcome to the Community, @Wolvie Tech Generally if you're looking for communication with external customers, you'd probably want a Jira Service Management project, rather than a Software project. It's set up to have an email channel that allows customers to create and reply to tickets via email, which then gets added to…

There's only one reason I can think of, and that's that the Epic was marked done (not via the ticket status, but in the Epic panel. The ticket may still show a status of Open (or something else), while the Epic Status is Done. For example, this epic is in the Open status: But if I click the colored arrow on it in the epic…

Glad you got it figured out! I somehow posted without including that final step of adding the action to the first rule.

Hi, @Logesh Shanmugam welcome to the Community! I'm not 100% sure I'm understanding, but it sounds like you want to create a page via automation and include the Jira macro in the page to display links to Jira issues. Is that correct? If so, I published an article last month about how to do this. You may need to adjust a…

If you're a Jira admin (not project admin) you should be able to force it for all users. Go to Settings -> Issues: At the top of the sidebar should be an option for New Issue View Transition. Click that, then use the toggle to set all users to the new view (ours has already been done so the toggles are grayed out.)

To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible, at least not natively. Perhaps there are plugins that would allow it. You might submit this as a suggestion to the Jira Service Management Cloud project on Atlassian's own Jira.

Ah, OK. Thanks for clarifying. There are a couple of ways you might be able to manage this. The first would be to set a field or label when it's assigned the first time, and use the existence/value of the field/label as a condition. The other option, which would be invisible to users, is to set an entity property on the…

@Sena Hunde welcome to the Community! The documentation you linked to is for Data Center and Server; the documentation for this feature in Cloud is here. However, I'm not seeing the option in our setup, either, so it looks like the documentation for Cloud is incorrect. I will loop in an Atlassian team member.

Hi, @Jimmy Martin Did you combine them for other reasons, or specifically to try to deal with the order of operations problem? If you don't have other reasons for needing the functionality to be in a single rule, I'd recommend separating them back out again. On the second rule (assign to agent) that has to run after the…

Hi, @Adam Linger welcome to the Community! Can you clarify which part isn't working? The Initiator is In condition is the one that will make sure it only runs on a comment if the commenter is in the Administrators group.

@[deleted] as you're now discovered, there isn't always a corresponding set of templates between company-managed and team-managed project types. There are reasons for that; templates designed as company-managed usually are more complex and require a Jira admin's knowledge to update and maintain; while team-managed projects…

The short answer is no. There are other ways to get a hierarchical view, but they rely on additional paid features/add-ons, and they're not native to the actual kanban/sprint board view. One option, if you have Premium, is using the Plans (advanced roadmaps) feature. It does a lot more than just allow a hierarchical view,…

Hi, @James Drake welcome to the Community! The simplest way for this to happen would be with an automation rule. Depending on your setup, it may require project admin permission to create. If you have access, go to Project Settings -> Automation. Depending on which template your project uses, how old it is, and whether you…

Ooh, that sounds fun, too. I'll join you after the small children laugh me off the slopes 😄

Reading in my hammock is my favorite way to relax. Of course, being Chicago, this is only an option about 3 months out of the year 😢
-
I'll be first in line for lessons!

And now I have the song in my head 😄

AMA - Ask Me Anything EAP - Early Access Program I'm pretty sure I registered in February; I don't know if community leaders were able to register earlier than others.
-
So far, you're the only one I've seen who submitted a talk this year! Congrats!

I've always loved Snarf from the 80's Thundercats. He's snuggly, fuzzy, and a caretaker.
-
I'm also curious about Compass.
-
Welp, looks like you're right! According to the keynote, if there is an in-person in 2022, it'll be in Vegas.
-
Awww, I didn't mean to burst your bubble 😟.
-
I watched the Trello AMA! We don't use Trello, and although I've used the leader boards, I can't say I really know much about it.
-
What was the surprise?! Did you get a new badge? I'm thisclose to a new one, too...

I'll update as things change, but I actually have bingo! Updated Friday:

Wow, what a beautiful island.
