Hi @Ajay Thakur Welcome to community! If the emails are going through for some but not others this sounds like users have setup filters on their mailboxes, if the users all work for the same company. I would recommend having those users work with the email team at the company If all users are not receiving email or all…

Hi @Humberto Gomes You are understanding this correctly. You can make these changes in the UI. When you go to the statuses page in the admin section, the order of the statuses there will determine how they show when using the ORDER BY operator. After reordering all the statuses depending on number sometimes reindexing can…

Hi @Ashwathy.Pillai Welcome to community. At a very top level I would recommend that you use different issue types so they can have different workflows. However that doesn't mean they should have different statuses. The nomenclature you are talking about should be what teams use to define their columns, but on the back end…

Hi @Kris Moorman Welcome to community! Are you able to login to both? If you are able to have two I would imagine they aren't company managed so in your profile (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility) you should be able to change one to be your personal email and the other your work email. That's…

Hi @Russ Luzetski Welcome to community! Its not something you can natively change, you would need to build something through forge. or alternatively find a new skin like Refined: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221322/refined-for-confluence-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview Best, Clark

Hi @Patrick Welcome to community! Are you doing this for backup migration purposes? If so i would recommend looking at some tools in marketplace meant for lower environment migrations I would not recommend automating exports to CSVs or XML as any download of information from a confluence instance isn't going to be…

Hi @david.schranz Welcome to Community! This seems to be a limitation on the ios side that is known: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-play-embedded-mp4-videos-on-ipad-or-iphone-in-confluence-305037325.html Best, Clark
-
Hi @chintan parikh I would recommend reaching out to Copado support as the limitation is coming from their tool and their connector. I would imagine they've worked with other customers to resolve this. Normally you will get the best support from the vendor of the tool. Best, Clark
-
Hi Jerome, Welcome to Community! How are you hosting? Are you using an on premise version of Confluence or Cloud? Depending on that, it is going to change the process. Best, Clark

Hi @Jeff Welcome to community! Sorry this is the first experience bringing you here Do you have other users in your trello? Trello is a per user billing, so if you have other users in your workspace they maybe using it outside that workspace generating a charge. Regardless I have escalated this to Atlassian to reach out to…
-
Hi @Isikyus It does not appear so. You can view the list here: https://blog.trello.com/trello-keyboard-shortcuts-infographic That would be a good one though!
-
Hi Adam, As that post points out, that's not possible. Only admins can do it, it isn't something that can be enabled. Atlassian removed this function from Cloud for Jira due to the security risk and their need to comply with things like SOC2, NIST etc.

Hi Rohini, Welcome to Community. Reading your question I am not sure there is enough information to help out. Test plans are not a native feature of Jira so what or how are you creating them? Are you using a third party app? If so which one? Any information you are able to give can help users better aid you. If using a…

Hi Simon, Welcome to community! If you haven't already feel free to introduce yourself in the Welcome Center! I would imagine this is because there is no Trello apple watch app, thus the app isn't authorized to make these changes. However, I would recommend asking this question also on Apple's Community, as the Shortcuts…

Hi Lucy, There isn't really a difference between complexity. However the advantage is if you are limited in the number of power-ups you are allowed you get more from the automation then from one off power-ups. One off power-ups are designed for a specific purpose to make something really easier. Where as Butler is designed…

Hi @Adam Stuchlík Welcome to community! For Jira you have to be an admin I would also highly recommend speaking to your security team if your instance has external users. It maybe better to not show emails at all. Showing emails in confluence or jira can be considered a security risk. So you want to make sure you are…
-
Hi @C S Seshagiri Welcome to community! If I am understanding correctly you want a query that can find all stories that do not contain any sub-tasks Natively this is not possible, you would need a app like scriptrunner or JQL Booster Pack…
-
Hi @rindel I wasn't referring to the same space. Do users in other spaces have the same issues? If not I would still delete them all from the space and then add them back. Best, Clark
-
Hi @Marian Hlaváček I would like to ask a wider question? Why do you want to do this? This is actually against the agile manifesto and what story points are really supposed to be for. Story points are really supposed to be tracked based on the team level, not the individual level. And teams are supposed to have a shared…

Hi @Eric Lynch Welcome to community! If you are using issue collector to gather feedback from both internal and external and unlicensed users, you are unable to use the reporter field. The issue collecter is really meant to be there as a general way to submit feedback, but is only there if needed. It generally isn't…
-
Hi @rindel Welcome to community! I would recommend a site admin remove the user and then re-add them back to the space to see if that works. If that doesn't work have the user try via an incognito window with a new sign in to sign if it's a caching issue. If that doesn't work I would recommend reaching out to other space…

You can modify the JQL to meet your needs, so depends on what you are looking for. Mine will do the entire column but was just an example. JQL is highly flexible.

Hi Tobias, It's a bit convulted I agree but as outlined in a post from a few years ago this should work: * Add from Status A to status C transition name: Approved * From the diagram-editor Add from Status C to Status C by reuse transition of point 1. * Delete the transition from point 1. * Add new transition From Status A…

Hi @Pooja Sree I would recommend you reach out to your org admin if you are not one. However if you are then you can lookup if those two users have accounts in your system. If they do not you would need to make them accounts before doing the CSV import, which is most likely the cause for the error Best, Clark

Hi @Katarzyna Markiewicz Welcome to community! There are a few ways to do this. As boards are just a view into a filter you could change the board filter and exclude the last status in the Done column from the filter. I would recommend doing this via quick filters though and making a toggle based filter under Board(top…

Hi Rebecca, If your goal is to use Jira for the long term I actually would highly recommend not depending on sub-tasks to this level. Sub tasks have a lot of limits, they are really meant to just be a checklist of a parent issue. If you are depending on them for actual work I would suggest making all the sub tasks tasks as…

Hi @Maria Lorena Welcome to community! Natively there is no such functionality. You maybe able to create something using scriptrunner. There also maybe apps that do something similar. I found this app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217318/inbox-in-app-notifications-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview But not…

Hi @Shashank Shivam Welcome to community! In all honesty most users of this community are going to be Jira users. For support of an entirely different platform, this wouldn't generally be the best place. I personally would say use Jira for as much as possible For cost comparison generally you would need to do that…
-
Hi @Amr Hamza (Legacy) As org admin that doesn't grant you site admin. It's a completely separate permission more for billing purposes. So what you are saying is true. I would recommend if you are the overall Jira admin to have site admin in all the systems. As long as permissions are setup properly, site admin in cloud…

Hi @Syed Javeed Ahammad There is not because watchers do not become a thing until an issue is created. Without the issue number saved to the system the idea of watchers doesn't exist yet. Best, Clark
