There are Jira Add-Ons for CRM and ERP. However, I would recommend sticking with one of the bigger ones. Salesforce has good integrations with Atlassian: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214214/connector-for-salesforce-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview That add on is signed off on by both Atlassian and Salesforce In…

What have you had your users try? Have they tried incognito windows or private browsers? Are their browsers updated? If it works in incognito, they should reset their cache and cookies. You should also have them make sure they are on the latest version of their web browsers. Also, do any of the pages that have issues have…

I will say if you are comfortable with open source I do not recommend making these on your own, it's a lot of work and people have done it. If you care about privacy then script them yourself.

@DMB please see my other post you can do this with Siri
-
Are you using an iPhone or Android? If using an iPhone, you can do this via Siri with Shortcuts. Shortcuts you create your own command for how to tell it to access Trello ("Hey Siri Create Trello" etc). This works while driving as well.…

Do you have any conditions in that transition?
-
Externally you could create a domain redirect if it’s that important but I wouldn’t overthink it
-
Where are you importing from? Server to cloud or cloud to cloud? If server which version do you have?
-
Yes this is accurate. You need to have the resolution field set in order for the report to work. this is one way to do it. Another is to use a transition screen https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/map-a-screen-to-a-workflow-transition-in-jira-server-720634253.html You would use a post function as you outlined if the…

Try this for the email issue
-
So via notification scheme that won’t work in most cases: A single email address notification will only be sent if the issue is publicly viewable (as the email address of a non-Jira user could be specified, in which case a security check is not possible). Publicly viewable issues are issues which have a Permission scheme…
-
Are you trying to set the resolution from the workflow or from the automation? Whichever one you did maybe also try doing the other. If in the automation that you haven’t done it for have that be the first action to complete
-
When you say your notification settings are you referring to your notification scheme? If so, if your Jira isn’t public the send via email address in notification schemes won’t work. You’ll need to set the automation for Jira to send the email in that case or make your IT inbox a user inside Jira. Automation is the easier…
-
How is the automation set? And are their workflow triggers that set fields? I would check the automation and possibly share that as well. the only other place based on what I see is the workflow itself. This automation seems to trigger a transition change to closed. It appears that resolution is set to do something(which…

@mentions are separate. As long as a user has view access to an issue, if they are @mentioned they will be notified as the message is set to direct to them. It's not a bug but there are other posts on this matter. Depending on the add-ons you have you maybe able to disable them…
-
Check your personal notification settings too if notifications are off here you won’t get them https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/
-
Why wouldn’t you want to link it to single sign on? There really isn’t a way to do it without some type of authentication or directory binding also confluence doesn’t have roles like their job roles. Users have to setup their own profile. The only roles in confluence are user or admin
-
No, it needs a macro of some kind if using Cloud. If using Data Center you can embed html so there are sites you can embed.
-
What are you trying to do with it? Are you trying to setup a task list if so trello. You can also use checklists in your tasks and automate repeat tasks if you’re trying to setup project boards and you a run a real estate business then using Jira cloud and using next gen will give you similar benefits to trellis. However…
-
we know that the add on has permission otherwise the transition wouldn't go through. What I am suggesting is try adding to that project role "Automation for Jira" specifically to see if it then shows up as Automation for Jira rather than anonymous user. Go to the project, and go to roles and add "Automation for Jira" to…
-
you can confirm this by checking project permissions add-ons need to have access in project level permissions to be able to run properly. which is why I suggested you have it act upon a user you know works…
-
If automation for Jira doesn’t have permissions to transition issues it may not be able to. If you have transition issue permissions test that out by setting it to yourself and see if you get the desired result
-
Hi Prasad, this is possible but you would need an add on like scriptrunner or Jira Misc Custom Fields For scriptrunner there are some other posts on how to go about doing this: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Adaptavist-questions/Can-Scriptrunner-calculate-the-number-value-of-a-custom-field/qaq-p/710495
-
in the automation for jira who do you have set as the person initiating the automation? is it blank? if so that would be it and you should set it as a user in jira. it should be under the then step I believe
-
if you have automation for Jira you can do this. That would be easiest. You would need a numeric custom field if statement would be if issue field is >40 then set approval to yes or something along those lines. you could technically also do it via workflow but it’s harder to edit later
-
The best way to do this is with script runner https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Count-number-of-reported-issues-based-on-Epic-Link/qaq-p/747886 you could also have an epic that ties all these features in and shows total count, though epics are designed to close eventually…
