Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the community. To bulk change after doing a filter search, or any search for that matter you would click the 3 dots in the top right. If you do not see the option then you should ask your admin to provide you global permissions or ask them to do it depending on why they disabled it for you.…
-
Hi @Moyukh Mukherjee Admin access isn't what controls this. Each permission is independent of one another. Do you have the permissions for "Restrictions"? If not you won't be able to apply it. If this occurs in a certain space, I would also see if you can restrict pages in your personal space or if you get the same error.…

Also do what @John Funk suggested below and make sure the workflow has been published and there is no draft button. If you are unsure feel free to take a screenshot fo that too for us to see.
-
@philip_mayer the instructions should work for any kind of workflow, columns get set the same regardless. Can you take a screenshot of what you see when you click on Board-> Configure->Columns. I think that could help troubleshoot. Best, Clark
-
Hi @philip_mayer , Welcome to the community. To configure the statuses you need to go to the column section of board configuration. Once there on the right hand side you should see the unmapped statuses and you just drag them to the appropriate column.…

Hi @Marina Peralta Olano , welcome to the community. Unfortunately this isn’t a feature confluence has natively. There are some third party apps that do this like approvals for confluence: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216387/approvals-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview now without using an app, you would…

Hi @Jason G Nagle , Welcome to the community! The best place to post jobs in the community is in the Jobs and Careers section: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jobs-Careers/gh-p/JobsCareers I am also familiar with TekSystems as a few friends work there. If you are on Slack there are a few Slack communities that could…

Anytime @André Gontijo If that answer helps you out please mark it as the accepted answer so others can more easily find it in the future! Have a great weekend! Clark

Hi @André Gontijo , Thanks for reaching out! If people are added as a guest of a board they are not charged. However, if they are added as n Observer to more than one board you will be charged. Or if they are a member of a Team defined in your business class you will be charged. In theory, a board can have as many guests…

@Josefin Bengtsson I would suggest submitting a ticket to Atlassian. In Cloud and Data Center/Server environments, any issues like that are on the backend, however for Cloud Atlassian handles it where in Data Center your company or a vendor would be handling it. Best, Clark

The reason I would not recommend it is scalability. Starting out, using one project is fine, however with the multitude of things you are tracking and having previously worked at a Start Up(that's actually where most of my knowledge was developed), I know how quickly they grow. With that said, the constant growth of…

Hi @[deleted] , Welcome to the Community! There's a few ways to do this depending on your needs and how you thing projects in the company would scale. If the company is new to Jira however, I highly recommend hiring an Atlassian Partner https://www.atlassian.com/partners The reason I suggest this is they can help you guys…

Hi pamela, Welcome to the Community! No, the board will still be there. However, the advanced features like automations etc will disable. I believe you can have one add on but will need to re-enable it. Honestly, I strongly recommend learning Butler as regardless what you are using Trello for it helps immensely. That would…

Hi Olof, I would agree with John here. And then I would provide the feedback based on the requests and the categories etc you can break it off into other service desks later if the one becomes too overwhelming or they want more people/teams to be in the service desk. Usually with a service desk, once people see the…

are you the overall jira admin? whoever is the overall admin should be the one to follow the above steps not the user
-
Hi Dilas, Welcome to the community! Are you just trying to add them to project or to all of Jira? Before they can see anything the user would need to be in the jira-user account. If it's for a project, create an issue in the project->Go to the Permissions Scheme and click Permissions Helper…

Hi @Glenn Rice , If the above article doesn't work for you, you can also reach out to Atlassian Support and they can delete the data. Best, Clark

Hi Stacey, if it’s not something you are looking to learn yourself you would probably want to look at the partners: https://www.atlassian.com/partners If you’re looking to learn yourself there’s a lot of trainings made by Atlassian. https://www.atlassian.com/university/training the community is great for finding answers to…

Hi Amit, Welcome to the Community! When you go to edit a page there is a checkbox to click to prevent watchers from being notified about changes. Uncheck that and people won't be notified. For other notifications this is on a per user basis…

Hi Wasim, Have you tried using automation for this? It would probably be easier than making an advanced workflow. You maybe limited from doing this by using a free plan regardless of the method you do. The free plan is pretty limited. Best, Clark

This is fantastic! I have been helping many with these tools at my organization!
-
Hi Anita, Welcome to the community! It usually isn't recommended to delete an account. By deleting an account, anywhere the persons name is will be removed, preventing future troubleshooting and in some cases fixing permissions. The recommended thing to do would be to deactivate them. This way you won't be charged for them…

Hi Cole, Welcome to the community! Have you tried the permissions helper? This should give you input on why the user doesn't have acces: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ Best, Clark

Hi Sam, do you have you’re users linked via a directory? Also have they tried logging into start.atlassian.com? you more than likely need to collect the list of users having issues and submit a ticket to Atlassian. But if they also can’t login to start.Atlassian.com it helps narrow down account overall vs application…

Unless this changed in a more recent update, you can’t. the easiest way to do it is have 2 browser windows over and start a template then copy and paste the template over.

Ask a question is when you have a specific year Jon, like what you just asked. And you hope for there to be a straightforward answer that you can then tag as an answer to help others put that may have the same answer Discussuon is more open ended. Like asking the community how they do things. While company A may do…

No they need to be added or invited to the card by either a tech or someone else who is on the ticket already. though it is possible to add a user to a ticket when responding via email from the user side. However they need to be cc’d in some way on the actual ticket. Forwarding the ticket then having them respond won’t…

Premium analytics provides a lot more details and makes it visible to all users. Otherwise you would need an add on. You as an admin can put a ticket into Atlassian and they may provide that information to you.

What have you tried so far? Just a different browser? Have you made sure you’re on the latest version of the browsers and tried them in private browsing mode? Is this occurring for specific users or for your instance as a whole? Even for multiple users many people don’t upgrade their web browsers so I would still check…

You maybe able to do this by an add-on such as automation for Jira, however restricting by component is not something you can do via workflow. So 2 recommendations: Make a different issue type with it's own approval workflow or do an automation. Theres a few ways to do this in automation for Jira. Mine below is only one of…
