@Elin Stömberg I'm thinking you mean sharing an Atlassian Analytics dashboard to a customer? We don't have that capability atm but it is an ask we've heard a few times. Follow this ticket for more details as we evaluate. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-48?orderby=votes+DESC%2C+priority+DESC%2C+updated+DESC

Hopefully @Tracy Chow answer will address this. We will continue to update the docs. This was a new release just last week by Tableau.
-
HI @Alp Erguney we don't have that data in the Lake as yet but are working on getting it. You can watch this ticket here for it and we will keep you updated on when we will have it. https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/ANALYTICS/issues/ANALYTICS-20 Regards, Ben from the Atlassian Analytics team.
-
HI @Mateusz Szumski can you explain more what you mean with 2 different measures in the same column issue field value?
-
Note for customers using these tables and the 3 hourly cycle time you will see updates in those tables roughly every 3 hours. If you make a data change in Jira that just missed the cycle kickoff then it will be picked up in the next 3 hour cycle. This would see the elapsed time from that change to reflecting in the lake…

Thanks for the feedback @Dave Mathijs it would be great to have if possible but it would require quite a bit of work to setup and maintain. Apart from the Atlassian Analytics demo system we need a big enough set of data in Jira that we also need to maintain and keep fresh. But we'll keep it on our radar. If your company is…

To clarify, we are exploring how we can bring some new capabilities powered by Atlassian Analytics into Product for other editions to use. The Atlassian Analytics full custom reporting suite and Data Lake will remain only available for the foreseeable future to those Enterprise Edition customers.
-
Thanks for your clarification @Dave Mathijs we are bringing some uplift from our investments in Chartio to address the current in-product reporting and dashboards. Stay tuned :)
-
Hi @Dave Mathijs thanks for your response. The Data Lake and Atlassian Analytics is a significant investment which is why its in Enterprise Edition. Do you think customers who aren't eligible for Enterprise edition would like the opportunity to purchase it separately?
-
@sierra tiktas the team is working on bringing that data into the data lake at the moment. So stay close to the community announcements it will be coming this quarter.
-
Hi @piotr.x.zyrek can you please raise a support ticket for the team to be able to assist you more directly, so don't debug a SQL connection in the open :) Regards, Ben
-
Thanks for the hint @Karin van Driel :) tagging @Inder Singh
-
@Adam Nichols (DISH) we've implemented the lake to follow an analytical permissions model rather than the product permission model as we support Multi-Product, Multi-Instance analytics and it would be near impossible to achieve if we layered in the product permissions. That being said we are going to implement JQL as a…
-
Hi @habib rahman it is included with your Enterprise Edition Jira Software/Service Management license. There is no additional cost to use it. If you are an org admin then just go to the product store and provision it to get started. We are still in Beta and would love your feedback. Feel free to reach out with any…

The product is not available on Prem, if you are working with on Prem customers exclusively, yes continue working with apps like Eazy BI to solve this for them. As a partner / consultant if you work with the Atlassian Partner team you may be able to get access to a cloud license for you to use/demo Analytics to customers…
-
Hi @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ Atlassian Analytics is only available at this time in our Cloud offering for Enterprise Edition customers.
-
Thanks @Krzysztof Achinger we are working to have that data added, we understand the table is incomplete without it.
-
@Esther Strom we are working on that right now and expect to have the Sprint data in the Lake and tested likely in June.
-
Hi @Esther Strom we wanting to add usage data into the lake in time yes. Intially we were looking at the data that powers Admin hub around product usage and login information but we'll have a look at product specific usage like ticket views, filter usage etc and come back to you.
-
Hi Aneu yes happy to set up a call check your emails there should be a link in there to be able to book a call.
-
@Dorothy Krajewski the initial lake schema does not have any preset calculations but that should be trivial for which ever BI tool you would like to connect to perform such a roll up. @Ankur Bhargava Takeda we would be more than happy to get on a call and discuss this with you. If you'd like to send us a message…
-
@Gorka Puente _Appfire_ I'll email you to discuss.
-
@Boris Berenberg - Atlas Authority for EAP all data from the instance will flow into the lake including any sensitive projects. Customers would then need to gate access to the BI tool using that token. We know there are some customers that will need more granular control on the Lake data and we are looking at a number of…
-
Boris initially with EAP permissions are only applied on the 'access' level not at the data level. In talking to customers many said they would apply permissions to the reports and dashboards created from the data and additional granularity wasn't immediately required for some use cases. We will look to providing more…

Ooops done thanks @Neeraj

Thanks for the feedback Jimi. We have no ill intentions here. The free edition is designed to be a new edition for small teams getting started with Jira. For those wanting the full power of Jira Standard Edition for a small team they can still purchase the Starter License for Standard Edition. On the pricing page if you…
-
Hi @jimi I am PM for Jira Software free edition. We launched our free edition back in September last year and tens of thousands of small teams have enjoyed a product for free which is has almost all the power of the paid edition. The only differences are advanced permissions, audit logs and a 2gb storage limit, and given…
-
Hey @Corey_Tabb the Permission based solution has been available for many years, and we have been upfront that nothing beyond that was officially on our roadmap. That being said I understand that is not a full solution and acknowledge this feature request has been around for a frustratingly long period of time. We are…
-
We have plenty of questions we can ask @cindi.baker :)
-
You would need to check with your Admin for which edition you are on. We will provide an update on the timeline early next year for when it will be available. In the meantime we are keen to talk to anyone who is open to it to get your feedback on Archiving beyond the use case of 'hiding and not deleting dormant projects.…
