Hi @sandeep balanagu There is some documentation out for this: Cloud version of jira - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/integrate-jira-software-cloud-with-jenkins-972355471.html If the same general steps above don’t work for Server version - there is an…

Yes, cloud version has a confluence-admin group. See this for global permission overview: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/global-permissions-overview-724765488.html#GlobalPermissionsOverview-Confluencesitepermissions

This has already been answered here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Search-and-show-all-tickets-that-have-attachments/qaq-p/330678 From that page use the following JQL: project = "projectName" AND NOT attachments is EMPTY
-
The dotted line I think is just identifying the content section. See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-layouts-columns-and-sections-275188613.html if that is not the case, can you provide screenshots of what your are seeing? Might help to understand the issue more clearly.

The obvious pro for keep all levels in a single project is just that “ it’s all in one place/project”. We have projects In our instance that have done it both ways. Some have even gone as far as having one project for initiatives, one project for Epics, and the multiple team level projects. One advantage that way is that…

try making the summaries in the csv null. Keep the column, just leave the values empty. I have had better success that way. Also the log doesn’t say anything specific about “issue updated” but when you go look at the actual issue, the fields are updated.
-
Glad I could help!

Does the user have a service desk agent license? Not just a Jira license. Also look at your permissions for assignable users. if all else fails, if you are a Jira admin you can go to any issue and use the permission helper to see what is blocking a given user from being able to be assigned an issue

You will have to use PUT and send the new description in the data. https://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucket-server/rest/5.16.0/bitbucket-rest.html#idm8287366304 try setting the description on the front end and then do the standard get and see if the description field is listed in that response. If it is then the above should…
-
Just change the link to the version of Bitbucket you are on to get a more precise list
-
Check this page for the rest end points and what you can update: https://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucket-server/rest/5.16.0/bitbucket-rest.html I was able to write code to update the repo name so I’m sure there is an endpoint for the description

One option is to create a Knowledge Base, give access to the client, use it as your user manual. You can also print out the whole space from space settings -> Content Tools
-
the Startup scripts are in runtime directory under the bin directory. I think it is called start-bitbucket.sh

I agree with @Jack Brickey above, I think the issue then is to remove the statusCategory part of the filter and then auto set the resolution or add a pop up to give the user the ability to set the resolution as part of the "done" transition in the workflow. This should clear up the issue with "Done" issues still showing in…
-
Its the same filter. There is not one for backlog and another for the actual board.
-
If you have script runner, it has a built in query function for hasSubtasks. It looks like this: "project = ABC and issueFunction in hasSubtasks()" It will return on parent level issues that have subtasks
-
You could just change the filter for the board/backlog to remove closed/resolved/done issues with "...AND statusCategory not in (Done)"
-
You may have to delete the user with the issue and recreate it. Does the logs show anything?
-
Awesome! Glad I could help!

Yes, you have to use a username and password that has access to Confluence. Also, you need to make sure the domain is correct and you shouldn't need the port. So, if your companies url to Confluence is mybigcompany.com then that is all you need then add the "/rest/api..." so , it would be something like this: curl -u…

If you change the name of the status under Admin -> Issues -> Statuses, then yes it will affect the way it appears on the other workflows. If you go to add a status to your workflow, (<Workflow> -> Edit -> Add Status) and you start typing the name of an existing status, you will be able to use it in your workflow. All of…
-
@Jose Sepulveda So if I read the screenshots and your description correctly, the first screenshot is the order the issues are created, the second is the workflow for issue B, and the last is the transition for issue A? Does the logs show anything when these issues are created? One thing you might be able to do is create a…
-
Did you set the new page as the home page under space tools? IF not, that would be the first thing I would try. Next, I would look at the order of the pages and orphanded pages under the Content Tools. Make sure the new page is at the top of the list and is not orphaned.
-
I don't see a screenshot but in general to get fields in the date section they: * have to be a date type custom field or standard field * add the field to the View Issue operation in the project settings -> Screens
-
You could set up issue security for your project and set a security level but, that would make an issue inaccessible for anyone not in the security level. You could also look at script runner behaviors to lock down the fields to only you and the other managers.

If you are using Jira Server and you change the license count, you will have to get a new license for your plugins. If you stay at the same license user count, I don't think you have to renew the plugins at the same time, they should remain at the same renewal date.

@Oliver Drehmann (Antarus) Please don't forget to accept my answer if it works out for you
-
No Problem, Please don't forget to accept my answer if it works out for you
-
Not that I know of but, if you have script runner you may be able to write a groovy script to just wait.

No. Since attachments can be anything (pictures, word docs, spreadsheets, PDFs, logs, etc.) and the attachments are just stored in the file system, there is no feasible way currently to parse each attachment in the file system. Jira would have to open each file in the appropriate program to open it and then search the…
