You have to be an jira system admin and * go to Administration -> User Management * Search for the user you want to delete * select the three dots on the right side * Select Delete User

Hello @Jim Sola ! Welcome to the community! Not 100% sure about any way to have a default workflow status name specifically for customers unless you make the actual workflow status the default but, this will show on the Service Management side as well (what agents see). As for the documentation, here are some of my go to…

Hi @Alex Villafranca and welcome to the community! Can you check the main page and see if the include page macro is inside any formatted sections? Inside a header or where the text before and after the include page macro is bolded? Just throwing out things to try.

@Trudy P Claspill , I totally agree that anonymous access is risky and the best, most secure way is to add the customers as licensed users. But, that can get expensive. I was just thinking that if @John M. Meloche grants the Jira side permission to the customers and allows anonymous access to a specific Conf space that…

Hello, I think it is possible but have not tried it myself. Please check this documentation page from Atlassian for the Bitbucket to Slack Integration. Look specifically at the "Pull Request" and "Tag" sections. You may need to tag personal PRs and get notifications that way. Hope this helps!

Hi and welcome to the community! A quick search on other Q&A's, I found this link. Does this answer your question or do you need more breakdown? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Difference-between-Deactivating-a-user-and-revoking-Application/qaq-p/667088

Hi, There is a really good 4 part series from CPrime on Jira Align reporting that mentions trends and metrics. See if this helps. https://www.cprime.com/resources/blog/the-power-of-team-level-reporting-in-jira-align-part-1-of-4/

This could be an issue on either end (Jira or Slack). Just for general reference, here is the integration documentation from Atlassian. It might help triage the issue. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-for-slack/

Hello, I found this related question that might help. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Need-to-export-all-attachments-from-a-single-Project-JIRA-Cloud/qaq-p/717930

Have you tried creating a space in confluence and setting the permissions to allow anonymous access? The customers could then view the space and the pages within. The other side is the customers would need to have Jira project Browse Projects permission.
-
Personally, I prefer the revoke access method. Deleting the customer from the project will remove all their history association. Revoking access just removes their ability to interact with the project but keeps the history intact.
-
You need to look at the custom fields and look to see if you have multiple "select" fields with the same name and/or same type.

Wow! Awesome! Welcome to all the new leaders! You're going to love it! I love seeing our community expanding!!!!

Looks at the LDAP permissions for the user directory in Jira, you can set it to read/write

Unfortunately, the Customers and Organizations are Jira Service Desk specific. They cannot be added to non-SD projects. Jira is kind of misleading since you can update the Organizations field context and add the field to a screen but, they will not show up.
-
@Tony Montana Is this for a Software project or Service Desk project? If it is a Service Desk project, look at the automation rules. Otherwise if you have Script Runner, you can create a listener for the issue updated event.
-
What type of field is severity? Also, try adding it as customfield_##### instead of severity. Might be a typo in how it is listed in Jira.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- so who is the Author at least????

@Melanie Rogers I know this has been a good while back but, do you have an example of the Javascript you used and how you set the Behaviour?
-
@Brian Sweet make sure the following: * You are using the admin External system import, not the end user Import from CSV * check the date format for the system and field. They have to match

When you manually create a new issue for that project, on the Jira side (not through the portal), is "Request access ERP or change security privileges" and option for issue type and is "Critical - Business outage or significant customer impact" an option for the Urgency field? Just because the JQL Editor can find them,…

2 questions: * are you a system admin? You will need to be an admin to be able to add post functions and listeners, as well as adjusting the notification scheme * do you have an add-on that will provide the workflow post function email functionality?
