Thanks or sharing @Abby Stiris It is great to see additional visual improvements that have come to JWM to enable business teams to be more productive.

While I am thrilled of the news that the new reporting will be coming for assets, limiting who has access to it to Jira and site admins defeats the purpose as often your asset managers are not Jira or site admins. This may be a temporary thing but I'd love to see this reporting go available to asset admins/project admins…

Minus the status lozenge colours not matching as @Dave Mathijs correctly pointed out (think this is a genuine concern as users who are scanning are not going to see things in a way they are used to and is standard in every other aspect), this is really good to see improvements to the Jira macros. It is much needed and…

Hey @Avinoam This is great to hear that the validation is here. I think this will help users get their CQL right first time. I'm looking forward to seeing all of the future improvements with A4C & CQL :)

Interesting. I have signed up and cannot wait to find out more about this topic.

Great news. I can see a load of teams getting more use on this. There are usually so many additional little tidbits of information teams need to capture. This will make it much easier in Atlas to display them.
-
Great to see these improvements come to fruition. Seeing the rule flow larger and with clearer lines should really help debug any errors we see.
-
Great to see another trigger implemented in A4C. Thanks for letting us know about this @Avinoam
-
This will definitely speed up a few users workloads, especially for admins who (me) have missed the shortcuts from server.

It is great to hear this has come to Confluence. When you think of other applications editors, handling images was always a struggle for Confluence so I am sooo happy to share this news out.

Great to see automation being made more visible to users within Confluence. I often hear from users that its a "oh I have never seen it so assumed it couldn't be done". I hope the contextual comments help present to users just how much more could be done with some automation.
-
Great work @Avinoam as always. Love to see A4C getting the focus. The triggers are much needed, especially the task one. The actions are great too. Seeing things expand into the newer functionality within Confluence around page status, owner etc will be great. I have now been able to automate bulk space permission changes…

The long awaited missing scheme from server is coming to cloud!!!!
-
YEESSS @Avinoam Love what you and the team are doing on this. Improving the automation between the two applications is vital and enabling custom fields for better data transfer is perfect.
-
@[deleted] I think you may want to take a look at this.
-
Thanks for sharing @Avinoam, I see a big use coming from when new tasks are created, when the future triggers on page statuses are updated etc. In regards to the field types now available. When will custom fields be available etc?
-
@Avinoam WOW! This was a great thing to see this morning. Thank you very much for sharing the news with us all. I'm loving to see some of the stuff we spoke about come through and continue to develop the automation engine within Confluence. QQ - We spoke about the CQL to also run other similar triggers. Are these available…

I think the import functionality is a much needed to help any transition into JWM. So happy to see this & the saved filters is great.
-
I'm looking forward to seeing more around this feature. I think being able to share our work externally easier will be great.
-
Thanks for sharing this information @Erin Jensby It's great to be able to see these regular updates for our DC environments.

Hi @Terri Booker While I cannot say for certain right now you may want to look at the issue link type name. When using the JQL for linked issues you can either search for the whole link type of the specific inward or outward link type. While I doubt it you may be searching the name of the link type rather then the…

Hi @Administrator With cases like this you may want to look to Atlassian support or at least the audit log to see if there was any additional information as to why it failed. If all the files aren't corrupt and are in the right formats etc. then I think this may be your only route.
-
Hi @Hossam Elrefaey Depending on the severity of the issue will depend on the SLA given to the ticket. However, since it is a weekend Atlassian will also be on reduced staff so likelihood your ticket will not be looked at until Monday at the earliest. With this type of error the only way to have it resolved is with…

Hi @berry Welcome to the community. If you are wanting a single place in order to 'manage' or atleast understand a project by numbers I'd create a dashboard with Gadgets. If you want to extend the dashboard gadget options. I'd take a look at Custom Charts by Tempo. @Big Chris Cooke would be able to help you on this. I have…

All booked in. Look forward to the chat :)

Hey @Talib Usmani It is absolutely possible to import comments and attachments via a CSV import. With comments and attachments, each one needs to be in its own column in order to show as separate comments. Attachments also have to be able to be accessed by Jira so often need to be on a publicly accessible server. You can…

Hey @Melisa Wong Anyone can sign up for a free tier of any cloud product. If you go to the relevant product page on atlassian.com you'll be able to try free.

Hi Ankur, Unfortunately a pop up message in not possible with native automation. There is however the automations tab when viewing an issue that shows you all automations that have run and the status when run. It is quite handy when trying to figure out if there were any issues.
-
Hi @Akakiy Zilbirshtein Short answer is yes. You would set up the boards to run on a similar filter and then only set up the columns you want with the final column on board one overlapping with board two so an issue is always visible. The long answer is your workflow sounds far too long and NEEDS to be addressed. 15…

Hi @Steve Huffman An easy thing we could do is create an automation rule that grabs the parents summary etc. I wouldn't recommend adding the parent summary to the child summary. You may find it better to add into an additional field. You can use the automation smart values to then auto gain this information.
