Also @Ree Kent I know we spoke at Team on this but I just want to understand a little more. Even though my different certs have different dates they all use the "same" renewal cycle. So as long as I complete a cycle then all of them get renewed? Is this just an Atlassian admin thing in regards to ticking an activity…

This is brilliant news. The only thing I am slightly disappointed in is that Atlassian events like high velocity & Team etc are still capped at one. For those of us lucky to go to a couple, it would be nice to see all of these counting and not just one. Other then that. Great news @Ree Kent I'm so glad this is finally out…

Brilliant news team. Keep up the hard work 🍾🍾

@Avinoam Great to see another trigger type. I definitely see users vesting more in the second example over the first. We already do something similar in Slack so being able to do something with Confluence around what goes where and who to speak to etc could be really cool. The reason I don't necessarily think we would do…

Brilliant work. Massive improvement rather then having to know CQL to do the conditioning of the issue. Love the work team. I would love to see additional searching options come around Statuses, updates, attachments, authors etc in the future but brilliant work.
-
Brilliant news. Really like to see that automation is going across the entire area of Confluence. Great work team!!!
-
YESSSS @Avinoam Exactly what we have been talking about. Great to see the conditions of view being able to be brought into rule.
-
Brilliant work @Avinoam Being able to always have whiteboards created under X circumstances is brilliant. Especially around retros or large project planning.
-
Hi @Avinoam Great to see some of the data classification stuff coming through. I can definitely see the later half of your post being the most useful. Always assigning spaces X classification unless overridden. Or if status y is set change classification etc. Great work!!!
-
Hey @Avinoam - this is great news and I love the step you are making here. Are you planning on expanding on the page analytics? Thinking around last viewed date etc. The way we would then be able to handle archiving of information would be greatly improved.
-
@Avinoam Love the sound of this. Definitely making me think about things we have and want to do. What sort of AI actions can we enable right now. Page editing, creation of actions etc?
-
@John Hooper Again this is brilliant to hear continued development in helping us understand where & what people are searching for. It is also really good to hear about the space level version we have discussed a little while ago. Keep up the good work team.
-
@John Hooper Great news about changing page ownership for sure. Can't wait to finally update all those pages.

This is such a simple yet incredible piece of functionality added to the automation engine. I have always been a huge fan of smart values for the exact reasons you described above @AvinoamThe ability to add data based on other information is what can make a good rule a great rule. But it did always rely on people knowing…

Great work @Avinoam and the team. Content manager features being front and certain is brilliant.
-
Awesome news @Avinoam This may be a great thing to attach to team retros. I am definitely going to take a look.
-
This is great news @Avinoam. Thanks for sharing. This will allow a lot more teams to test rules and import intro production or other production instances without making the normal human mistakes. Keep up the great work.
-
Great work team! Having the search functionality will certainly come in handy as you continue to grow the number of templates you have. I think the new categories you have are great.
-
@Avinoam Thanks for the update. I love the fact these parameters can now be used as I feel this was the final missing part of the puzzle in created a full A4C archival process. I'm going to look at editing our current rules to get this to work. I do agree with @Alex Young point that it may have been cool to have more of a…

Hi @Vasil Vasilev Welcome to the community. Unfortunately, without the use of a few different apps, not really. Native functionality does not have the ability to look and dependantly filter a list of users based on another field like that. There is a cascading field option which would be the closest you could get, but if…
-
Hi @Rahma AJENGUI can you please advise if you are trying to do this with any apps or through native functionality?
-
Hi @Mallikarjuna in order to transition issues between statuses you need to have the transition issue permission attached to your user. If you do not have that then errors like this could show. In order to provide additional assistance I'd advise to speak to your company administrator as we'd need to check the projects…

I definitely just nerd laughed at this. Thanks for sharing!

Great article @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ I have picked up a few things over the years like you and agree with your points. This is why whenever I start talking requirements with teams I ask for the problem in as plain English as possible. Remove solutions etc. and allow the problem to be the statement to unpick. This has…
-
Hi @Cash Coyne Unfortunately the actual updated field doesn't care how the update came to the issue but just reflects that there was an update. The way I have seen teams get around this is to have an additional custom date and time field and use an automation rule to copy the time stamp into it when an actual user makes an…

It'll be great to understand what the new ACE will be. I was going for it until this announcement and I'm not quite sure I'll make it before the cutoff now.
-
Great additions to the Jira actions for Confluence automation. Looking forward to even more updates in this area. Keep up the great work.
-
This is some amazing work @Avinoam Having new smart values for AI is a great idea and can certainly see it coming in handy when dealing with meeting notes or project comms or product requirement changes on certain documents.
-
@Christina Ristevski Thanks for the reply. I think it would be incredible to be able to include it within the exports if you guys can. Happy to chat around the use case more should you want to 😊
-
Hey @Christina Ristevski There are some great things on the roadmap for the product including the importer from other tools. I think this will really help adoption if we can not have to continue having a million different whiteboard apps. I also like the more simple but great features like line styling, exporting and…
