@John Holte our team has opened a ticket for this, you should now receive an email confirmation of that, and someone from the Billing team will be in touch soon! Please follow up here if you don't have it resolved.

Hi @John Holte * Can you please share some more details, so I could advise a better channel for you? E.g. how many Trello users / seats are you looking to enable; were you looking for specific things unavailable with self-serve upgrade to a Premium plan, etc.? * Can you please share a screenshot of this? (please feel free…

@Dree Char all of this would be available in Trello Standard plan.
-
@Recontact you can easily close Planner if you are not using it:

@Ailsa Watson : Any chance you are on a template board? We don't allow members on template boards and there has been no changes around that functionality. Appreciate your clarification on this hypothesis. In all other cases you should be able to add members to a card.

@jenn and everyone, ability to pin board switcher on the left is now available to all Trello users. While this doesn't respond to all of the feedback shared in this thread, I hope this will be a welcome change, helping to retain familiar workflows with Trello. > The initial response to the feedback was to go to another of…

@Daniel Walsh it's here:
-
@Erin Kirschenmann , you'll be able to pin your board switcher as a panel on the left in the next couple of days (gradual rollout in progress).
-
@Daniel Walsh there are no changes to sorting functionality in Trello. Are you using a Card Priority power-up? Are you using a numeric field as priority?

@Sascha it is an interesting idea, to bring Goals on your Trello board in the same way you do this with Jira Lists (I assume you are using this feature). In the meantime, you could copy-paste URLs of the Goals you'd like to track on your board into the new card title - and hit "Enter". This will create a Smart Link card on…

@Rebecca Overall Planner requires connecting your calendar (Google or Microsoft), in order to synchronize focus time for your tasks back in that calendar and prevent double-booking your time.
-
You can still do that on a Free plan, @Izabela Wiethaus - it works smoothly and helps me a lot too, to quickly capture my to-dos from email. The AI summarization for this feature will however be only available in our paid plans.
-
@Izabela Wiethaus I have responded to you in another thread, and will briefly mention here that now that Beta is concluded, Planner is a feature that is partially available (drag-and-drop to schedule) only in our paid plans. We've been showing in-product notifications about the upcoming Beta conclusion, and what that means…

@Jon Agramonte it's here:
-
It's still here. Try to make your Trello window a little wider to reveal missing icons.
-
@Izabela Wiethaus as our Beta program is concluded, some of the new features remain available on all plans: * Inbox * Quick Capture from email, Slack, Microsoft Teams * Planner (view only) while other require a paid Trello plan: * Planner (ability to drag and drop cards and schedule focus time for these tasks) * AI…

@Izabela Wiethaus can you please clarify: which features you are asking specifically? This will help me to assist you. In the meantime, I can guess that you may be referring to conclusion of our Beta program, and new features becoming our default experience. But no features are expected to be "gone" so I'd love to hear you…
-
@Darlene Davis you no longer have a Beta option, since we've rolled out updated Trello experience to all customers. You can find your card activity here (open "Comments and activity" panel, and click "Show details" for the full activity feed).
-
Thank you for reporting this issue, @chaseryanchase we are looking into it.
-
Hi @Rafael Monteiro . There is no way to keep board activity panel permanently open.
-
Hi @Rebecca Overall . We did not introduce any changes related to Calendar Power-Up. It remains available on all Trello plans, including Free plan. Can you please walk me through step-by-step through any issues which you are experiencing? Trello Planner, a thread where you originally posted this question, has a different…

@jenn I am asking Alison, if she is trying to have her board occupy the entire screen. View card back do not occupy the entire screen, but as content is being added to the card - it gets pretty close to it:
-
Hi @Samantha Skidmore All comments in this and other threads are being read and considered. Thank you for your detailed feedback above in this thread.
-
@Alison Woodward > Please consider FULL SCREEN especially for users on the go working on laptops and small screens, who are meeting with clients and so forth. The small screen is taking away the ability to see the workflow at a glance while in a collaborative environment when we have several other things happening at once.…

@Brynn Harrington can you please share a screenshot of this issue, where fonts are too big or too small? This doesn't sound right, we'll address this promptly if this is an unexpected issue / behavior.

@Riverlife Church :

I'll add that you can have... * up to 10 board even on a Free plan, more boards on Standard or Premium plan * your plan is attached to a single workspace
