Sorry for a delay, @[deleted] We are considering various options to eliminate fraud like this, by reducing options to include user content (malicious content in this case) in invitations. In the meantime - can you please forward these emails to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse? Thank you in advance.

@Katy McCabe here is how you can move boards between the workspace you are about to leave, and your new workspace.

Interesting scenario, @janis_paegle and I can relate :) Here is a couple of ideas: * you can create a label, to assign to "failed" tasks * you can create a custom field to indicate a "failed" task

@Katja Nik : > ... that we will be releasing in the next few weeks to address your feedback

@Me - you'd be able to pin the list of boards on the left, it's coming back in the next few weeks: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-articles/Board-Navigation-changes-based-on-Community-feedback/ba-p/3040942

Hi @matthewjcockerill Two ways how to move a card (see below): * right click a card, without opening it * choose to move form the card back, when the card is open Really interesting idea about moving to a new list, thank you!

Hi @Katleiah Ramos Event added from Planner show up on your Google Calendar as "private" (meaning others can't see any details). If you are looking for them to be completely invisible, and added to another calendar, as you describe - we are considering this as a future improvement. Thank you for this feedback!

Hi @[deleted] Can you please share a screenshot of the email, with the sender email address visible?

@Caitlin this is interesting! Can you describe what you would use it for, and how you'd imagine it working in your Trello?

Hi @Joshua Jones This is not about pricing plans. We are gradually rolling out new Trello experience and capabilities. It is already a default for any new users (like your employees who had recently signed up), and will be for all existing users (like yourself) in the next few weeks. In the meantime, you can still choose…

You subscription will remain active for 1 month in this scenario, and you will be downgraded to Free plan at the end of the month.

Hi @Cassidy Almeida We are making some changes based on the feedback shared on the new design. Some of the things you've mentioned, like easier access to power ups, will be addressed too. Thank you for this feedback.

Hi @Samantha Skidmore This new experience is being gradually rolled out. Over the course of few weeks your co-workers will have the same experience. We have been showing in-app messages and sent emails informing of the upcoming change. I understand things can be lost or skipped through during our busy work days, I've been…

Hi @Thomas Covert Unfortunately we do not have this option at this time. I'll be happy to answer any questions on the difference of the two plan, if you'd like. For example, if you are using Premium trial and wondering if some feature or experience will be retained in Standard plan. https://trello.com/pricing

@Aneth Martinez can you please share a screenshot of any errors you are getting along the way?
-
@SJ can you please share a screenshot showing "the text is fine for a while and then suddenly it's huge, sometimes refreshing will help, sometimes not"? Either in this thread, or you can start a new dedicated thread in community and tag me. Thank you in advance!

Thank you everyone for sharing your feedback, being opinionated and passionate about Trello. Please read about the changes we are making based on your feedback - see a post above from @Alexandros Mathopoulos

Hi everyone. We are actively working on these issues (which is not an excuse, just sharing the latest updates with you). We anticipate to gradually bring performance back to normal within the next two weeks.
-
@MH I apologize for this experience. We are actively working to resolve a number of known performance issues.

Hi @paulygon You can collapse Comments & Activity section (which I suspect you may be referring to) here:

Hi @Georgina Gonzalez You should be able to do that, see below. Do you mind to share a screenshot of what it looks like for you?

> I've figured out that if I log in with another user account that has a gmail address, I can connect a calendar and all the functionalities are operational, but it doesn't seem to work with my work email (non-google) @Gunnar de Jong we currently only support Google Calendar. Support for Microsoft Outlooks is coming soon.…

Hmm... This doesn't sound right @Ronald van Sleeuwen One doesn't need to be admin of a Jira project to add a Jira List to their board. Just a member permissions should be sufficient. Do you mind to double check if the person in question is indeed a member in the Jira project they are trying to add? And if not, can you…

@Amber Hayes I apologize for this bad experience, and it is indeed temporary. We are actively working to pinpoint the root cause and fix this for you. Do you observe this poor performance on all of your boards? Or only on boards with 100+ cards (like the one you are referring to in your other comment)?
-
@Alexa Casebeer you can find a list of your boards here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/navigation-in-trello/
-
@Damian Terebun I apologize for the slowness you may be experiencing, and it is indeed temporary. I acknowledge your report and we are actively working on pinpointing and addressing performance complaints we've been receiving lately.

@Gunnar de Jong can you please share a screenshot of the message when you drag a card into your Planner?
