I've updated some of the names (TM4J to Zephyr Scale, ProFields to Projectrak etc), merged in the list for Justin and added a few extras to the main list. CCM

Seems like a likely culprit!

Hey Cameron, You should be able to use the Include Page Macro (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/include-page-macro-139514.html) that effectively embeds one page (source space) in another (destination space) - you'll just need to ensure that the permissions are consistent between the spaces. CCM

The XSRF error likely means that your reverse proxy/server.conf configuration isn't setup as needed (the address you're accessing Confluence with in your browser isn't what Confluence thinks it's running as. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/proxy-and-https-setup-for-confluence-950286281.html CCM

As well as removing the Portal Access role, to make this a cleaner user experience, I'd recommend putting a redirect rule in your web server/reverse proxy that redirects /servicedesk/customer/portal/$id/* to a non-Jira site that is appropriate (your IT helpdesk page or something). CCM

Does seem like it's specific to your machine - my next check would be checking any web content filtering products you may have installed on your machine and/or turning on the network debugging tab in your browser and checking what the response codes are for the images. CCM

Hi, I don’t believe directory-name or directory-id are parameters you can pass through (https://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-crowd/3.2.3/REST/#usermanagement/1/user-addUser) Crowd will try and make the user in the first directory that application has access to. The way we work around this is by having an application per…

Hey Alan, By applications - assuming you mean the Crowd Applications? Do you have any errors in your browsers network or Console tabs? What version of Crowd are you on? CCM
-
Hey Jan, wondering if you’re able to use a TCP level load balancer? this way it won’t try and do the ldaps termination, it’ll just pass it straight on to your AD nodes. CCM

I’d suggest checking Jira.Atlassian.com for an existing feature request for this use case, and adding one if there isn’t one already. CCM

Excellent news! We have been EAP testing foe a while already. Keen to start offering some of the new functions (audit logging to file, analytics, split indexing to name a few)! CCM

Hi, While you can checkout, global replace (many methods such as your IDE or sed/other Linux utility) then commit, you’ll need to consider that the original content will be available in the previous commits, so if they’re sensitive enough (or GDPR issues), you may want to delete the repo and re-push your cleaned code…

Does it work on Edge or Chrome Incognito? Do you have another machine to test on? CCM

Stab in the dark here, but have you tried adding script: in line 1? https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/deploy-to-aws-with-codedeploy/ shows this in all its examples CCM

As the others have mentioned, there is no real technical limit, however I feel like there may be a better way of achieving what your user wants instead of so many Kanban boards (filters or sonething), so a conversation around what they’re looking to do may be a good next step. CCM

Depends on what you’re clarifying as secrets, however depending on the sensitivity, Confluence may not be the right approach. Your sysadmins/DBAs etc will be able to see the content and space admins may grant access without understanding the impact (wrong users seeing content that shouldn’t). I haven’t seen any MFA to…

I believe 8.20 is slated as the next LTS. Given 8.19 is in EAP (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-eap), and the version before is a hardening release (squish those bugs!), I’d be looking towards Q4 for a release. 8.5 to 8.20 is going to be a big jump! I’d suggest keeping an eye on the EAP releases and start…

Wondering if you tested with a public repo just to see if the basic connectivity/import function worked? CCM

Just curious why the native webhook option isn’t suitable? CCM

Hey @Carlos Chang We've done a significant amount of work with various Crowd directory types and can confirm the answer in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Crowd-questions/Crowd-Migrating-from-Crowd-internal-directory-to-Microsoft/qaq-p/131524 is correct. An application connected to Crowd will look at the Application >…

Hey @Dovid Bender It looks like you may be seeing this issue - https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/error-table-crowd-remotegroup-doesn-t-exist-after-migrating-crowd-database-from-another-server-726564970.html Follow the Resolution steps from above and see if that helps CCM

Hey @Jonathan Bertossa Which version of Crowd are you running? And what happens if you go to the Jira application, usernameY? Can you see usernameX listed there? CCM
-
Hey @Martin Grulich Have you confirmed that the MySQL server is indeed running and accepting connections at localhost:3306? While this is basic troubleshooting, sometimes it's the easy things that are overlooked and based on the logs, it does indicate a basic connection issue and I'd be surprised if the mysql connector…

Hey @Limor Segal Shevah Using Bitbucket Pipelines, you have your CI/CD process codified - meaning you benefit from a documented process that sits with the code itself, as well as any code review/PR process you have configured Depending on your architecture, one of the downsides can be moving away from the Jenkins…

Hey @Brent Blish I'd recommend working on the reliability issues of your Crowd environment. We've been using Crowd for ~> 9 years now and it's been rock solid. If you can supply any background on what issues you've been having, I'd be happy to see if I can give any recommendations. As for allowing users to change their…

This is a great step forward as we can now more easily see what products exist, and continue to be setup across our organization, however being notified that a product HAS been setup is a step too late in the process than would be ideal for us as we'd prefer to be able to prompt the user BEFORE they setup a new…

Hi @murtaza.bhatia I just tried to create "Halo Jira (Planning & Service desk) " as a component in our Statuspage and the component did create as expected. I was also able to create a component full of random emojis (😀🧑💼🧑⚖️👩👩👧👦) and non-latin character languages - so it seems like there's full 4 byte character…

As Nic mentioned, you'll get all available data from the XML backup. From here, you could restore the XML backup to a Jira data center trial node of your own using MySQL as the database and then mysqldump, but you're just going to get the same data as the XML export in a different format. What are you trying to achieve? CCM

Hey @Happy Buddha If you just need to apply your renewed dev license to the already copied non-production environment, you should be able to follow the directions on https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/manage-jira-server-license-using-database-queries-441746313.html to change the license to your active dev license…

Hi @AYESHA AR As Crucible 3.10.1 was released in October 2015, so I'd suggest you need a significant upgrade jump (or set of upgrades) to ensure you're not vulnerable to any security issues. Crucible has also been sunset by Atlassian and the latest version (4.8) was released in December 2019. Can I ask what business need…
