Hi @yywu ! Welcome to the community :) You have different ways to integrate the two tools depending on the workflow you want to achieve. The integration mentioned by Ops Bot allows you to attach existing Jira issues to Trello cards. Unito also has a 2-way sync between Jira and Trello. This could be useful if you want…

Hi @Mike Hong ! Welcome to the community :) It's not currently possible to add descriptions to custom fields, however, I think this would be a great feature to have. If you want to request this direct with Trello, you can do that here: https://trello.com/contact#/ As a workaround, you could create a dedicated list in your…

As Sagar mentioned, Card Mirror is at the card level, and Board Sync is at the board level. Card Mirror allows you to open a specific card and mirror it to another board within the same workspace - so it's a more manual process. Board Sync is more automatic and allows you to create flows by connecting two or more boards…

Hi @[deleted] ! You can find it under "Cascade" There's more information on this here: https://help.trello.com/article/1165-task-dependencies

Hi @Roxanne Dockter ! Welcome to the community :) Members are typically used as a way to communicate who's assigned to a task, however, it is possible to add multiple members to a card. It is however a best practice to clarify who is the single owner or main person responsible for a task, which sounds like what you want to…

If that person opens the "D14" board for example, are they able to see if they're a member of the board? I guess you can be a creator of a board, but not a member of the board. So if you create a board, then add a new board admin, and leave the board, you're no longer a member of that board.
-
@Michael Stephenson you can copy lists across boards using butler automation, but you can't update lists. So if a list name is changed, or a list is archived, I don't believe there is a way to find the matching list and update it. The butler automation to copy lists would look something like this: when a card with a name…

Hmm interesting. I tested it out on my side and this is what I found: Calendar command to create new card at 12:00 pm, add my user as a member, and set due to 7 minutes. 1. New card is created at 12:00pm, I'm added as a member, and the due date is set for today at 12:07 pm 2. The due date reminder is set to 5 minutes…

Ah, right, I understood that as needing to take a whole list (cards included) and have it mirror on another board, rather than mirroring individual cards. So if you create an empty list called "Apple" on one board, you'd like to have a matching empty "Apple" list be automatically created on another board. Is that right?…

Hi @Michael Stephenson Welcome to the community! Trello doesn't offer this functionality natively, so you'd need to use a power-up like Unito. The way it works is you connect two different boards together, and from there you can define what cards should sync from board A->B and vice versa. E.g. only sync cards in lists 1,…

Got it! Yes, you would need at least the Standard plan. There are a few extra features you'd get like unlimited boards, advanced checklists, and more butler quota, among other things. It's all detailed here.
-
Yes, I was going to say - might be best to talk directly with Trello support!

Hi @Sai ! What's the butler command that you've set up? If your command looks something like this: every friday at 11:45 pm,create a report with all cards in list "Done"using pattern "- [{cardname}]({cardlink},and send an email notification to every member of the boardwith subject "Report for week #{weeknumber}"and message…
-
@Artemis Good catch! That was what I meant 😅

You should get due date reminders from any card, as long as the due date has been set, and you're watching the card - regardless of whether the card was created manually or automatically. I tested it out on my end and received a notification. Do you see the reminder when opening your notifications like so? Also, there's a…

Are you able to send a screenshot of what your board looks like? E.g. like the below screenshot: Just trying to see if the issue is that you don't see them in "my cards" or the cards have actually disappeared from the boards.
-
Just to confirm, when you go to your private board, do you see cards with your avatar on it like so? When I go to the "My Cards" area, I only see those cards:
-
Hi @Yuri Chu Su ! Welcome to the community :) are you able to clarify if the issue is: A) You're getting the native due date reminders for all cards except for the ones automatically created by butler. B) You've set up custom email reminders using butler automation and you're not getting any emails.
-
If you're on a free plan, another alternative is to view their cards via https://trello.com/{username}/cards
-
Hi @Gillian Chase ! Are you able to go into one of your boards and see if there are cards with your member added? Only the cards with you as a member will show in the "My Cards" area.

Hi @Tosin Fagbemi ! Welcome to the community :) custom fields is a feature of the Standard or Premium plan. Your Trello plan is associated to your Trello workspace. If you want to use custom fields in all 10 boards, you'll need to ensure all boards are within the paid workspace. Are you able to see if those boards where…

Hahaha! Maybe! 👻
-
Hmm seems weird! 🤔 I've never seen that before. You're not doing some fancy keyboard shortcut when creating/opening the card? I'm not able to help much here, but Trello support might be able to look into the logs to see where the activity is originating from.
-
Hi @Ben K_ ! Welcome to the community :) From what I understand, the top section, or "My Workspace Boards", are all of the boards within the workspace that you're a member of. The other boards in the bottom section (Workspace Boards) are all the other boards that exist in the workspace that you're not a member of. You can…
-
Hi @Marcel Erdmann ! What do you mean by the "overview"? Are you referencing when you open your board and look at all cards at a glance? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you see?
-
The "My Cards" feature mentioned by Andrea would be the native way to see all your cards across multiple boards/workspaces. If you need to see other cards that aren't just yours, you could look into creating a master board and consolidating the necessary cards using Unito. This master board would then be your single point…

Moving forward, you might also want to reduce the amount of cards you end up being a watcher of. When you comment on a card, by default, you'll become a watcher of that card. However, you can un-check that option. Moving forward, the checkbox will remain un-checked. Also, you become a watcher when you're added as a member…

Hi @Tamires Aguiar Balbino ! Welcome to the community :) You can create an unlimited amount of labels, but you're restricted to 10 label colours (gray label not included). If you need more than 10 labels, you would need to create multiple labels of the same colour. What I'd suggest in this case is to use colour coding. For…

Yay! You're welcome ☺️

Thank you! So, the command trigger is "when the custom field is set". What you need is a date reminder. So something like "6 months before custom due date". However, the due date commands only apply to the native due date, not the custom dates. A couple of ideas that come to mind: * Use checklist due dates instead. Trello…
