You can switch between table view and board view, but it's fairly new and doesn't show custom fields at this stage. I don't know if you'd consider it a plugin, but there is a Trello-owned power up called Dashcards that allows you to view the cards in a tabular format. You can filter, add/remove/rearrange fields, pivot, and…

Yes, definitely! You can make certain boards private and invite a subset of members to those boards. Any member not invited will not be able to access the boards. See more here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/ Just note that workspace admins can access all boards including…

@Manu Moya Can you clarify what works and doesn't work? So does it work if you set the start date to today? And doesn't work if you set it to tomorrow? If that's the case, have you tried saying "...between 1 and 2 days"? I think that should cover any cards that have a start date set to tomorrow.

@Joey Haimes I don't believe this is an inbuilt feature of Trello. Have you or someone else set up any automations on the board to achieve this? Something along the lines of "when the title a card starts with xxx, add checklist yyy..."
-
@Natalia Justus Yes, definitely possible! Check out the below to help you get started: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-reports-with-butler/ https://trello.com/guide/automate-anything#automations-for-email-and-integrations Let me know if you need a hand with that :)

Woohoo! 🎉 Not sure why that didn't work with the space but glad that fixed it for you!
-
Ok got it, thanks for clarifying. Sounds like wildcards would be best here. Try the below: when the name of a card starts with "{* }bl{* }" Your rule would trigger if the card name was: "abcbl123 - xxx" Your rule would NOT trigger if the card name was "abcgg123 - xxblxx" Note the space after the asterisk. More details…

@Phil Janssens Great thanks for letting me know! Glad it's working for you now 😊
-
@Jan Thanks for the extra info! So just to clarify, you'd like the rule to say something like: "when the name of a card contains "pr", or "bl", or "xx" ...... etc. " Is that right?
-
Thank you @Brittany Joiner!! Should've elaborated 😅 So yeah, try the following instead: every friday at 7:00 am, create a report in variable "Current" with all cards in list "Current Projects" using pattern "\"- [{cardname}]({cardlink}) ({cardmemberusernames}) => DUE on {cardduedate}\",", and send an email notification to…
-
@Creighton Hayes have you tried removing the space in the report name?
-
@Lucas Yoshida there's no action that will move a checklist item from one checklist to another. A workaround would be to remove the item and re-add it. when an item is checked, remove item "{checklistitemname}", add item "{checklistitemname}" to checklist "Completed", and check item "{checklistitemname}"

@Stefan Palm you can utilise automation to help here...try something like: "every day at 7am, sort list alphabetically" or "when a card is added to the board, sort the list alphabetically". If you select the ellipses within a list, you'll see an easy way to add automation to that list. You may need to create a custom rule…

@Pete Stevenson welcome to the community :) Yes, it's definitely possible to achieve what you want using butler automation. Here are some suggested steps: 1. Create a template card called "Checklist Templates" or whatever you want to call it 2. Create a checklist for each vehicle and name the checklists the exact same as…

You can change the visibility of existing boards as well. Check out: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/ You might also benefit from adding these people only to the board rather than workspace members if you don't want to give them access to your…

Hi @Rose Dayrit welcome to the community :) Trello does not provide one-on-one training, as far as I know. However, there are lots of resources online e.g: https://trello.com/en/webinars If you need more customised training, you might benefit from working with a Trello consultant that offers Trello…

Can you try: when a start date between 1 and 2 days from now is set on a card
-
Definitely, your rule can add a timestamp to the custom field as soon as a card is moved into "Preparing related documents", and then add another timestamp to a seperate custom field once it moves out of that list. Your third field would then calculate the duration between these two timestamps. Just note this will not work…

@alkim bettemir Trello doesn't have native reporting functionality to report on time spent, however, you can use a mix of custom fields and butler automation to capture this information. Here are a couple of resources to get you started: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-custom-fields/…

@Ícaro F Castilho welcome to the community! Maybe I'm missing something, but I couldn't see the option to add a filter to your action "more than 14 days" to only include the labeled cards. However, there is the option to add a filter to the action "move cards to list..". The idea would be to create a separate "Archive"…

Hi @ilaria_sacco ! Trello does not provide one-on-one demos for trialing users, as far as I know. However, you can find all their pre-recorded demos at this link: https://trello.com/en/webinars I run a Trello consultancy, so if you have any questions after watching Trello's resources, feel free to email me directly at…
