@Tricia Schabel Yes, definitely! I'd recommend starting out by browsing the Trello template gallery to get some inspiration: https://trello.com/templates/project-management You can customize your workflow on the board to include an approval step. For example, adding a list for this step in the process, or a label. There…

@Jennifer Gibson maybe Dashcards could help here?
-
@Julika Zimmermann are you able to illustrate an example of how you'd like to layout your cards? Like a rough drawing of how you'd ideally like it to look? You could potentially use labels or custom fields to tag cards with their size. Then use lists for each page. Sort of like this:
-
@donald.murphy yes, it's definitely possible! Have a look here: https://trello.com/guide/automate-anything#automations-for-email-and-integrations
-
@Stan Schwartz You can filter your notifications in Trello to show read and unread, but there's no filter to only bring up certain types of notifications. Have you tried just sending a dm in slack when you get @mentioned using butler automation?
-
@[deleted] For this part: lookup a card titled "{{%Category}} Position" in list "Open positions" If the category in your new candidate card is set to "Truck Driver", it's going to look for a card titled "Truck Driver Position" in the "Open Positions" list. The only lookup options are to look for a card titled something, or…
-
@Jan Just to clarify, would this be accurate? Card 1: "AB123 Task" Card 2: "12345 Task" Because card 1 begins with the alphabetical character "A", then the automation should trigger. However, it should NOT trigger for card 2 because it begins with the numerical character "1". You can use regex to accomplish this. Try: when…

@Tom Pieterson what are you trying to achieve with Zapier? Are you wanting to integrate Trello with another tool?
-
@Rami Jarjour When you create a new board (either from scratch or copied from another board), it will be created with no board members (except for the member who created the board). So, because there are no board members, it's not possible to add members to cards, hence why your cards are being created unassigned. Try the…
-
@Mattieu Pottier Trello's automation feature doesn't have the ability to create new boards. You should be able to achieve this with Zapier, however.
-
This looks like Jira. I think the OP is using Trello :)
-
@[deleted] you just need to make sure you set a due date reminder here: This will alert the assigned member. However, if you'd like to set up custom reminders for checklist items and have reports sent to managers, this would require an add-on. Have a look at blue cat reports. You can create a quick list of checklist items…
-
@Miguel Patrício Are you on the Standard or above plan with Trello? Or a free plan? If you're on any paid plan, you should be able to add custom fields just fine. Can you try refreshing the page?
-
@Matt Shannahan Usually the error logs are reasonably descriptive as to why the automation failed. For your first one, it refers to the action "and link the card with the item". This action requires a trigger that relates to a checklist item. See the description under the action: So an example of where this action would be…

It looks like it should just be: every day at 10:30 am, create a report with all cards in list "2. Work In Progress" due in less than 1 days using pattern "- [{cardname}]({cardlink}) ({cardmemberusernames}) {{%Priority}} => DUE on {cardduedate}", group by due date, and send an email notification to "787387751@qq.com" with…
-
Hi @Dustin I'm not able to get it to appear exactly like your example, but this is the closest I got: I couldn't see a way to add a line break so that the quantity custom field is nested under the card name. I've also grouped it by list name. Here's the command: every day at 8:00 am, create a report with all cards using…
-
Another quick way is to type "f" to bring up the filter then type "*".
-
@[deleted] this might be a bit closer to what you want? What's happening is cards are being automatically created in the new candidate list with the category field already set. Butler then finds a card based on the value in this field "{{%Category}} Position". If the card is found, then it will copy the candidate card and…
-
@[deleted] so you'd like to copy the card into the appropriate list based on the position they applied for? That should be possible. You'll need to use variables to match up the information. Something like: when a card is added to the "new candidates" list, copy the card to the {{%Category}} list.
-
I'm not familiar with tmsez and it looks like the main automation tools don't support it (zapier and make.io). I can see there are other TMS tools that are supported by Zapier, but not tmsez. You might want to reach out to tmsez directly to see if they support integrating with other tools like Trello.
-
@Natasa Sebek what's the other 3rd party app? And how do you see the integration working?
-
@[deleted] can you explain your ideal workflow in a bit more detail from end to end? So from when a candidate applies for a job all the way through to the last step? When a candidate applies for a job, is a card being automatically created on the board? Are there also cards for each open position?
-
@rocio hopefully this infographic from @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting helps! There's also more info here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
-
@Teresa Patoine welcome to the community :) can you clarify what TMS means? Does it stand for Transport Management System? If so, what's the name of the tool you use?
-
@Maite Meier Unito would sync the cards across the two boards so you could have the same exact board mirrored across two workspaces. However, it wouldn't translate that information on the Spanish board. Could you just use a single board and use google chrome to translate the page?
-
Yes, sure thing! when the yellow label is added to a card, find a card titled "Overview", and add item "{triggercardname}" to checklist "Tasks" This would work if the destination card is always going to be the same, but you could use a variable for this as well.

Go to https://trello.com/search?q=is:archived%20board:{board name}
-
@Erin Schwartz yes definitely! You can turn a board into a template, set it to public, and then just share the URL of the board. E.g. https://trello.com/b/oC0r5y4V
