@shane one of those powerups is Unito. It is a paid solution but you can set up automatic workflows where cards sync 2-ways across multiple boards. Take a look here: https://unito.io/blog/how-to-build-a-trello-master-board/

@pedro_martinez they won't have access to any workspace information. All they'd be able to see is what's in the specific board they've been invited to. If you have a different email address, you could always try inviting yourself to a test board just to see what it looks like.
-
Hi @pedro_martinez ! Welcome to the community :) Just to make sure I'm clear on how you want to set things up, are you looking to create a board for each client and you want to ensure that the clients can only see information within their board and NOT access information from other clients? Is that correct? If so, simply…

Hi @Sebastiano Michelotti ! Welcome to the community :) That's very strange indeed! Do you have anyone else using this board? Perhaps someone else created an automation to change due dates. If you expand the activity within one of these cards that were affected, can you see the user who updated the date?
-
Awesome!! You're very welcome 😄
-
Understood! You'll need to use a variable in this case. Try something like: when an item is checked, remove item "{checklistitemname}", add item "{checklistitemname}" to checklist "Done", and check item "{checklistitemname}"
-
Hi @Mary Jean Gloudeman ! Wildcards should work here! Have you used that before? There's a bit of information here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/pattern-matching-and-wildcards/ Basically you're looking to match a phrase within a card's title and use that to find another card. Let me know if you need help…

Hi @Juan Rodriguez ! You should be able to put markdown code into your command if you want to create headers, bold text, etc. Would that help make things easier? There's a good article here that lists the markdown Trello supports: https://www.bluecatreports.com/blog/trello-formatting/
-
Hi @Lena Seidel ! Welcome to the community 😊 it should be possible using the method you outlined regardless of what Trello plan you're on! Sometimes it can take a bit of time to import everything over to gcal. Has it updated now?
-
Hi @Matt Page ! Everyone on the board should be able to see the cards activity as long as they've toggled that option on: You could create a custom comment to appear as well like you mentioned. You'll need to use the variable {username} as mentioned here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/

Hi @Service _ Warranty Ion Outdoors ! Welcome to the community 😊 I'm guessing the cards in your case are acting as some sort of project/client and the check-items are the related tasks? A common way to organise the board is to have the cards as the tasks, and then the vertical lists on your boards is your workflow (to do,…

Hi @Christina LaFiura ! I believe you can revert to the old editor here: https://trello.com/my/labs However, I would expect Trello to roll out the new editor to all users in the future so this option may not be available forever.
-
Hi @Nico Stumper ! Welcome to the community :) You can achieve this using the trigger you mentioned and wildcards. So something like this: when the name of a card starts with "hannahmorg{*}", add member @hannahmorg to the card
-
@Jorge Álvarez looks like you've used the wrong trigger - it should be "when someone is removed" not "when @someone is removed". The latter will be trying to find a user called "@someone".
-
@Jorge Álvarez it looks like the image is broken - are you able to try upload again?
-
You could do "the moment a card is due" - that would pretty much be within seconds I guess!
-
@Dik Liu someone just posted about this yesterday - you have a filter applied. See the previous post here.
-
Hi @Eric Souza welcome to the community :) as you mentioned in your post, the trigger should be when a card is overdue. In the command you created, you've set the trigger to be "when a due date is marked as complete". Try creating a due date command instead of a rule. So something like: 1 hours after a card with the sky…

Hi @Jennifer Brown welcome to the community :) power-ups aren't related to your Trello subscription; you can be on a free Trello subscription or a paid one and it doesn't mean you get access to more or less power-ups. Some power-ups are free and some are owned by 3rd-parties that have their own subscriptions.
-
@Miguel Ribeiro Ferreira welcome to the community :) I don't believe you can put a value in that field other than a number (so it's not possible to add a variable). What's the complete calculation you're trying to achieve? Potentially there's a way to achieve it without having the trigger be when the custom field is set to…

You're welcome! 😄
-
@MCLS you need to specify what checklist you want to copy in your command. I'm guessing you have many "Needed Info" checklists. You can specify the source card by selecting the bullseye when adding your action: I'd suggest entering the card link to ensure you're definitely pulling from the correct card.
-
Hi @Kim Moseley ! Welcome to the community :) you have a filter applied to your board. Either type "X" or select the "x" next to the filter button at the top right of your board.
-
Hi @Katinka Domen ! Welcome to the community :) I created a quick video a while ago showcasing a similar workflow. Basically, the idea is you set a date on a card (like a project or milestone due date), and this then determines the dates on the dependent or related cards.…
-
Hi @Tim Schulze ! Welcome to the community :) what variable are you using for the card creator? Did you try {username} or {fullname}? Your command could then say something like "when a card is added to the board, set custom field "Creator" to {fullname}"
-
Hi @MCLS are you able to share the command you've created/any screenshots?
-
@Kanban LSH welcome to the community :) you could set this up using cascading rules in butler, but it would mean you'd have to have a "trigger" card in each list. The idea would be to trigger the automation when a certain label is added to that trigger card (e.g. an "OOO" label). This trigger card would need to be linked…
-
Hi @Anna Williamson ! Your trigger should be "when a due date is set on a card", not "when the pink "Pinned" label is added to a card". So your command should read something like this: When a due date is set on a card, sort the list by due date ascending, then by the "pinned" label ascending. and maybe another one for good…
-
Hi @Nik ! Welcome to the community :) you should be able to set this up with butler automation. Do the two cards share the exact same name? If so, your rule could look something like this: when a checklist is completed in a card, find a card titled "{cardname}" on board "Personal board", and add the green label to the card…
-
@Dan you're welcome! No, I don't believe so. They only offer the ability to view the cards in a tabular format (when selecting explore and edit). If you'd like to see them in a calendar view, you'd need to use Trello's native calendar board view or workspace calendar view.
