@Joe Nardi you can format it within the pattern. - [{cardname}]({cardlink}) will give you a bulleted list of hyperlinked cards. If you don't want a bulleted list, then remove the hyphen.
-
Can you share the automation you've created?
-
Yay! Glad that's working for you 😊
-
@Joe Nardi you need to add the {$report} variable to your email message. Here's an example of how the full automation could look: every day at 5:00 pm, create a report with all cards in list "Done" using pattern "- [{cardname}]({cardlink})", and send an email notification to "hannah@simplaworkflows.com" with subject…

Hi @David Kesecker Are you linking to the specific card that you want to pull the checklist from? You can specify the exact checklist like so:
-
Hi @Courtney Terilli try when the name of a card contains "{*} 2024", rename the card to "{wildcard1} 2025"
-
Ok gotcha, so it's just the calendar that seems out of sync...I'm not sure of any update that would have impacted this. Can you take a look at a checklist item in your calendar that you know has the incorrect date and click the link to the card? Once you're in the card, can you confirm that the checklist item you were…

Ah, sorry just re-reading your original message. I'm not sure if it's possible with regex 🤔 do the cards follow any sort of pattern at all? For example, the number is always at the beginning of the title, or at the end? Or is it just random? If the number is always at the beginning of the title, you could do: When a card…

@Melanie Fallow for this specific use case, using wildcards might be better suited. This would only work if your card titles followed a set pattern (e.g. Job Code: 1234 - card name). When a card with a name containing "Job Code: {*}" is added to the board, set custom field Job Code to {wildcard1} Hope that helps!
-
@Oleksii Shokalo Trello doesn't natively allow you to show/hide fields, even though I think that would be a great feature to have. You might be able to achieve this by changing the css using an extension like Stylish, or perhaps there's an existing chrome extension that already does it.

@Pete No, I don't believe it's possible to change the way the card due date displays. As for the dates defaulting to Jan 7 1970, that's an odd one. Can you take a look at the card activity and find the action of the date being set? Do you see any mention of Butler under that activity? Wondering if an automation is setting…
-
Seems strange! Just to clarify, when you look at the card shown in the 3rd image, do the dates appear to have changed? Or are you just seeing the incorrect dates in the calendar? If a checklist item date is automatically changing from March 11th - March 5th, it sounds like there's some sort of automation happening in the…

You're welcome! Easy one to miss IMO.
-
Great! Glad to hear that's working for you 😊 there's a guide on wilcards here but unfortunately nothing on regex! Have a search in the community and you'll find some examples of how people are using it.

@tehreek e baqai pakistan welcome :) if the member is only added at the board-level, then they will only be able to access that specific board. However, if you add them at the workspace-level, then they will be able to access all workspace visible boards.
-
@Juan Wang are you using Jira or Trello? You've posted in the Trello forum.
-
@Amy Beyer welcome to the community :) can you clarify what you mean by "the dates are all showing up on the original template creation date." Are you setting your checklist item due dates and they're being automatically adjusted to the card creation date? So for example, you create a new card on March 6th from the…

@Dustin I think it's because both your triggers are if a comment contains nitrogen/oxygen, OR, full, OR, 2. So, if a comment contains "full" for example, then that would trigger both of your automations. You might be able to achieve this with one rule. Maybe try: "when a comment containing "Field '{*} - FULL' changed from…
-
@Oleksii Shokalo welcome to the community :) are you wanting to remove the members from the cards altogether, or are you wanting to just "hide" the members when viewing the front of the card? Can you provide a bit more context around what you want to achieve?
-
@Pete are you able to send through a bit more info? 1. Are you referring to the date you see in your card which is displayed as "MMM D at h:mm"? Or are you taking the due date from a card and adding it somewhere else like in an email? 2. Are you using some sort of automation or add on that creates cards? Or are you…
-
@BPIService I believe you need to specify in your rule when then the schedule needs to begin. It won't assume that the 4 monthly schedule should commence in 4 months from the date you created the automation.
-
Hi @Sam welcome to the community! If the emails are from a Trello automation, you should have a link in the header of the email that will bring you to the board where the automation originates from: Once you're in the board, head over to automations, then have a look at the different options down the left: If it's a…

Hi @[deleted] welcome to the community. I know you can embed a google sheets link into a card and edit the file directly from within the card, but I'm not sure this is possible with Excel. Are you able to use google sheets instead? If not, you could look at creating some custom fields in Trello to host these variables and…

Hi @John Tillinghast welcome to the community :) see below:
-
Yes that's right! All the members of the board would have access to the board and could make edits, but for them to create or edit a card for example, they would need to join the board of the board. Once they have joined the board, you'll be able to see their avatars on the top right of the board.
-
@Michael Jupe if the board is set to "workspace visible", all workspace members have access to the board. You can view all workspace members here trello.com/w/{workspace name}/members
-
@Casey Royer welcome to the community 😊 check out this video I created which is sort of close to what you're looking to achieve:
-
@Katie Cooley welcome to the community 😊 I'd recommend following this guide. A common oversight is to leave out the report variable {$report}.

@[deleted] you can get a unique referral link here: https://trello.com/recommend but not sure if you get anything if the person signs up 🤷♀️

JFYI Trello retired Trello Gold a while back 😊
