Hi, it's not starting because you are already using port 8000. You should change it to another one in INSTALL-DIR/conf/server.xml

Hi @Evgeniy_Russkikh so I just tried thi with 8.1 EAP03 (so really early version of Jira 8.1) and results are worst in compare of Jira 8.0 and also 7.13 with Java 1.8. I will update results when 8.1 will be published, because for now it could be becasue of early development state.

"It's not big thing"... but still you will be more satisfied and happy with PostgreSQL (for example). Regarding migration: You will just install new instance, set database connection and finish this installation. Then i nadministration you will need just import it into Confluence. You will be ok if you follow this KB…

Hi, best thing what you can do is make XML backup and make new installation with use regular database like PostgreSQL. If it's your production you shouldn't use HSQL. If you have valid maintenance you can use it with latest version if not use it with last version before maintenance has ended. You can find here several…

It seems you need upgrade Jira to latest version. You mixed up 8.x with 7.x versions. Thats's probably reason for disabled Agile (Jira Software part). So try to upgrade application - I think it will help on 90%.
-
Hi, Jira (and other Atlassian apps) depends primary on Java version and database. You can look at supported platforms documentation page (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/supported-platforms-964983071.html) so based on that it looks ok for you.
-
Are you running application under root user? Because of connector ports are 80 and 443. If you try set ports to 8080 and 8443 and run it under jira user what happens? Is problem still persist?
-
If you have inserted license for Jira Software.
-
Hi, can you share screenshot od this page? /plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses
-
Can you share INSTALL-DIR/conf/server.xml (use code block - delete cert password if it's there)?
-
Hi, are you using proxy server (if yes which one)? Are you using some validators, post functions from any 3rd-party plugin (if yes which one)? Can you share (insert into code block) your application log (INSTALL-DIR/logs/catalina.out) from time when did you click on button?

As I wrote and is in documentation - you need 2.20.0+, not 2.21.0+ That's reason why I insert link directly for 2.20.0 for you. :-)
-
Hi, you need Git 2.20.0+ (as latest supported by documentation - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/supported-platforms-776640981.html) Here you can find GIT installer for Windows https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/download/v2.20.0.windows.1/Git-2.20.0-64-bit.exe After installation of Git you…

Just follow this to disable AD from SQL, but first stop app. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/administrator-cannot-login-after-reordering-user-directories-235669137.html If you have admin user in local user directory then you can log in and reconfigure it in GUI. If you don't have admin locally or you don't know…
-
Can you describe how did you migrate it step by step? As I refer in your previous question - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver076/switching-databases-945110809.html
-
Hi, you need to go to administration (/plugins/servlet/upm/check?source=manage) and check compatibility of plugins (Atlassian UPM plugin is ok if incompatible).
-
Hi, when you are using AD then try to access AD with same credentials like you configured manually. (with some LDAP browser or something like that) Let me know and if needed I have some other ideas.
-
Hi, try to access it via java port (default 8080), probably problem in proxy server. And do you have (new) valid licence?
-
Hi, did you follow linked tutorial? You should not need manipulate with files inside archive. Just follow tutorial and everything could be ok.
-
It's only INFO. I need some warning and errors for troubleshoot.
-
I think you should set same value for max and min, you could try 8196m. 20 gigs is too much I think. How many issues, projects,.. you have (stats in system info)?
-
It looks like more as problem with reverse proxy, certificate or something like that. Can you paste your log if there are some errors into code block? And configuration of your proxy server?
-
Hi, are you using reverse proxy? Can you check if problem is also exist if you access it directly on java port (for Confluence is default 8090)? Let me know
-
Hi, you can try ask any local Atlassian Solution Partner company in Belgium like @[deleted] or look at https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/

Hi, try to check mentioned resolutions in this KB article. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/confluence-does-not-start-due-to-spring-application-context-has-not-been-set-218278311.html

Hi, which type of DB are you using? What about performance in other actions? What's your JVM values in setenv.sh?
-
Hi, yes, Jira Software includes Jira Core features (bussiness project types). EDIT: Too slow. :-)
-
Ohh, as soon as migrate from internal HSQL to normal DBMS (I recommend PostgreSQL) by follow this tutorial. HSQL is only for testing purposes. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/switching-databases-802592192.html#Switchingdatabases-differenttype This could be one of reasons why it's slow. Let me know when…
