As a Cloud Jira administrator with no IT knowledge, you may find it challenging to work with data center products of Atlassian, such as Jira Data Center, Confluence Data Center, and Bitbucket Data Center. These products are designed for use in on-premises or self-hosted environments and require a higher level of technical…

Like using Insight CMDB instead of issues as hardware objects. Insight has automation and you can run also Groovy…

It's weird - there must be some kind of problem with accessing synchrony port. With DB connections I meant usage - count of used and free.
-
Hi, that's pretty hard target. You wil need first upgrade your confluence to newest version through several interim versions and for this you need valid license. I don't have experience with upgrade too old verion of Confluence like this, but I think that could go in this upgrade path 3.4 -> 3.5 -> 4.0 -> 4.3 -> 5.0 -> 5.5…

Perfect, thanks for feedback.

Hi, sorry, I had busy last week (including weekend). From your logs it's not clear, but if it works before then it's weird. Something changed in something like proxy, firewall,...? What about DB connections? We had similar problem with one of our customer.

Hi, * Make test environment and try it first on that. * My recommended upgrade path is 7.0 -> 7.6 -> 7.13 -> 8.6 and if you don't have too much customizations like groovy script then weekend maintenance windows should be more than enough. My estimation is around 10 hpurs of work if nothing wrong will happen.
-

Hi, it depends on version of your Confluence. If it is 6.8 or newer then it's sending to 5 users who has access to that page. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-6-8-release-notes-946014166.html
-
Hi @Chen_Touboul No, 7.7 has been released in January 2018 and 7.13 has been released in November 2018. So 7.13 is newer version than 7.7.
-
And did you try a way that I wrote (with deleting changes in stylesheet)?

Then you can try it on your computer or local virtual machine. It's more secure and without stress, trust me. :-)

Hi, as I can see you are trying to use Jira with HSQL text-file DB. Is it right? Try to install it with proper DBMS like PostgreSQL and it should be ok. Let me know.
