Hello @Kevin Tunstill , Welcome to Atlassian Community. You cannot integrate your AD users using Jira Service Management. You would need to subscribe to Atlassian Access, which is an identity and access management product. The following links can help to start with. You can subscribe to a 30-day trial as well. Atlassian…
-
@OliverKK you can have two separate Jira Instances configured based on email domains. You can refer to this for more info: What is an Atlassian organization? | Atlassian Support
-
@SD , are you looking to setup the integration, or do you already have an add-on installed on the system?
-
@siebren_meines what do you mean by the fake user? A user outside of the organization? The backlog section is for uncompleted stories/bug/tasks, it does not gives you user related info.
-
@Jouni Riimala please check the screens are associated with screen schemes and issue type screen schemes correctly or not.
-
@Praveen Kumar , please raise a request with Atlassian support and add your reason for extending the trial version Atlassian Support
-
@Ayush Pareek You can no longer purchase or request a quote for a new Server product. However, you can opt for Bitbucket DC(single-node) which works similarly to the bitbucket server, and start with the 30-day free trial. Later, you will have to purchase a Bitbucket DC license based on your user count. You can check the…

Hi @fathima.abdul.hameed , you landed on the wrong location for such queries. Please reach out to your workspace admin or raise a request with Atlassian support - Atlassian Support

@Koji Yokohama if you are using a Jira server/data center, then this can be doable with workflow transition and Scriptrunner post-function. * create a transition from any status to itself, which will be displayed all the time * add opsbar-sequence=0 as a property so that it would stay as a Transition button and not as a…
-
@Sunil Patel , to change specific statuses only. You would have to apply conditions on transitionss not on Status. User is in Group or User is in Project Role will suffice for your requirement.
-
@FSC SI BTN Atos , there are REST calls that help you to do this. You might want to take a look at this doc Bypass SAML authentication for Jira Data Center | Jira | Atlassian Documentation
-
@Susanti Octaviani , is it possible to share the complete rule configuration? Any error you are seeing in the audit logs?
-
@Prashant Sharan here you go. * Scriptrnner for Jira is the plugin/add-on from the vendor Adaptavist * The add-on is available for Jira Server/Datacenter and Jira Cloud as well. As you are using the Jira server, you can use the trial version of it by installing the add-on from Marketplace. You can refer to this article for…

@Ram Mehta , I'm considering a random card as an Issue, So you can individually share the issue with someone(a Jira user), either from the board view or from the view screen of the issue. But it won't display details in tabular format. As you are on the Jira cloud, you can try native Jira features like Automation. Use JQL…
-
@Ram Mehta , you can use the native Jira feature Subscription from the Filter section, please refer to the snapshot. By subscribing to the filter, you will get an email with the filter result. Please try and come back with your input.
-
@Prashant Sharan you need a plugin like Scriptrunner because default JQL cannot give you the count of status if any issue passes to form a status. I can see you have tagged Jira Server, so you can use the Scripted field feature from Scriptrunner.
-
@Kim are you facing any issues with the Atlassian account? If so, please try with other browsers and elaborate on your issue by providing some snapshots.
-
@Kevin S , your organization might be managing your Atlassian account. Please share the snapshot of the profile.
-
Excited to explore the existing features for system fields and eagerly waiting for custom field support.
-
@CK is it possible to share a snapshot of the rule configuration?
-
@Akash Rajawat you must have the site URL of your instance, you can use it while raising the issue
-
@Akash Rajawat , the fastest way to resolve this is by raising a support ticket with the Atlassian team https://support.atlassian.com/
-
@sreedhar murthy you will require Jira Admin permissions to perform such operation. You do have admin rights but that is limited to your projects only.
-
@jfrancotpaga recently I have faced a similar issue. Please raise a support ticket with the Atlassian Support team on the target site and get confirmation on the billing and technical contacts.
-
@Marina Ivanova one way, if REST Endpoints are available at the other ends, then you can call the endpoints from Jira by passing the required details. To achieve this you will require an add-on like Scriptrunner for Jira But I didn't understand the relationship between cloning the story and sending the excel data to other…

@nilesh.shah , please try with created >= -30d and created >= startOfDay(3h) and created <= startOfDay(12h) modify as per your shift and also check the system time if you are not getting the correct results. May I know, which Jira flavor are you using? Jira Software/ Service Management /Work Management?
-
@nilesh.shah provide the date with the timestamp and create three filters separately created >= "2022/11/28 04:30" and created <= "2022/11/28 12:30" created >= "2022/11/28 12:30" and created <= "2022/11/28 20:30" created >= "2022/11/28 20:30" and created <= "2022/11/28 04:30"
-
@Marina Ivanova , there may be many causes behind this behavior because the information is insufficient. Could you please provide the details such as * whether you are using Jira cloud/Jira on-premises(server or data center)? * share the snapshot if possible
-
@Sreenadh , please refer to the similar thread subtasks are closed (atlassian.com)

You can segregate them based on components as well and if you choose the Jira Software then Jira allows you to implement a project as Scrum and Kanban together. It is just a difference in the type of board creation. Hence, you can switch to Kanban in mid of the project unless you are in mid of the sprint and you choose to…
