Hi @Aswathi D You need to remember that moving issue is technically 2 permissions: - Move issue permission on source project - Create issue permission on destination project So what you can via permissions scheme is to block moving all issues in certain project. It is not possible to block moving issues e.g. from project A…

Hi @Luuk Thuis You have 2 options: * You can send them link to your filter (of course filter need to be accessible for them) and team can "star" your filter (add to favourites). * You can add your filter as a shortcut in project. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @David Thomson Everything what you described you can set by choosing "Contexts and default value". There you can define values for field and set context (where field should be visible). Regards, Seba

Hi @Mauro Bennici Did you check this page - https://wiki.almworks.com/documentation/structure/8.3/data-center-and-server/duration-functions-173312958.html#id-.DurationFunctionsv8.3-FORMAT_DURATION ? Regards, Seba

Hi @Sachin Guttala What you can do is to create automation rule that will be run based on Scheduled trigger and run for issues that current date is higher or equal than date in your CF. Similar example - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/115366 Regards, Seba

Hi @Rupali Mohanty Please check this page - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-look-and-feel-of-your-help-center-and-portal/ There you can find everything about portal and help center customizations. Regards, Seba

Hi @Rupali Mohanty Technically this is possible by moving ticket from one project to other one but you need to be aware that: - issue key will change (this can confuse user) - request type from new service project need to be assigned to ticket to keep user access to the ticket via portal (tip: see this doc or use…

Hi @Peter Howett From my experience - those emails can be sent very long. Did you check spam folders? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Rohit Chandra Lal Please check again. As I know Atlassian had an issue with that and right now everything should be ok. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Nicola What you can do is to use 'Send web request' action and update sprint via rest api. Example for Jira Cloud - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-sprint/#api-rest-agile-1-0-sprint-sprintid-put Example for Jira DC…

Hi @Martin Did you check Automations feature in Confluence (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/create-automation-rules-in-confluence/)? Maybe this can help. I don't know other solutions that will solve your issue. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @jay_mfine_co Looks like today Confluence had some maintenance issues - https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ Maybe those issues affect search also. You can ask Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Jakeer Why you want to copy all comments into custom field? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Gal Fatal This custom field comes from Atlassian field types or from installed app? If from Atlassian - please contact with Atlassian support. If from app - please contact with app vendor support. Looks like there is a bug that Confluence macro is converting value in a wrong way. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @mbitzis I'm not sure that this is achievable in Jira out of the box. IMO if you need to to this you need to find app for that (e.g. Custom charts - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220925/custom-charts-for-jira-reports-and-time-in-status?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Fernanda.Casagrande1 Please contact with Jira Admins to solve this. Looks like someone didn't pay a bill. You cannot do anything with that. Person who is an admin can set correct billing. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Sherry Nightingale This is correct way of that. From epic issue you can create "very fast" story by putting issue type and summary. Rest of the fields you need to fill later. As you noticed there is a huge cons that if you have lot of required fields this fast story creation will not work. About fields visibility -…
-
Hi @Sherry Nightingale Did you try to use Field Validator? I think this can solve your issue. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Victor I'm not sure that this can be achieved by automation rules. Only what came to my mind is to use script runner scripts but I don't know if you have this app. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Admin ITSM Looks like you didn't grant your user admin privileges. Please take a look on this doc (https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/) and re-check your actions. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Dario IMO data shouldn't be lost. Please ask Atlassian support why it happend (https://support.atlassian.com). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Rim Ben Rejab Are you sure that field is not existing/don't have different context in destination project? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Eugenia Mantero As I understand this feature you can set default request type for issue type from existing request types assigned to this issue type on portal. So if you created 2 issue types, please create request types and then you will be able to set default request type. Let me know if that works. Regards, Seba

Hi @Tho Thi If you will change template all new pages created from this template will have new update. All pages created from template will be not updated when you will update template. You need to update them manually. Regards, Seba

Hi @Nam Lam I'm not sure that tickets created from forms in JWM can be filter out by JQL. I couldn't find anything about that. Maybe you can ask Atlassian support about that (https://support.atlassian.com). Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Harsh Thanks for additional comment. Sounds that you need Script runner feature called Behaviors. You can setup scenario described by you. Beware - Script runner is a paid add-on. I don't know anything which you can achieve same functionality. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Harsh Did you consider to use Automations for Jira? It looks like best fit here. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Steve Fitzgerald Did you try to combine all filters in one JQL query? Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Priti patel You need to add new column (Parent). Please check below links: - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Import-sub-task-from-CSV-file/td-p/1751443 Regards, Seba

Hi @Roxy Oh In Confluence feature search and replace on many pages at the same time is not available. I don't think that there is a app for that but you can try to find something on marketplace.
