Hi @Okan Zengin Do you need 2-way integration between jira and azure devops ticket? If not you can use automation for jira and "Send web request" to create ticket in Azure Devops via Rest API. Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Lester Fairley There is not tool for that. You need to setup dc app and then you need to create empty projects and repositories on DC and then migrate repos by using git commands - https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/git-move-repository Regards, Seba

Hi @Katherine.Ancheta You can achieve this in automation by using branches. Below example rule configuration. Hope that will help you :) Seba

sorry fro misunderstanding. I don't think that it is possible. What cam to my mind is to try to use date format somehow in your formula.
-
Hi @Vishal Based on https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/#Date-plus-unit--- : BusinessDays (business days are considered to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) hope that helps! Regards, Seba

-
Hi @Agneessens, Neelam Do you have set post function for changing assignee on transition? If yes it looks, that this cause an issue. To solve that you can change rule actor from you to person who trigger this rule. Regards, Seba

Hi @Manuel Gualda I guess that you are using cloud instance. In Cloud deleted projects will be in trash for next 60 days. During this time you can restore it. Please check docs: - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/restore-a-project-from-trash/…

@Rahul please consider to use migration assistant. It's a very good tool and limit issues like that. Regarding importing via csv - did you check this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/importing-attachments-into-jira-cloud-applications-using-csv-files-779160784.html ? Regards, Seba

Hi @rebecca.ruthfitzpatrick Check this page - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/advanced-searching-using-cql/ I learn a lot about CQL based on that :) Regards, Seba
-
@Rahul How did you migrate issues? By migration assistant? If yes, issue keys should be the same and migration tool will be able to connect attachments with correct issues.
-
@Rahul When you are choosing projects to import you can select 'Attachments only' option.
-
Hi @Rahul There is an option to migrate attachments only after issue migration. Please try it and check if error still exists. In the meantime: - you can check if attachments are available on the server, - you can check attachments that generate this issue - maybe some of them are corrupted - you can ask atlassian…

Hi @serge calderara I don't think that this is possible right now in Cloud. All accounts need to be created/synced from external source in id.atlassian.com Regards, Seba

Hi @Chonnakan Thammawichan Best way will be to raise support request on https://support.atlassian.com Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Carson Sham There is no info about that action. Maybe Atlassian is able to share with you some info about deleted issues via support ticket but I didn't try it. Regards, Seba
-
@sathishkumar_selvaraj I'm not an expert with this app so the best way will be to contact with app support. I'm sure that they will help you.

As I remember you can modify it via theme editor - https://help.refined.com/space/CLOUDDOCS/4896161806/Theme+Editor Please search it in Refined docs.
-
@Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ thanks a lot!
-
Hi @sathishkumar_selvaraj I don't understand your question. Refined app allows you to customize each portal separate. You can customize only one portal and rest of JSM projects will be displayed in a standard way.
-
Hi @ori gal Unfortunately no. You need to ask Atlassian support for that. Regards, Seba
-
I got it. I forgot that I can catch response and get issue key from response.

Hi Roland We are also in next phase of partial migration from server to cloud so links between both instances are important. At the beginning I thought exactly like you, so I ask atlassian about that. They told me that this tool will check what projects was migrated and fix links only for those projects in Cloud. Tool will…
-
Hi @Roland Siegel I got the same issue like you. To fix that you need to request to Atlassian for issue link fixing. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/after-a-successful-server-to-cloud-migration-url-links-are-broken-in-the-new-cloud-instance-1077781093.html Regards, Seba
-
Hi @Julia Hulin You are paying for user who has granted license to your product. User can exist. You don't have to delete it. Regards, Seba
-
Browse your site URL mean that you need to open your jira in web browser.
-
Hi @Drishti Maharaj IMO you need to ask Atlassian support about that. As I understand you display values from jira by using default Jira issues macro. Regards, Seba
