@Christine P. Dela Rosa I'm surprised by how many key areas need improvement. I'm glad the team took the time to identify them, and I'm hopeful that we can address them together.
-
@Paul Rinnert automation doesn't have a page label removed trigger. If this is something you really need then I would suggest looking at third-party solutions like scriptrunner: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215215/scriptrunner-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview*…

@Nikolay Sevov Yes you'd need to ask your admin since he/she may have changed something that could have caused the issue. @Barbara Szczesniak I think both of the users are using the same Confluence instance. The Confluence Favicon in the other thread is similar to the one shared by @Nikolay Sevov:
-
@Nikolay Sevov Based on the screenshot, you are using on-prem version of Confluence (Server/DC). You will need to reach out to your Confluence admin to further troubleshoot this.
-
@emanoel.moraes welcome to the Atlassian community! You will need to use Get issue endpoint.
-
@mari_guernsey Jira Cloud and Jira Server/DC (on-prem) are different products with different functionality, pricing, and architecture. Jira Server/DC is hosted and maintained by the customer while Jira Cloud is hosted and maintained by Atlassian (the easiest way to confirm is looking at your URL if it is…

You can use something like this: Cliente in (${Cliente${0}}) * https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-placeholders-to-replace-information-depending-on-context/
-
@Michael can you explain further on what you are trying to achieve? if you want to edit the Post Incident review template in Confluence then yes that is possible: * https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/edit-a-global-template/
-
@Nikolay Sevov welcome to the Atlassian community! Are you using Confluence Cloud or Server/DC? can you share a screenshot of the edit mode?
-
@Senthamilselvan You'd most probably need a license for that, that is what the error message is indicating. You can reach out to Elements support to confirm: * Submit a support request
-
@Sheri Widler @John May The ID you are using for team is wrong it should be hexadecimal 32+ digit. You can find it by going to your team and checking the URL: Once you have the id then you can supply to automation: { "fields": { "customfield_10001": "b44dae09-97db-477a-a88a-8625c886e52e" } }

I find it invigorating to be presented with new challenges on my day to day. I enjoy exploring different options and methodologies in order to find the most effective solution. This process is both intellectually stimulating and personally rewarding, and it is made all the more enjoyable by the fact that I have a…

Very inspiring, thanks for sharing this story @Jaime Netzer
-
@youngmin if you have access to DB then you can run some queries from backend to find the modified date and modifier. This article contain the query for each database type which you can use as a starter: *…
-
@Muamer welcome to Atlassian community! Certainly the PDF exporter can be improved, there are some open bugs which you can check and see if you are affected by them. If you are open to using third-party apps then there are some options which you may want to consider: *…
-
@Danny Nolan Welcome to Atlassian community! You can use REST APIs to create a page and supplying your csv dataset as a body to your page. Which should make your page searchable: * https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-page/#api-pages-post Alternatively, you can try third-party apps: *…
-
@Sarah Shoemaker Welcome to Atlassian community! Would you like to show the story points in the Epic issue? or somewhere in Project A or Project B?
-
@Peter Bösenberg you'd need to pass the whole page body, that way you can add issues field values into different part of your page.
-
@Veronika That is exactly how you can find the macro usage. To identify the list of Content Formatting macros refer to this KB article: * https://docs.adaptavist.com/cfm4cc/latest/macros* * Interactive banner - add an image slider * Tabs - improve page structure * LaTeX - for work with mathematical formulas * Tooltip -…
-
@Peter Bösenberg welcome to atlassian community! This is definitely possible, but you would need to use Send web request together with Confluence's REST API (Create Page) and supplying the page's body with Jira field values.
-
To see the value, you'd just need to run ulimit -Sn for soft limit and ulimit -Hn for hard limit(Confluence shows the hard limit in the support zip). You can change this value permanently from /etc/security/limits.conf file (make sure to set the value for the user who is running the Confluence)
-
@Flaviu Dan Go to your automation and in your Edit issue fields action, use advanced mode and paste this: { "fields": { "Major incident":"MAJOR_INCIDENT" } } This way automation will mark Major incident as true based on how you have set up your rule.
-
@Tiago Pereira to add a link to description, you'd just need to use the following syntax: [ |<URL>] so you may add: [1pager|https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/11vImbErkNUCOnjtHKcpHrmSsA-3BwKzm87M_nSw8ypo/edit#slide=id.g25b57b7e213_0_0 ]

@Soyeon Kim welcome to the community! Are you using Confluence Cloud or DC/Server? if you export in pdf, do you see the same behavior?
-
@Hans-Jörg Teich did you check your tomcat logs (<installation directory>/logs/catalina.out) and application logs (<home directory>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log)? Do you see any error there? if not then I'd suggest rebuilding your search index and a Confluence restart and see if your backup is restored
-
@Sathiamoorthy Ramesh Yes this is possible with Jira Cloud if you have Atlassian access
-
@Irma Nezirevic When accessing the board what is your Jira URL? Are you using team-managed projects or company-managed projects? are you using Scrum board? or Kanban board?
-
@RDaridan * Update: Are updates notified in advance? Is it possible to test them before setting them up?* Please have a look at Manage product release tracks. Ideally, you may want to set up the releases on Bundled so you have plenty of time to test new features * Is it possible to refuse certain new products? Or simply…
-
@Sathiamoorthy Ramesh welcome to the Atlassian community! You'd need to check your audit logs and for the Activities select Revoked role from user for product and you should be able to find who changed it.

@Jane_Rasmussen-CIC I believe https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/Calculate-the-sum-of-original-estimates-of-all-issue-types-to-an/ba-p/1660572 answers your question. You'd need an Issue fields condition to exclude issues in cancelled status. Hope it helps!
