@Irfan Jamkhandi it looks like your app license has expired, Go to "Confluence Admin > Manage Add ons" and check which of your apps have an expired license.

@Crescenzo D_Alessandro only users and groups are supported for content restrictions. This is a very interesting use case, having teams would be a really good feature to have. I suggest raising a ticket to Atlassian support and adding this idea as a suggestion.
