Please do update us once the issue is resolved so it can help everyone facing the same problem!

@Sheela Orduña I am unable to reproduce the issue, I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support to find out the root cause.

@razak shaik welcome to the community! What is your Confluence version? and what is the script you are using in python? you mentioned HTML macro but your storage format doesn't contain any, can you elaborate further on this?
-
@Ca Po welcome to the community! Is the issue reproducible on other browsers? can you elaborate further your issue? In the screenshot I can only see blurred data

You are most welcome @Sam Adams FYI that is possible with replace function {{issue.fields.summary.replace("\"", "")}} it will remove your quotes :)
-
@Jenna Brown I am afraid to say you can't change the image alignment neither you can add a table inside an excerpt include macro. You can raise a feature request for this though. Alternatively, you can add a three section Layouts and then add an excerpt include macro to the left for left align, center for center align, and…

You may want to try a replace function to get rid of any potential spaces from your code by adding .replace(" ", "") in the field which is causing the error. example: {{issue.components.name.replace(" ", "")}}
-
@Sam Adams No, backslash wouldn't cause any issue
-
@James Nunnerley You will have to add a JQL query at the end of your URL for it to work. For example, * https://<yourjirasite.com>.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=created>=-30d
-
@Sam Adams the error usually happens if 'xxxxxxx' has a space since labels can never have a value with a space and if your code adds one then the validation kicks in. Are you sure 'xxxxxxx' doesn't have a space? can you share a screenshot if you don't mind?

FYI the typo is in

@Sam Adams welcome to the community! There is a typo in your JSON, try the following and let me know if it works: { "update": { "labels": [ { "add": "{{issue.fields.customfield_10041}}" }, { "add": "{{issue.components.name}}" } ] } }

@Dik Liu You will need to use "sort the cards in list" action for each of your list items under Sort section:
-
@mlrk3y welcome to the community! While you can set the start date and end date individually for each card but you can't set it on a list not directly at least, you can use automation to do this as a workaround. Additionally, I would suggest using an already existing template which make your work way easier: *…

@Lukasz Grobelny I think Confluence Fundamentals is a very good start and then you can look into other training materials available in Atlassian university linked below: * https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog/list?search=confluence
-
@Kevin Kashou That is the correct approach and should work.
-
@Bastian Abel Welcome to the community! This looks like Comala Publishing feature. You can deactivate it by disabling the app. Alternatively, you can reach out to the vendor support team to see if it is possible for you to hide the Create snapshot button without disabling the whole app.
-
@Kevin Kashou welcome to the community! Can you share a screenshot from your automation rule and audit logs?
-
@Sheela Orduña welcome to the community! What is the browser type and version you are using? Try other browsers and see if you are still getting the same issue.
-
@Diane Lewis welcome to the community! You can use filters to find all cards with KM keyword. Once found, then you can use your browser text search (CTL+F) and then adding your next keyword to find the card(s) you are looking for:

If I have a premium license and I share a project with a client, will the client have to pay for the license, or does this only apply to members? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- @Fábio Eugênio Luz welcome to the community! If you are adding your client to only a single…
-
@Lucia Lander Arroyo are you using cloud or server/DC? if cloud then as an org admin you can consider request access
-
@Adam Waites I think this is not possible with the native functionality because you will need to run subqueries. If you are open to purchasing an app then this should be possible.
-
@Peter Cranston I am afraid to say this is still not possible with automation. However, there is another workaround which you can use instead of using REST APIs and here are the steps: * Go to Google and search for the colour you want to add in the card's cover (eg. Red) * Find the image and copy the image address * Now go…

I believe Activity Stream Gadget or Issue Statistics Gadget would be best for your scenario.

@Ok Yes welcome to the community! First, you will just need to cancel Confluence subscription and then you should be able to delete your organisation. If you want to delete your own account then refer to https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/. Just curious what features of…

@Lama Al-Ehaidib welcome to the community! Attachment permission and restriction is only available for Enterprise plan so it is not possible to do it in Premium offering.
-
@Talib Usmani for Jira follow the steps mentioned in Restoring an issue

@praveenkansara You can use Control + X (Windows) or Command + X (Mac) to copy card to your clipboard then go to the board in which you want to move the card and Paste by pressing Control + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac). The list of all shortcuts are available in https://trello.com/shortcuts. Hope it helps!

@Leo Fu this looks like a bug. I would suggest reaching out to Trello Support to confirm
