@Toby Harris welcome to the community! It seems that the user is deactivated in your Trello, you will need to reach out to your admin to reactivate them, refer to this documentation for more info: * https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/what-is-a-deactivated-user/

@Ryan Zimmer it is most probably due to permission, your colleague doesn't have access to the cards and boards you have access to. To confirm this you can share one of the cards which was returned to you but not to her and see if she is able to access it.
-
@Hugh Gilmartin what happens if you go to https://trello.com/b/board-id.csv link (make sure to replace board-id with your board id)
-
@Ayush Lawania I would suggest reaching out to the vendor's support team. In general, apps should support JWM and Jira Software unless it is stated otherwise!

@Jesse Ortega Jr each product is separate and each one has its own licensing. Anyone can access Confluence Project Space as long as they have permission to do so. You may wanna checkout the following articles: * https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/ *…

-
@Jeff.Knurek welcome to the community! Your Approved column shouldn't archive your issues as well. Only your last column will archive your issue after 14 days and this can't be changed or modified in business projects yet: * JWMCLOUD-440

It was Bukit Tabur for me even though it was raining and the trail is quite dangerous but the scenery was worth it. Here is a picture without any filters:

If you are asking about seeing the publish button right after clicking on "Create from template" then that is because you will need to add the page title for validation so that the Confluence page is relevant and unique
-
@Stefannie Tan can you share a screenshot from your "create from template" macro? and a screenshot where it is asking where to publish it?
-

-
Welcome to the community @karthik Hiremath ! First, you will need to create a trigger, I think the most suitable one would be Issue transitioned, Then you can use If/else block to control the value of the status (To Do, In progress, Done) and checking if the issue type is Epic, within your each If/else block you can Edit…

@red_ is this happening to a single board or all? do you have power-ups enabled by any chance? can you share a screenshot of how the affected cards looks like? My guess is that this is something caused by a power-up
-
@Brandon Ferrick welcome to the community! To get the card's board you will need to add {cardboardname} variable. You can refer to the following documentation for more info: * Butler Variables
