@SM welcome to the community! You would need a power-up for that. The native export functionality doesn't export comments and activity log. I did a quick research and I believe this is one of the power ups which could help with your use case: * Board Export (Excel, CSV, PDF, Image)

@Daniel Bermudez I believe this depends on the internet browser you are using: * Reference: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/display-files-and-images/#Multimedia-files The file preview also supports audio and video files. It uses HTML5 to play attached audio and video files. This means the file types…

@윤준성 welcome to the community! Team managed business projects does have this feature and you can assign these rules by going to Project Settings > Access > Add people > Set people with different roles: * https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-how-people-access-your-team-managed-project/ While the…

Then you may try the workaround suggested in the bug ticket: Workaround If the images are centrally aligned: Resize the image. If the images are left-aligned: 1. Centre the image 2. Increase the size 3. Left align the image 4. Publish the page and see if that helps :)

@Steeve Le Dréau welcome to the community! One way or another you would need to give MA's developers permission to view issues. You don't have to give them a full developer role which allows them to do all sort of things with your Jira issues depending on how this role has been configured in your project permissions. An…

@alfonso.de_la_mata_hernando I am afraid to say I can't help with that, I don't know who is Mercedes Benz Atlassian org admin. You can reach out to your IT team and they should be able to fix this for your or at least find the responsible person :)
-
To fix this your admin needs to grant this permission to you:
-
@Steven Lloyd if other users are able to see it but you can't then it means you don't have Schedule Issues permission
-
@alfonso.de_la_mata_hernando welcome to the community! The users you want to add to your project needs to be added to Atlassian access first and then they should be given Jira User access and only then you would be able to assign them in a role in Jira. Your organization admin would be the best person to do this.

@Maurice Mushfieldt you would need either a third-party app or a DB query to get this report. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-get-all-space-names-keys-and-homepage-urls-from-db-1097178182.html can be a good start. Hope it helps!

@Chethan Gowda Yashodara by any chance are you hitting this bug CONFCLOUD-72746 ? is this happening to all of your attachments?
-
@Lara Weber you will need to use Javascript to hide elements in Confluence Server/DC. You will need to go to Confluence Administration > Custom HTML and add the following code in the header: <script type="text/javascript"> AJS.toInit(function(){ AJS.$('#<id-of-collection>').hide(); }); </script> Make sure to replace…

FYI this is the open suggestion which you might want to consider upvoting: * JRASERVER-20727 * JRACLOUD-20727 I did a quick research and I believe these are the two apps which can do this: * JQL Search Extensions for Jira DateCompare() and DateCompareIgnoreTime() * Enhanced Search (JQL & Subqueries)* dateCompare
-
@Amedeo This is not possible with the native JQL functionality. You will need a third party app to do this: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=jql

@William Hattersley please do reach out to Atlassian support and update us here in case this was a bug so it can help others facing the same behaviour :)

@QC QC Yes that is a checklist item and you can only assign it to a single person. As a best practice consider checklist items the smallest work item which can only be assigned to a single person for better accountability. So if you have a task which needs to be assigned to two people then make it smaller and split it into…
-
@QC QC By subtask I believe you are talking about the checklist. If that is the case then I am afraid to say that is expected: Why can’t I assign more than one person to a checklist item? You can only assign one person to an advanced checklist item. Advanced checklists are more about accountability and finer granularity.…

JQL function Collections : you can search the keyword in the Atlassian Marketplace and you can find many alternatives: * https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=jql%20functions Warden: it is not a standalone app but rather a dependency which is bundled with AM Utils AM Utils: any workflow…

@Deepthi Sajja according to Gliffy documentation your are facing this error because: This error occurs when the viewer does not have permission to view the Confluence page where the diagram was originally created. @William Hattersley welcome to the community! Are you certain that the text wasn't removed by someone else in the team? I would suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian to see what could have caused this.
-
You are most welcome @Thomas Bensow please consider accepting this answer so it can help other having the same issue :)
-
@Bridge2Lisbon Lda you can use set custom field action instead of set date custom field and then add your variable, here is an example:
-
@Thomas Bensow welcome to the community! can you please share a screenshot? did you have cards created in your board? if you have applied any filters make sure to cancel them:
-
@Grace Rosenberger welcome to the community! That is the expected behaviour, when someone is added to a Confluence space by default they will be able to view all contents unless the are restricted. For your specific use case, I would suggest adding Adding page/blog restrictions. This way you can restrict contents to only…
-
@Scott Windus That is a very valid use case but I think at the moment the security policies can only be enforced on space level (only available in Early Access Program) or product level specified in the policy coverage and it is not possible to do it based on groups or users.
-
@Jingao welcome to the community! I would suggest raising this question in https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ as it is specifically designed for developers.
-
