@Carina Schmid welcome to the community! I suggest raising a support request with the app vendor which in this case should be K15t I believe: * https://k15t.jira.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3
-
@Aakash Pahuja welcome to the community! What kind of help do you need? can you elaborate the issue you are having?
-
Agreed with @Dan Breyen this should be CONFCLOUD-66619 bug, I would suggest upvoting the ticket and adding a comment if possible.
-
@Nizamudin Dawood Sheriff welcome to the community! You can use Insights to get data on people and product usage.
-
@paras lokhande welcome to the community! This document answers all of your question. In general, it depends on the Plan you are using. Hope it helps!
-
@Benjamin Høegh that depends on your project's notification scheme. If you are using the default one then yes All Issue watchers, Reporter and Assignee will be notified
-
@Benjamin Høegh It is not possible to wait or stall the automation there is a feature request which may address your question https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-238. What I would suggest as an alternative is to create another automation which will open the parent if a new sub-task is added.

@Russell Tobin Raise a ticket to Atlassian support and they will enable Legacy Editor for your Confluence.
-
Hi @tunbk-imt welcome to the community :)
-
@Heather Kahler In this specific case your best bet would be reaching out to Atlassian Support. They might be able to investigate and find the root cause of this issue.
-
@Josh Bray welcome to the community! Are you sure it is a date and time field? not a date field? What happens if you use {{issue.created.plusBusinessDays(1)}} instead? Can you share a screenshot from your automation rule and audit log as well?
-
@Olga Kireeva I don't think you will be able to find out since the user account is being managed by another Organization. In other words, if your user email is user1@xxx.com then xxx.com is claimed and managed by another Atlassian organization and I believe they have deactivated the account. Neither you or anyone can give…

@mohssine zahri welcome to the community! I believe this community thread answers your questions.

@Adaptavist Administrator welcome to the community! if a client has both JSM and JSW standard, how do the attachment limits work in Cloud? Would they get 250GB + 250GB? The attachment size limit is per product basis, so yes it will 250GB for JSW and 250GB for JSM. If they then upgrade one of these to premium, would they…
-
@Olga Kireeva was this user claimed by your organization? if not then perhaps this was deactivated by the organization who claimed the user. Hence you are unable to reactivate the user.
-
@Olga Kireeva welcome to the community! To reactivate your user's account you can follow the steps mentioned in the following doc: * Reactivate accounts You can check the audit logs and see why this user was disabled.
-
@Laila Maleki welcome to the community! Can you elaborate your enquiry further? what is User Story ID? is it a customfield? based on the screenshot it seems you are able to get the User Story ID. Nevertheless, if it is a customfield you can display it by selecting it under the Columns for your filter:

@Brendan Poh welcome to the community! Yes, billing is based on the total number of active Workspace members and multi-board guests. However, if you are in an enterprise plan then you will be charged based on your enterprise instead of workspaces. You can have as many workspace as you want and you will be charged only once…
-
@Jason Gibson can you check the automation usage log and see if there was an automation rule running at the back?
-
@Cynthia GH King welcome to the community! Is Braver Angels Trello Board public? how did you know about this board? if it is not public then only the admin can give you access.
-
@Jörg Lauenroth welcome to the community! Go to https://trello.com/ and you will see all of your workspaces for your account. Then expand them all and if you see the billing option then it is a paid workspace and you will see the invoice:
-
@Charlotte Morgan welcome to the community! If you logout and log back in do you still see the workspace? if so then I would suggest reaching out to Trello Support so they can further look into this.
-
@Dillon Scicluna You can do this with the following automation role: As for the trigger, if you want to do it for already existing issues then use a Scheduled tigger to copy labels for all existing issues and use Issue Created trigger for all newly created issues.
-
@Tomas Huber Looks like you are only Confluence Product admin not a site admin. If you really want to have the ability to install an app then ask your Organization administrator to add you as a site admin.
-
@Tomas Huber welcome to the community! Only site administrators will be able to install an app. If you are site admin then follow the steps mentioned in this documentation: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/managing-user-requests-for-marketplace-apps-781394968.html
-
@Fuad Yatim You can do this programmatically using Python. Here is a detailed documentation which you can use as a reference: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/finding-storage-usage-of-confluence-space-and-page-using-rest-api-1063555292.html

@Dik Liu Consider marking this reply as Accept Answer if it fixed the problem so it can help anyone else looking for similar solution. Thanks!

@Nicolas Budzko welcome to the community! To use the Menubar macro you can refer to the following documentation: * Menubar Macro

@Ashley Honeycutt What happens if you go to those child pages? do they have real titles or you will see $webwork.htmlEncode($child.displayTitle)? Do you see any errors in the home-directory logs related to the error?
-
@Saira You have too many options for this, the best one would be using Jira automation conditions:
