@Christopher Morton You have full control over this and you can decide who can mention users by giving them Browse users and groups permission. If a users doesn't have the Browse users and groups permission then they wont be able to search for users in your Jira instance.

A very good TBT discussion! Mine is songs, when I hear them all past memories come back. Sometimes, it feels like they are records of our past and with each chorus a part of our memories will be played in our mind.

@alex_chuvakov welcome to the community! Your "Create Issue" button will only show up on your other columns if your issue types doesn't share the same workflow and your "Create" transition is pointing into different statuses. Here is an example: Epic workflow: My create transition is on To Do Task/Subtask workflow: My…

My first trip to Perhentian Island was very memorable in both good and bad ways. I went with my friends and we were students back then and we went there without planning the trip. When we arrived to the island, it was really difficult to find a place to stay for the night. After lots of searching we finally found a place…

@Dennis Kolic I am afraid to say there is no option to force users to logout. It's possible only by resetting their passwords, but it won't work if you use SAML. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: * Force managed accounts to log out

@Coco Lam welcome to the community! Are you using Confluence Server/DC or Cloud? Either way I don't think there is a way from UI to do this. I would suggest using REST APIs to get to those space templates and then create it in the new space: Cloud * Get content templates / Get blueprint templates * Create content template

As @John Funk mentioned it would be way better if you exclude done epics from your board. However, if you still want to move your issue then what you could do instead is cloning your issue (Clone issue) first and then deleting your issue (Delete issue) from original project. It is not an exact move action but it can be…

@kkunimoto This feature is officially not available and only a few people who are chosen for the beta release can test it out. As such, Atlassian support would be the best to confirm this. In general I don't think there would be a limit on how many people you could add in your whiteboards.

Glad it helped :)

@Chirag Jain You can use this powerup as a workaround: * https://tinypowerups.com/posts/custom-fields-in-trello-table-view

@Chirag Jain welcome to the community! The Table view will only display the card names, list, labels, members, and due dates and can not display custom fields. Hope it helps!
