Hi @Gary Luk welcome to the community! Jira work management projects also has a report session where you can find the worklog report as the image bellow shows The other way is use the advanced issue search to get the issues and export, so you can work with this data in another tool. I hope this helps

Hi @nikki_branca welcome to the community A roadmap is a different way to represent a board, so if your issues are not showing up in your board due to a filter configuration (that is the base of a board itself), so the roadmap will not show the issues already "excluded" from the board. More info in this doc to guide you on…

Hi @pmarx This behavior is associated with internal notification being sent to customers, as the update event is associated to internal notifications. Please check this doc to guide you on how to check and "fix"…

Hi @Audit App Support welcome to the community. You need to check if the instance is reaching the limit of email notifications as informed here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/#Email-notifications If its not the case, let me know

Hi @Victoria Grigson If youre using a company-managed type project, you can define card colors based on queries, wich you can search for Epics Check this doc https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-cards/#Configuring-card-colors The main problem is that the colors are not the same... You will ned…
-
Hi @Marc French I suggest you to have a look at the docs https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customer-permissions-for-your-service-project-and-jira-site/ Because the way you will configure each project depends on the way youre going to organize your customers. For example, using the customer…

Hi @Nate Dickinson You need to use the following And implement the conditions related to the status you need in a if/else block. I hope this helps

Hi @Nick Weaver As your screen shot I can tell youre using a Team-Managed project. The rules in the workflows in this type of project are limited the way you see in the options. So there is no way to put your scenario in this type of project. If you were using a Company-managed project type you would have more options in…
-
Hi @Ben Jaso There is no "online" solution to do this scenario during issue creation in customer portal. A suggestion is put a description to help the customer choose the 2 week dates, and from automation you can do some actions - edit the date considering creation + 2weeks - notify the customer and request their feedback…
-
Hi @Valerie Blondel This is not possible in out-of-box JSM solution. You should check if there is any add-on solution for that.
-
Hi @Karan Patel This is possible using Security Issue schemes + automation rules. Its not that trivial to just post here in comments how to achieve that, but I suggest you a free training https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/817156-issue-security-in-jira-asb-152-course-description And…

Try just "jira." When I had the problem i inspected the field properties using rest api to see the options.

Hi @aokeeffe_guidewire_com This is a out-of-box report in Scrum Boards. Are you using Kanban board on your project? If youre using a Kanban board, then this report is not available, so you will need to find a way to report it, including any add-on that fits for your purpose. I hope this helps

Hi @Chris Lynch Usually this happens when doing operations btw jira system fields and custom fields, as the formats available on custom fields are different I had a similar problem with SLAs smart values. So we may need to change the format for the Deployment Date, then do the plus operations more info…

Hi @Lakshman Kumar 11110 welcome to the community. As of now there is no public API for creating fields in team-managed project, as this is a project scope You can see more info here https://blog.developer.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-next-gen-projects-and-connect-apps/

Hi @achoudhary There is no way to create a custom URL. You could redirect a custom domain / url from your DNS to Jira Service Managment URL, and thats the only option
-
Hi @Marije Pierson Error message says there is a transition screen when you move to "to do" status. You can try to change the status mannually and check this. Automation dont fill fields when there is a transition screen

Thats the point When using {{lookupissues}} you need to search them using JQL An example https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/1357105/25938007 After looking up for issues using the action "Lookup issues", you will add the variable with fields in your send email action. If you dont…
-
Please paste your JQL.
-
Good day @Patrick Check the Lookup issues action https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/#Lookup-issues This would bring you the issues related to your JQL, and the variable can be used to fulfill the emai I hope this helps.

Good one, but still when you have a different workflow, it starts a "move" operation. It would be great have the same behavior from the Issue type icon itself when you have the same workflow. I know that there is a migration in this path, but, the current problem is, when you select the new issue type in the issue, then go…
-
I guess the issue you triggered didnt have the request type filledup. Remember, Issue type and Request type (or customer request type) are different fields. When we create an issue via Jira UI (not the portal) we need to select the request type and its optional, unless you have it as required field.
-
Hi @Mihir Ruparelia You should use {{Request Type.name}} to achieve your goal. I also suggest you have this page in your favorites https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/find-the-smart-value-for-a-field/ This will helps you anytime you have the same question
