@Andre BERTOMEU you can use my BenkoDesk product to connect a shared email to your Trello board: http://www.benkodesk.com/ When you send emails into your shared email, the attachments will be automatically added to Google Drive and attached to the card as a download link, with an "All Attachments" link that opens up a…

@pink-ink instead of typing in your email to the trello app, try typing in your username
-
@Wendee Sue Woods I don't think you can use Butler for this, but this Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/466635b380564a34347596b5d618f788 You can run it by copying and pasting into the "Adhoc" section of BenkoBot: https://app.benkobot.com/ COMING SOON: The ability to save your adhoc…

@Barbara C Phillips business class subscriptions apply to workspaces, so perhaps the board you're looking at is not a member of your business class workspace.
-
@Thomas Murphy yeah the retroactive update and fixing stuff sent by clients does sound troublesome. I don't think you can do a match/against in Butler the way you used to be able to with ButlerBot, but this BenkoBot listener adds backticks to URLs added to the description of a card:…
-
@Sharon Anderson do you mean that you're using Butler to send emails from Trello?
-
@Zita OCarroll have you joined the board? You might just be viewing the board without having joined it. If you don't already have an account you will need to create one before you can join the board and interact with it.
-
@Thomas Murphy let's imagine (ambitiously) that 8 people working full time for one year could build a product that is actually as useful and stable and robust and as versatile as Trello is currently (don't forget it works on any device ... ). Now let's assume it takes 3 seconds to surround every URL you put into Trello…

@Dhes Pillay it sounds like you need synched cards. Unito and Placker both do this afaik.
-
@Audrey Volland Yep you can use Butler to move a card to the bottom of a list when the due date is marked as complete:
-
@Owen Passmore You could do this with the new DashCards power up: https://trello.com/power-ups/6048e897c73d032a983e2a7c/dashcards Although there isn't an explicit filter for due date completion yet, if you combined it with a Butler command to add the label "Complete" when the due date is marked complete on a card, you…

@Bartosz Cebula Trello recently released their DashCards power up (an adaption of a previous Butler Bot feature) which can be a neat way to show some quick stats about your boards: https://trello.com/power-ups/6048e897c73d032a983e2a7c/dashcards
-
@royden_wood are these boards where you're able to see them because they're in your workspace, but you're not a member of the board?
-
@Amanda Pilcer the Crmble powerup has a couple of options for form plugins, last I checked it had Google and TypeForm. You can also go from Google/JotForm to Sheets -> Trello via Zapier
-
@Joanna hey that's neat I didn't know that about the json response thing. It looks to me as though the problem is that there's no session data passed in with the URL, so you're not authenticated to view the card when requesting as Butler. Fortunately you can just put your API key and token into the URL: get url…
-
@Ayse you wouldn't have been automatically upgraded to Business Class, there is an option when you create an account to continue without business class. If you only have one board you don't need it unless you need more Butler commands or power ups anyway, so you can just cancel your Business Class subscription.
-
@Nagy Gábor Attila for all cards going forward you can do this by creating a Butler command to move cards when they're archived. You can also use the new DashCards powerup to create an easy way to view stats of cards that have been archived. For historical purposes you'd need to use the API, this Trellinator code would do…
-
@Csoma Tamás if each team member had a board named the same as their username, you could use BenkoBot to do this: https://app.benkobot.com/ This Listener code would create a linked copy of a card in the individual's board whenever they are assigned to a checklist item:…
-
@Joey Sim you can create a Butler Due Date trigger 14 days before the due date on a card.
-
@Jessica Ancaya there's a timeline view in Trello Business Class that might do what you need: https://help.trello.com/article/1246-timeline-view
-
@Marko Horvatic custom fields are managed at the board level, so when you change the custom fields the change will be reflected on all cards on the board. If you have custom field default values set on your template card obviously those won't change on cards. So it sounds like Trello already does what you need.
-
@jessica what happens if you click "Create Workspace" from there?
-
@Joanna can you take a screenshot of your rule? You should be able to issue an HTTP request to grab the content, but be aware it will be in a big ugly JSON format. You might be better off just auto generating the URL and attaching it to the card so that you can manually click on it and copy/paste the most recent…
-
@Nancy S_ Bennett hey there you've asked this question in the Trello section
-
@Papick G. Taboada I have actually released a platform to run Trellinator code without the need for GAS called BenkoBot: https://app.benkobot.com/ Makes it much easier to do these types of API automations. You can save your "adhoc" functions for re-use, similar to a board button.
-
@Dylan James Brandt Hmmm the Butler commands should work for all board members, regardless of who created them. It might be something to do with the commands, can you share an example here of one that is working for you but not for your colleague?
-
@Alief Animal Hospital Safari has a thing that lets you add a default stylesheet of your own creation to all sites: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/176831/change-css-style-in-safari-on-all-sites So you can use that CSS to hide certain elements, and then fullscreen the browser.
-
@Enoch Yang Butler doesn't appear to have any advanced checklist triggers yet for members. This Trellinator code would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/70a6c61bd9004cd7e351930c4f41319e You can add that as a listener via BenkoBot: https://app.benkobot.com/ Or set up your own Trellinator instance via Google Apps…
-
@tgiokdi firstly, there is a way to do this, just prepend the line with four spaces and it won't apply any auto formatting. https://help.trello.com/article/821-using-markdown-in-trello However, you can also just right click a link to copy it, so what part of this is breaking your workflow?
-
@Garvan Smyth being an admin if a team doesn't necessarily mean you have admin access on all boards within a team. Each Trello user can be a member of many different teams and boards, so unless you mean you want to filter the board to show cards assigned to a member, there's no one centrally administrated place where you…
