Notifications from Checklist Tags

Question

Hey guys! Trying to figure out a streamlined way to get large video edits done with Trello. Right now, I'm creating a main card for each edit and have butler autopopulate fields as checklists are checked off. However, what I'm finding is that when a member is assigned to a checklist item, they don't get a notification. This is causing some productivity speed bumps.

Is there a way to either notify someone via email when they're tagged in a checklist item, or add a slack integration to notify someone when they're tagged? Or, should I redo my system and figure out a different way to do this?

@Enoch Yang Butler doesn't appear to have any advanced checklist triggers yet for members. This Trellinator code would do it:
