@andrea scott I posted a screenshot that shows you the command
-
@K otgc hey I’ve gone on my phone so I can send you a screenshot of what I mean:
-
@K otgc the sync queue is in the app settings on your iPhone. ie. when you make edits on your phone, if there's a problem syncing, you should be able to see those sitting in the queue.
-
@andrea scott something like this should do the trick: You can't "create" cards but you can copy the trigger card, then use a "lookup" which gives you access to variables from a card without changing the subject of subsequent actions.
-
@Nancy Lysandrou go to each of the 4 boards, change them to be in the other workspace, then delete the empty workspace
-
@Virginia C this sounds l ike a bug to me, or at least unintended. I would have thought the above would produce what you want, I would recommend submitting a question to support via trello.com/contact (click ask support rather than ask the community)
-
@Melissa Mills in order to re-order your custom fields you just open the custom fields power up settings and drag n drop the fields to where you want them to be:
-
@Rober yes it's a bit of a shame that custom fields are not searchable, they're only filterable (ie. they only work with the "search in board" feature that used to be called filtering). As @Antonio Panea mentioned one option is to keep an archive board of all your historical cards. You can even have multiple historical…

@Antonis Vlachos yep:
-
@K otgc if you go into settings you should be able to see the "sync queue" are there jobs stuck there? Can you retry them? If not, I would recommend submitting a support ticket via trello.com/contact (ask support rather than the community)
-
@Gina Mullen yep I run a Trello automation consultancy: https://www.benkoworks.com/ and have created a Trello automation platform called BenkoBot that does what Butler does but in a more structured way that isn't tied to a single person: http://www.benkobot.com/ Instead, your automations run as a "bot" user, and are…

@[deleted] Trello Business Class is applied at the workspace level, whereas enterprise is applied at the email domain level. What this means is that you can have "enterprise admins" who can create workspaces for the enterprise which is different from Business Class, where you would have to upgrade each and every workspace…
-
@[deleted] This Trellinator function would copy a card to all other boards whenever you add the "Common" label to it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/2ffce3d3089ec6580ad011181314e616 You could install that as a listener active on "all boards" via BenkoBot: https://app.benkobot.com/ That way whereever you add the…

@Giles Davies If the custom field was deleted from the board, no, the data is gone. If the custom fields power up has been disabled then yes, re-enabling it should show your data is still there. If you want to guard against the former, you might like the Rewind power up which does point in time backups for Trello.
-
@Tábio I created a product called BenkoBoard that helps manage Trello notifications and priorities across multiple boards: http://www.benkoboard.com/ When you're added to a card, or mentioned by name in a comment, you get a linked card in your Inbox. That way you can prioritise not only things you're assigned to but tasks…
-
@Matt Wasilefsky being notified is configurable by each user. It's up to them what they watch (boards, lists or cards) whether they get notified only via the app or via email also. In my view there are too many notifications by default, so I created BenkoBoard which unsubscribes you from any card you're added to:…
-
@David Berri the "in board search" which used to be called filtering matches custom fields but the "search all boards" feature in the top left doesn't: https://help.trello.com/article/972-filtering-vs-searching However you might also like the Crmble powerup instead which gives you an easy way to see all your data in a…
-
@Sharon Anderson I can't see anything in your email signature there that says "from Trello". The only place I can see "Trello" is at the top of the screen which looks like it might be a folder or label, not sure what email client you're using. Trello certainly doesn't do anything to your personal email.
-
@Thomas Murphy this sounds like the same error I saw recently after I deleted a Trello account, but that member was still a member of a board, but as like a "ghost" member. When I tried to copy the board with members, I got the same error. I think it means the person you're inviting had an Atlassian account and deleted it,…
-
@Morganco @milynnus the new DashCards powerup might also have what you're looking for (if not now then in the near future)
-
@Patty Paratore this isn't a teams issue, you appear to have inadvertently enabled a filter on your board. Look for the little white "X" in the top right, or just hit the x key on your keyboard to clear the filter.
-
@Tawnya Cagle This Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/7c7e319d9fc483de4a754809bed1dd0b You can add it as a listener in BenkoBot: https://app.benkobot.com/
-
@Joseph Schwab in what way aren't the links working any longer?
-
@[deleted] the calendar view only shows cards that have due dates, not cards that will be created with a due date. Personally I don't use Trello as a calendar, I use Google Calendar for my calendar and Trello for task management.
-
@Sharon Anderson so you mean that when you reply to a Trello email notification from your regular email account, the people who receive your reply as a Trello notification see Trello as the sender?
-
@Artur Maklyarevsky the only reason you're getting notifications is because you're watching boards, lists or cards. When you comment on a card, Trello has a little checkbox to watch the card which is checked by default. If you uncheck it once anywhere, it will no longer be checked anywhere by default, so probably you…

@[deleted] sounds like you need to talk to enterprise sales: https://trello.com/enterprise#contact
-
@Dimitris Giannopoulos The Trello Timeline view almost sounds like it would work for this but the start/end dates are only dates, not times. In fact, Trello's calendar view also only gives you day granularity, rather than time granularity. I think Placker might be a better tool to do resource planning on top of Trello.
-
@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows @Choice Ink LLC you could also just use the 3 little dots at the top of the list and choose "Copy List" to create a project, then set the name of the new list to the name of the project.
-
@Antonis Vlachos So what you're looking for is a Due Date trigger that works on a custom field, rather than the Due Date. That's not currently possible, but you can have several due date commands that take action at different times relative to a due date. So for example, if the reason you want to do that is that you have a…
