@Stephanie Faith it just changes which examples/templates you see when you first sign up and create a workspace so that people find it easier getting started.
-
@Mostafa Ahmed you can send the emails to Zapier's email parser with the Subject and Body in the body text of the email, then parse them out and send them on from a connected email account: https://parser.zapier.com Alternatively I offer a product that would allow you to send an email from a connected Gmail account by…

@K otgc the best place to report this is to Trello support rather than the community, you can do so via trello.com/contact
-
@Seekings A/S yeah you can't do it in Calendar, but the last bit of the command I posted moves the due date which will make the command recur.
-
@Antonis Vlachos you get 10 free minutes to try it out, then it's $10/month which includes 5,000 minutes and 1 concurrent execution. If you need more you can buy more minutes and more concurrent executions. That's in the Plans section, but you don't see it until you login :)
-
@Seekings A/S how about this:
-
@jessica you can see detailed information about how notifications work here: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications
-
@Ben Sofer put this in the search: is:open
-
@Clarissa Lundy one option would be to search (not "search in board" but search in the top left) like this: board:"Your Board" comment:"@yourusername" edited:day this will show you a list of cards edited recently in a board that mention you, but that doesn't mean that the mention was recent. You could also create a Butler…
-
@Jose Luis Cases Lozano can you post a screenshot of the rules you've created so we can look at why they might not be working?
-
@Mattias Vd It's in the "Due Date" section, not the Rules section:
-
@Tigo Reijnen hey since I posted this reply, we have released a platform called BenkoBot that makes it much simpler to install and run Trellinator functions. You can now install from this link: Click here to install a list updates function Once you enter your API key/token, you will see the code so you can review it before…

@Antonis Vlachos Okay, yep I'd say this is definitely a bug. The custom field variables aren't re-assigned when looking up a card. So I created this automation: when custom field "Due" is set to a date, create a new card with title "{triggercardname}" in list "Inbox", lookup a card with link "{triggercardlink}", and post…
-
@LeaderWebDesignLLC no it is available in all accounts
-
@Antonis Vlachos you have a typo in your variable name, you've typed "{triggercarfdlink}" instead of "{triggercardlink}"
-
@LeaderWebDesignLLC here you go: https://help.trello.com/article/791-changing-permissions-on-a-board
-
@Stan Bush there's a readme powerup that pops up only the first time a non-member visits the board: https://trello.com/power-ups/5a2de0c41ae4a1537bb0055d/read-me Although that powerup doesn't have any stats built in it does make me think that it would be possible to build a hit counter which does essentially the same thing…
-
@Steve Bower You can actually add labels by just hitting the "l" (lower case L) key on the keyboard then starting to type the name of the label and hitting enter and escape, so once you're hovering over a card it's zero clicks to add labels :) Anyway sure you could put it in as a feature request, I think the movement of…
-
@Antonis Vlachos can you show me the command you've created that uses a lookup and I'll see if I can recreate the problem
-
@Steve Bower it's not possible with Butler, but there is a notification sent to webhooks when cards change position. It might be very easy to accidentally trigger though. Is there a reason you don't want to use adding a label to trigger this instead?
-
@塚田 千春 どういたしまして :)
-
@Bob Hernon they're exactly the same, the biggest difference is that boards must now belong to a workspace and all boards that were personal will be mandatorily added to a default workspace.
-
@塚田 千春 sounds like you have inadvertently enabled a filter. If you look in the top right you should see "search results" with a little "x" to remove the filter. You can also just hit the "x" key on your keyboard.
-
@Aneekah Fataar yep you can use regex:/(ABC|DEF)/ as the checklist name
-
@Osman, Rahma you could subtask by linking to cards: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Subtasks-with-Butler/ba-p/1060392
-
@Antonis Vlachos go to the Cascade tab and choose "look up" instead of "find", and look up card with link {triggercardlink} All variables references will now go back to the trigger card, but actions will apply to the current subject.
-
@Christian Loarca do you mean only those checklists that you're assigned to? These are visible in the "home" screen under "your items"
-
@LNHelps one option is to use labels for your "sub-lists", then you can hit the "f" key to quickly show only those cards. The only other thing I can think of would be putting your sub-lists as cards and then using checklists on those cards for each of your actual items. Beyond that there are no "nested list" structures in…
-
@andrea scott in the "content" tab (there are only 9 tabs ;)
-
@andrea scott the lookup option is in the "cascade" tab
