@Cindy Johnson could be a glitch, your command looks correct, if it keeps happening I'd contact the Trello support team directly by going back to trello.com/contact and selecting to ask support rather than the community.

@Magesh Jaganathan seems like this is what you want:
-
@Kerri Holiman probably not because when you email a card to a board It will have some content in the description. However, you could use a Butler command to create a new card with the same name but with an empty description when a card with name starting with "https://trello.com" is emailed to the board

@Alan Diaz check out the new timeline view: https://help.trello.com/article/1246-timeline-view
-
@Rosko yes these are only Butler variables
-
@Zack Arnold you can't loop through all cards on the board using Butler, but this Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/a97f8eeca4e398d8177a6e25651ee3ff You can read more about Trellinator here:…

@Jason Sheper even Word docs are cloud ready now through Office365
-
@Alison Curryer it should happen within seconds of the due date. The only thing it won't do is apply to cards that already existed and already had due dates set when the command was created -- is that the case?
-
@Vasyl Kalymun the trouble with creating webhooks from Trello to a Google Sheet is that Trello sends a "HEAD" request to test whether the URL is live, and if it fails then assumes it's not live and it won't send any subsequent notifications. Google Scripts published as web apps don't respond to HEAD requests, so it always…
-
@iroman as far as I know this doesn't work yet for members/dates on checklist items. This Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/2f9444f3042302d823f994bd71e286c5 You can read more about Trellinator here:…
-
@reception_dancemantra hmmm no all that should matter is that the member running the command is on both boards. I think perhaps you need to go back to trello.com/contact and get in touch with Trello Support directly instead of asking here in the community.
-
@Anja Richter there's nothing like that built in, you could probably rig something up in Butler. Like whenever a comment posted with your username or with a card notification, if a card exists with "I am on vacation" reply to the member that you're on vacation. You'd have to play around with it to find something that works…
-
@Claudine if you need that sort of functionality you're probably better off sub-tasking each checklist item to a linked card instead: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Subtasks-with-Butler/ba-p/1060392
-
@Kate Williams there are a few options, you can use a power up like Blue Cat reports, you can do customised reporting with the API, or you can do basic reporting by just setting your cards up with labels and in particular lists. One example might be to have a Butler rule that applies a label "On Time" whenever a card is…
-
@Zack Arnold you have to create a linked card, then when you want to check off the item on the parent card you first have to find the first card linked in the description, you can see a similar implementation here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Subtasks-with-Butler/ba-p/1060392
-
@S_D_ Testa there is no "open card" event, the only way to achieve this would be a custom power up: https://tech.trello.com/power-up-tutorial-part-one/
-
@Maxwell Edison you can create 2 red labels, so you can have a red Severe label in Bugs and a red "Not in Progress" label in another list. When you add labels you can filter by typing the name to reduce the number of labels in the list and if you start applying labels in a consistent way Trello will start making…
-
@h.golrokhi try logging in at id.atlassian.com instead
-
@Cat as far as I'm aware this has never been a feature of the mobile app. The closest you can get on the mobile app is to search (not filter) using: @me due:overdue is:open Or you can tap on the "Home" screen in the mobile app which kind of does this.
-
@reception_dancemantra if you look in the command log can you see it running? Have you tried testing by creating a card due in, say, 12 hours and 15 minutes and then seeing if it moves?
-
@Cate Reid if you want to create boards for each client, then you'll need Business Class, however so long as you only invite each person to one board (eg. bride + groom to their own wedding board) you won't pay for them. So for example if it was you and your assistant with access to all boards, then you'd be 2 paid team…
-
@Carl M_ Cartagena This code will give you your checklist items as text: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/afb8982e1c864b202bf4d6b0080759db You can run it here: https://app.benkobot.com/ You could also do it for just one card like: new Card({link: "SHORTLINK"}).checklists().each(... and so on
-
@Leo Tulipan instead of trying to email selected emails on a case-by-case basis to cards, why not use Trello as your email client? http://www.benkoboard.com/ http://www.benkodesk.com/
-
@Erin Davis there's no built-in way to do that, but you could automate the sending of emails via comment posts if you implement my product BenkoDesk: http://www.benkodesk.com/
-
@Cierra Loux yep you're correct "copying members" refers to card members not members assigned to checklist items. Obviously when a checklist item is added it can't already be assigned to a member. What you need is a trigger when a member is added to a checklist item which I believe doesn't exist in Butler yet, but this…

@Matt Geerdes here's an article about creating automations using Siri shortcuts: https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-automate-siri-shortcuts-in-ios-13-and-ipados/#:~:text=Open%20the%20Shortcuts%20app%20again,app%20you%20want%20to%20open. Here's an article I wrote about creating trello cards with Siri shortcuts:…
-
@Rosko yep that's possible, you can add "on edit" triggers in Google Sheets. If you store a link to the Trello card in the spreadsheet row you can easily load the card and update it based on info in the spreadsheet. I do something similar to what you're describing in my product BenkoPhone which uses Trello as a TXT…
-
@Tristan Peirce yep it's a hangover of the rocky transition many of us experienced moving our google logins from Trello to Atlassian. I'm sure it'll be resolved one day.
-
I know that I already got the badge by adding a comment to that post and it's not like I'm one to brag or anything BUT .... this regex made me feel like the hella sorcerer https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Trello-Butler-Negative-rules-in-trigger/qaq-p/1607156#M41959
-
@Korppu the best way to do this is using a regex with a negative look behind: when the description of a card contains "regex:/(?<![AB])BC/", set the card's description to "{textbeforematch}CB{textaftermatch}" I tested this out, when I set the description to ABC or BBC it doesn't change, but when I set the description to…
