@Garvan Smyth note that you'll only see the cards you have permission to see

@milynnus thanks for the tag :)
-
@Dominik Herzog that's right although for shared email you'd be better off with BenkoDesk which is for shared email: http://www.benkodesk.com/ It lets you use Trello as a Gmail client, and you can see your sent items in Gmail. SendBoard and Hipporello are other options for doing support in Trello, although you forward the…

@Владлен Зозульчак you could always create a second account and set the rules up using that
-
@Carla Dassie if you watch the board you'll get a Trello notification for everything that happens in it. This will produce lots of notifications but you'll also see a little dot on those boards in the boards view which tells you there are changes.

@Melanie Larizza this is something you need to fix in your iOS settings: http://www.digitalzenway.com/fix-it-when-iphone-wont-allow-apps-access-to-your-photos/#:~:text=Go%20to%20the%20setting%20General,to%20your%20camera%20and%20photos.

@[deleted] I find Loom to be pretty good, it shows a preview of the video and lets you play it from the description of a Trello card if you just put the link into the description
-
@Lukasz you can't do this with a board button, but when you apply a filter to a board, it's shown in the URL, so if you wanted to you could have a card with a bunch of those links on it and click them to see the various filters you wanted

@xiller ah okay when you said: Now we have the following Real situation:Multiple teams with team leader. With e.g. 100 employees I assumed that you had 100 employees or so. Anyway upon further reading it appears that you can just change the settings on your boards to achieve what you want. You can already group boards into…

@Geri Rawlins Here you go:
-
@Christopher Buckley "it will create an entirely new list (rather than refer to the one in the archive) and make all sorts of mess." Why not just archive that list too? It doesn't matter that the cards aren't in the same list. If your goal is to create "hidden" cards that just allow you to discuss subtasks separately,…
-
@Andra Babigian Yes I know you're referring to comments not emails, that's why I started my comment with: Its primary purpose is to allow you to use Trello as a Gmail client, however it also centralises your Trello notifications Regarding your desired setup, the only thing that BenkoBoard does to reduce overall…

@Nick This Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/39b2d93a336b90378ccce9330762310f You could run that as an adhoc function in our BenkoBot platform: https://app.benkobot.com/ just click "adhoc" in the top right once authenticated. Unfortunately we don't have scheduled commands in BenkoBot…
-
@info are you using this to forward emails into the cards in order to update them with the latest emails on a given thread? You might like my product that lets you use Trello as a Gmail client, that way all emails that come in will automatically be synched and you can reply and send attachments directly from the card on…
-
@xiller if you get the enterprise plan instead of business class, you can have your members across as many teams as you need to and only pay for them once, I think you basically need the enterprise plan it'll do what you want.
-
@Andra Babigian depending on what you mean by "settings" my BenkoBoard product might be suitable: http://www.benkoboard.com/ Its primary purpose is to allow you to use Trello as a Gmail client, however it also centralises your Trello notifications in one spot and dramatically reduces the type of notifications you receive,…
-
@Christian Celsing this Trellinator function will move archived cards to the top of a list on the target board with the same name as the source board, without unarchiving the cards: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/128845f23432666107d0cf2d707a52d8 You can run it as an "adhoc" function via our BenkoBot platform here:…

@J. Brooke Chao I just tested and there is a webhook notification sent via the API for a checklist item move "action_moved_checkitem_lower" and because it tells you if the checklist id of the item changed as a result of the move, you could therefore determine that a checklist item had been moved from one list to another.…
-
@Jen you could do something like this: Instead of the "green" label you might create a label called something like "Recurring".
-
@K Walters something like this would do it: If the list should have a bunch of cards prepopulated you could also use "copy list" instead of creating a new one. The "every tuesday" trigger is in then "Calendar" section of Butler.

@Ankiah Kirkhoff here you go: https://help.trello.com/article/811-viewing-cards-in-a-calendar-view https://help.trello.com/article/1246-timeline-view
-
@Ankiah Kirkhoff If you're planning things using dates, why not just set due dates and then use the calendar or timeline view?
-
@Ankiah Kirkhoff rather than creating the entire month's lists on the first, you could create the next day's list each day, and move the previous day's to an archive board for example (so you end up with a "rolling month"), or remove the previous day's list and move the cards, as you say, into today's. Check out the due…

@Matt Geerdes hey I run a Trello consultancy, with a few different products: https://www.benkoworks.com/

@[deleted] if your custom fields have empty values when moved to another board, they won't be created on the target board if they don't exist. In order to avoid creating custom fields when moving cards between boards, you can create an automation that copies the card, sets the fields to empty values, then moves the copies,…

@Chris Astles this is exactly how Butler Bot used to work before it was acquired and turned into a power up. It had a lot more features too. If you want a more direct "coding" style of creating butler-like automations, you might like the Trellinator framework I created, which you can read about here:…
-
@Jedidiah Wallace you can achieve what you want with this Trellinator function: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/20c9476c2b7ce503767fec617ac241bb You can run it in Google Apps Script:…
-
@daniel_take2_com hey I run a Trello automation consultancy and also have a platform to do more complicated automations if/when Butler runs out of scope: http://www.benkobot.com/ Feel free to drop me a line at team@benkoworks.com
-
@Kelli Lee on each card is an "activity feed". You can show/hide details. If you choose to show details then you'll see all actions including checklist item completion.
-
@TrelloGioia68 @Keli you can ensure any checklist you add to a card is on top with this Trellinator function: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/f2ff4386500fd833f159f14f30fc25bc You can install this to run in Google Apps Script:…
