Hi @Pierre Herman , The short answer is - No , you dont require a dedicated user account for Google G Suite to work with Jira Service Management ( Cloud). Customers can raise JSM tickets by directly sending email to an email id. There is a default one provided by JSM project, however in case you need to customize it, you…
-
Hi @Alexey If you have already using organizations and set the Request Type correctly, the customers should be able to access their tickets in the customer portal under the My Requests menu. Also kindly go through the below post to understand the behaviour of grouping customers into organizations.…

Hi @Neil Tansey Welcome to the Atlassian community :) For Service Management reports it’s possible to create reports for issues Created/Resolved, however only based on time series Its currently not possible to create custom ones. You can have a look at Marketplace Apps which satisfy the reporting use-case

I was about to recommend this new App which I came across yesterday in the Slack channel for Marketplace :)

Hi @[deleted] , Your configuration seems ok. Can you please check the Screen configuration and check if the Create Screen has the Attachment field included
-
Custom field names can be obtained by using the rest API https://<replace with your instance id>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/field Once you have the custom field id, you can refer to the examples provide in Automation for Jira to include the field value in the email template Hope that helps
-
Ok, got it .. In that case please have a look at some of the automation notification examples which might be of help to you.

Hi @Junko TAKAOKA Welcome to the Atlassian community. There are 2 ways for obtaining custom reports. a) Dashboard Gadgets 1. Create custom gadget in your Jira Dashboard ( JSM reporting use-case is limited) b) ServiceDesk Reports 1. As project admin, from your service project, go to Reports. 2. Use the sidebar to switch…

Hi @Efren Diaz Welcome to the Atlassian community. Which email notifications are you referring to ? Usually you get emails for create/update events. For very specific emails you can make use of automation for jira to send out custom messages BR Ajay

@Samuel Bar Are you sure the label is added in the Blueprint template. If so, use the template to create a new meeting note and the label appears once the page is saved

Hi @Imogen Morgan Jira Service Management Organization is a global entity, which can be added to multiple ServiceDesk Projects. In your case, from the screenshots it looks like you have created new Organization(s) but it seems like there are ServiceDesk projects which are associated with old Organizations and therefore…

@Parthasarathy Can you attach screen shots of the issue being faced?
-
Usually all attachments in the ServiceDesk is accessible by both the Service Management agent as well as the customer in the Portal page. As Jack mentioned you need to expand a bit on the exact issue being faced
-
Yup as Nic mentioned, ideally only the assigned Agent is supposed to be working on a Ticket.
-
Hi @Jamie Crawford Yes you are right.. it seems you do not have admin rights which allows you to install marketplace Apps. Usually for an Admin, the App installation is found in the top menu bar
-
Hi @Jamie Crawford All your requests are valid ones, but can currently be addressed only by installing App from the Marketplace. You can submit the feature requests here - https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa ( You may vote on existing open feature requests as well ( Example -…

@설혜리 Can you share the Step 2 screen at your end. I would like to know 'Assign Issues permission' details at your end. I dont see any other issue except for permissions

@설혜리 Below is the link https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/
-
@설혜리 Seems like you might be missing the necessary permission to 'Assign Issues' required by the 'Assignee' field . Can you check if you have the necessary permissions ( https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/) Step 1 - Select Configure field in Issue View Step 2 - Select…
-
@설혜리 , Can you add screen-shots of the issue for providing more context ? Cheers AJ

Hi @Muj Mumtaz Usually the addition is instantaneous and you shouldn't be facing any issue. Can you please check the Agent max licence is not exceeded?
-
Can you try https://foobar.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/search/?expand=metadata.labels&cql=label=some-label
-
Hi @Steven Ashton Apparently, when you make a request type "hidden" in JSD, it's doing more than simply making it not shown on the list of request types. It's actually prohibiting users from seeing the request type.
-
Hi @[deleted] It could be due to several reasons. Slow network, Issue with the released App etc. Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app?
-
Hi @Manish Ghosal To answer your specific questions- What are the charges? - There are no charges for using the JIRA REST APIs. You can get started by going through the documentation - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/getting-started-with-connect/ And where does it get billed? On my application OR on my…

Hi @Ruhi Tanwar Just check if the custom field JQL query is working for you as intended before trying out the JQL query in Automation for Jira. Otherwise your query is quite similar to the example provided below https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library#/rule/1357359/25943481
