Hi @Fabien Boisson, assuming there is no other project admin of this project that could also help, you need to reach out to your Jira administrator to grant you the Administer project permission. You don't need to be the project lead to administering your project. Now, depending on what you're trying to achieve, which…

Hi @Terri Yeago, look at the "Time to first response" SLA configuration, especially the "Finish counting time when," where you need to ensure it will stop when you set the ticket resolution, for example. You don't need to have a previous comment to get that working. Once you review that, you should be able to see the SLA…

Hi @Ranganath HV Gowda, since you mentioned 10+ groups and 100+ users, you might have exceeded the maxParameterCount. The article below explains how you can check that in the logs and work around it, which should be primarily through groups.…

Hey @kenneth.gomes, I don't believe there is an endpoint where you can export all the "fix versions." If you need a raw list without their details, you could create a filter and show all the "fix versions" on a gadget/dashboard. There is a similar post that might give you more insights into that. Have a look.…

For your case-1, you need to check the logs. It's not normal what you're describing at all. In your case-2, this message relates to the page restriction, not permission—although it says "permission." Likely, there are other restrictions higher up in the page tree that restricts you from seeing this page.

Hey @Joerg, I hear you. I looked around and found some references that touch on this, and you can also find several other related suggestions linked to these. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6361 * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6206 There is also an excellent article where you can get more insights into the…

Hi @Prasad Nagarale, as space admin, you should be able to remove restrictions from pages. When you say, "not allowing me to do," what message are you getting? After clicking the lock, are you still able to find the page under the restricted page settings? Also, what space permissions do you have beyond space admin?…

Hi @Joerg I haven't yet needed to take action on members in bulk, but I'd look at APIs. One possible solution to address that, for example, could be through the APIs. You can add a user to a group "in bulk" using the API, which grants access to your product. *…

Hi, @Ashwini Prasad. Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm assuming you're in Jira Cloud since you're posting on the JWM product area. Let me know if that's different. You can set up project permissions and role-based access to control access in Jira Cloud. You might be able to look at your product access settings. Have…

Thanks for jumping in, @Julia; that makes sense. I have all the badges from pro skills badges or skill builders courses, which link to CertMetrics and, therefore, appear on the University tab in the Community.
-
#1) The Certmetrics portal picks up the user you're logged in to. It's not reserved for Atlassian people but for anyone who takes the certification. #2) Yes. They are different places but linked when you're using the same email. To make a successful connection to your Atlassian ID, your Atlassian Certification Portal…

Okay, great question. Have a look at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Feedback-Forum-articles/Display-your-Certifications-on-the-Atlassian-Community/ba-p/1375505 that should address that for you.

Here it goes: * http://go.atlassian.com/learnerprofile

Hi @Federica Marchetti, it might take a couple of days for the certs to show up. It happened to me. However, if your certs haven't shown up after a few days, I suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian through the Support Desk since linking the credentials with your community profile should be straightforward.
-
To add to what Mohamed has mentioned, there is an open request on Atlassian public issue tracker that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-64575
-
You need to link your account by clicking on the "connect" button. * You can link the account also from the University tab by clicking the Connect button on Already certified? block * Read and accept the service agreement * After linking, your certifications will be displayed on the University tab, as well as a number of…

I don't believe you can achieve that in one step, and you can likely implement that in a few different ways. One way would be by saving the previous status in a custom field or property and accessing it through the comment event. Assuming you saved the previous status and the transition is valid, you should be able to add…

Hi @Federica Marchetti Yes. Have a look at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Training-Certification-articles/How-can-I-display-product-certifications-in-my-Community-profile/ba-p/1593274

Exactly. My two cents: kb that discusses the situations where a sprint may show up on multiple boards: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/sprints-appearing-on-multiple-boards-in-jira-server-779159068.html
-
There are a few ways. Besides what Nicolas shared, you should also be able to get what you're looking for at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/check-which-board-type-is-scrum-and-kanban-in-jira-1167722632.html.
-
You can also filter out content you don’t want your customers to see via labels in the customer portal if it's a JSM kb article. Still, restrictions are definitely more granular and appropriate to "hide" a specific article across the board, as Fabio suggested.

This is configured at JIRA_URL/secure/admin/ConfigureCrowdServer.jspa. You won't see the password, but you can set a new one. For more details, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-to-crowd-or-another-jira-application-for-user-management-938847056.html

Hi @Laurent Souza Ferreira, have a look at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/allow-customers-to-choose-approvers/.

Hi, @John Kramer. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'd say yes. Perhaps, it's not the snippet you're looking for, but you can have an embedded Confluence page using "Smart Link." Have a look at the article below:…

Although you won't get a button or link where users can "click," a webhook should do the job, assuming an event-based behaviour would work for you. For example, you can use ${issue.key} as a variable in the URL and the issue-created event. You need Jira admin global permission to set this up, which also gives you access to…
-
Hi, @Firas. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You will need an app to achieve that. I have created something similar using ScriptRunner for Jira, but you can also build that using other apps. Which apps do you currently have?

Is the date field displaying correctly and the CSV displaying 12 am? Or are both showing "12 am"?
-
Okay, not easy, but I'll try not to post cryptic docs :) So, {{now}} should return the current date and time UTC. Could you please provide more details on how you're using it? Does your automation populate a date field that you export to a CSV from the search results?

Here is my scenario: * "Allow customers to create accounts" is set at <SITE>/jira/settings/products/servicedesk/customer-access * Five service projects (company and team-managed projects) * "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins" is set in all five service projects' customer permissions. The…

Okay. I tested it on my end. I just wanted to eliminate the permission combinations that would lead to this. Although you mentioned they are identical, having both set to "Allow customers to create accounts," another parameter that changes it is set as "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins"…
