Hi @Janaki.R, you definitely need an app to achieve that. I've done something similar using ScriptRunner, but I'm sure you can find other apps that can help you as well. It depends on your experience with scripts and how variable your template description string can be. That said, which app are you currently using?

I believe you're referring to Using the Jira Power-Up, which, indeed, states the need for your Jira Server/DC to be accessible on the public internet. * If you're connecting to a Jira Server, you'll first need to install the Trello Connector for Jira Server app to your Jira Server. However, please be aware that your Jira…

@Mike Robinson, you can configure your firewall for Trello by following this article. Please have a look at the guidelines; it may help you with your use case. * Configuring your firewall for Trello Cheers, IL.

Hi Shane, no problem. I'm glad it helped! IL.

I don't have a favourite one either, but first coffee...

Well, assuming you're using ScriptRunner or any other app that handles your groovy, you could try something like: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.issue.fields.CustomField def selectedDomain = ComponentAccessor.getCustomFieldManager().getCustomFieldObject("customfield_15502")…

Hi @dmitry_maslov, organizations can't be deleted. There is a feature request, ACCESS-81, to address that. What is the reason you want to do that? Perhaps, we can better assist you if you can describe your use case.
-
@Lakshmi Yaganti, It seems you're using groovy to handle your use case. Which app/add-on, and Jira version are you on? I just wanted to get some clarity on that so we can better assist you here.

@Shane Monroe, there are a couple of options you can handle this. Regarding export users from Jira and import them into the "new" Confluence, you can utilize apps to help you do the work (e.g., Confluence CLI, among others). Alternatively, you could do a backup site export/import and get Confluence upgraded to the target…

Hi @jemma bowden, did you have a chance to review the Confluence pre-migration checklist? Have you tried selecting one or just a few spaces to see if you can isolate this behaviour to a set of spaces?
-
Hey @dellagustin, there is no segregation from a permission perspective. However, you can achieve this by removing the Reporter field from the edit screen operation. Have you explored this option? It should address what you're looking for.
-
This is definitely possible, and you can achieve this with different apps - like the one mentioned by Nic. Which one are you currently using?

Welcome to the community, @Renzo Isola!

I had the same one. Classic! I loved the snake game. I remember spending hours playing it.

Welcome, everyone! 😄

So happy to see Maggie 🐶 featuring Report #13. Congrats everyone! 👏🏻

Hi @Mareike Müller, I'm sure that there are different apps to help you to achieve this. In the past, I've done something similar using ScriptRunner in a Server/DC environment, where I extracted the content from the description in a post-function and scanned the string to find a specific set of words/characters. Obviously,…

Having the work/office/gym/everything in the same place, I still get myself revolving in a blurred boundary between work and anything non-work related.

Hey @Mareike Müller, associate users with tickets require the users/customers to exist in Jira. Jira Service Management gives you the ability to add new customers "automatically" by including their email address in the "To" or "Cc" field when replying to a request's email notification. Also, by signing up or simply sending…

Hi @William Kennedy. For now, as you can only create Sandboxes for each linked product, they will be created underneath your linked product's organization. Therefore, users will follow the authentication process as per your organization. You can, however, make your Sandbox available to the set of users you grant access to.…

Here's mine. Nothing sophisticated, but it makes me feel better. 😉

Well, mine is silly, but I'll share anyway. Maybe, I encourage others to share whatever they have. One of my Trello tics is keeping them the same standard. Cards with attachments display small clips underneath the title, cards with comments, a set of dashes, cards with checklists, the checkbox icon along with…

Oi Shirlei, só pra ter certeza, você verificou os grupos que estão associados com "Browse users and groups" global permissions e também se certificou que o seu usuário é membro desses grupos. Mesmo assim, continua sem conseguir marcar outros usuários nos comentários?

Hey @Drew Gallagher, these are ITSM categories that apply to the IT service management template for classic projects. You won't find that in all project templates. You can learn more at: * What are ITSM categories? * How categories work in IT service management projects Cheers, IL.

Oi @Shirlei Favaro , voce possui a permissão global "Browse users and groups"? Da uma olhada nesse link e confirma se é membro de um dos grupos associados com essa permissao. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/ Cheers, IL.

Hey @Cameron Wiley, you can enforce two-step verification when you subscribe to Atlassian Access. You can also create policies and segregate which set of users want that to apply. You can learn more at * Enforced two-step verification * Authentication policies Cheers, IL.

Hey @Nakul Jamadagni, I've seen a similar situation, and how I got around that was reassigning the users/groups from the assignments tab on the Idp side and syncing again. Have you tried that?
-
Hi @Kristján Ævarsson, if you’re referring to the new issue view, yes. However, they’ll be able to switch back from their personal settings. Please note that from March 31, 2021, Atlassian will move all users on the old issue view to the new issue view. Have a look at *…

Hey @Heather Murch, to my knowledge, you can use your current/same site to address that. If you own multiple Server/DC licenses, you can start a separate cloud migration trial for each license with a unique SEN. Have a look at the following pages that might shed some light on that: * Free cloud migration trial * Cloud…

Even far from my hometown (Sao Paulo - Brazil), to me, along with the traditional NYE food, it all comes down to a great barbecue... 😋
