Hi @Raghav Mishra, I'm glad it worked. If this answer helped you, mark it accepted to help other users find it.

@Raghav Mishra, you would need to use the directory base URL. Have a look at Configure user provisioning with Okta. I have set up my okta integration a couple of times using this article, which worked like a charm. I hope that helps, IL.

Hi @Brian Haskins, you can definitely use your current domain. You need to transfer your products to the same organization. Have a look at Transfer products to another organization. You will get a centralized billing, SAML single sign-on and user provisioning across your sites under the same organization. I hope that…

@Tobias Hug, I have successfully configured that myself. I'm using AWS Route 53 as a DNS service. The only step that I did differently to make it work was adding the SPF text as a TXT record to my existing entry. Perhaps, you can try something similar on your side. However, you should be fine following the docs. Cheers.

Oops, I missed that. Again... Itacare, Bahia (Brazil)

Hey @Tobias Hug, have a look at this post and the suggested links on it. Perhaps, as you have already verified your domain, you may need to configure JIRA cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain. Cheers.

Thank you for putting that together, @Jimmy Seddon! Very very, very helpful!

Hi @Karishma, I came across similar questions to yours. You can take a look at them; perhaps it helps you as well. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Is-there-a-way-to-change-the-quot-Contact-us-about-quot-text-in/qaq-p/988748…

Well, as an update here, I'm getting timeouts with that many issues. I'm now playing with the number of issues to determine an approximate number that my site can handle without prompting a timeout. I didn't want to touch on the fact that 6k+ stories on a single release sound a lot, but I'm beginning to believe that a…

Welcome @Dipak k Aditya 🎉

@Mandy Ernst, I created a test project with 7000+ issues assigned to a version, and the version report loaded just fine. For the first link, in my case, "View Version 1 in Issue Navigator", it worked without any error. The subsequent links underneath the Status Report, where you've got the link "View in Issue Navigator",…

Perhaps, the ability to change, start over again, and not being afraid of that. Some people say we will change careers at least once during our life. I shifted my career entirely many years ago. Initially, a few thought it wouldn't be a smart move. Nowadays, I am pleased to help some of them doing the same.

Hi @Michelle De Mott, I tried different combinations with board filters, projects, configurations, etc., and I couldn't reproduce the same issue you described for the first part. I found this post describing a similar situation; perhaps it can help you as well. However, you mentioned that you have the version added to the…

Hi @Mandy Ernst, it's indeed really odd what you described. Did you have a chance to take a look at the View and understand the version report documentation? Perhaps you can double-check the functionalities on the last section, Understanding the Version Report, to help you troubleshoot. Also, when you mentioned "If I view…

Hey @[deleted], it's not available out of the box. There are a few suggestions related to this at the Atlassian ticket system. * JRACLOUD-69439 * JRACLOUD-68909 * JRASERVER-66573 (Server) You can also vote on these features/suggestions to increase their visibility and add yourself as a watcher to receive updates moving…

Hi @Rob Horan, you can find the official communication around the certifications and further changes in the following post and its comments: * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Training-Certification-articles/Updates-to-Atlassian-Certifications/ba-p/1507758 I suggest you add your comments and questions to the article as…

HI @Rodney Dsouza _Atlassian Certified Expert_, assuming you're using the Clone issue action, this action will not clone issue links, comments or attachments by design. You can set additional fields, including linked issues, along with other parameters as you see fit. Have a look at the automation actions docs: *…

Hi @Gonzalo Javier Mattar, this is not available yet. There is an open item JSWCLOUD-17872 that you can vote on, and add yourself as a watcher to receive updates moving forward. You also have an option to convert your next-gen to a classic project, where you can implement that through a transition screen. I hope that…

Hi @Bosco Fernandes, I'm not quite sure what you're trying to achieve. However, a JQL search can help you find issues with similar summaries. If this is the case, you can explore the Search syntax for text fields. If your use case is something related to duplicate tickets being created in your Jira Service Management, you…

For me, it's going to be the acoustic guitar. I used to play classical guitar every single day during my 20s and 30s. Changing priorities over time, without even noticing, I ended up playing less and less and less. Lately, I've been brushing up my skills and getting excited about that again. Last month I signed up for…

Your example made me remember when I used to explore all GTD apps hoping to find the perfect one. It's been a long time. Countless times I've tried them out. Evernote, Remember the Milk, NirvanaQH, Any.do, Todoist, OmniFocus (very powerful), etc... I ended up All-in with Trello, but not practicing the core, it's a GTDish...

Hi @Dean Margerison, when you log time on an issue, you can inform the date started, which can be in the past. In this case, your burndown chart will create an entry of the event type Work logged, and the event detail will describe the number of hours logged. Thus, the date in the burndown chart will be the same as the…

Hi @JANAKI RACHAKONDA, have a look at how you can configure renderers. You will find the renderable fields and a detailed explanation of how to use them as well. I would suggest taking a look at the Change a field configuration page, where you can set the appropriate renderer style. I hope that helps. IL.

Hi @Mike Davis, I assume you’re referring to issues moved between projects. This is not currently possible out of the box. There is a suggestion JRACLOUD-41039, at the Atlassian ticket system, that you can vote and add yourself as a watcher to receive updates moving forward. You will find ways of achieving this through…

Hi @Julien Osmont, you will likely find a solution in the following post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-questions/Hyperlink-in-Custom-Text-field/qaq-p/958151 Go to Project Settings -> Field configurations. Find your custom field and set the Wiki Style renderer for your field. Also, you can find more details…

@Max Sudik, I'm glad it worked. If this answer helped you, mark it accepted to help other users find it.

Hey @Max Sudik, this is an interesting one. To my knowledge, this type of behaviour shouldn't relate to Confluence Cloud, but with your keyboard configuration. I suppose you have tried on different sites, docs, etc. Anyways, you can check the docs on Keyboard shortcuts, markdown, and autocomplete. In the past, I…

Hi @Milan Šalka, this is not currently possible out of the box - see JRACLOUD-33719. Perhaps, the easiest way you can achieve this is by using CSV import to update your existing issues or you can use add-ons to script it. In addition, you can check Edit multiple issues at the same time to learn more. Cheers, IL.
