Hi @Dean Stearn, the scenario you described looks similar to this one, JRACLOUD-76648 and MIG-779, reported in the Atlassian public issue tracker. Have you checked if there is a team-managed project using fields with the same name?

Inevitably, you would need to "teach" your app or the importer what data is important so that once it learns it, it will be able to recognize it for future syncing. To some extent, the CSV importer does that if you save the configuration file. Again, I recommend exploring the apps I shared previously, Atlassian…

Hi @Hadas Hamerovv, in this case, you should use the following: issue.sprint.state == 'active' Have a look at Example validators (ScriptRunner) to learn more about how you can use validators. I hope that helps.

You might be familiar with the documentation by now, but if you haven't had a chance to look at it, I encourage you to go through the Importing data from CSV and How to export issue and comment in CSV with proper format to import in Jira. Also, you can share the problems you're facing along with a sample of your CSV file…

Hi @darren.johnson, the "configure fields" users' settings will display the fields based on the last options you have chosen. It displays only fields existing on the create screen on your screen scheme, so you might see that fields come and go based on project and issue type selection. As this is a personal setting, you…

Hi @Maxim Bayer, welcome to the Atlassian Community. If you have your data already in an excel file, it's natural to save it as a CSV to import it since Jira offers this option natively. You will find apps that might help you with the ingestion of excel data. However, in your case, why is the CSV option not working?

Hi @Dzmitry Berdnik, welcome to Atlassian Community. Are you looking to count the number of pages you have that fall under specific criteria? Let's say, pages with the last modified date older than 3 months and a title containing a particular word? Or is it something else like page history? Also, ultimately, what are you…
-
Yeah, this option should work. My APIs are all working with that, and I'm using v3.
-
HI @Bharani Selvam, are you able to see the cancel option for other boards? Also, were you able to see the save option before? The backlog quick entry typically uses the enter key to save your issue.
-
Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili. Yes, it's possible. As you might have figured by now, you will need some automation in place. One possible option is through Automation for Jira. Look at How to extend Automation for Jira with REST API calls and Advanced field editing - JSON. You should be able to get started by going through the…
-
@Iana, I'm curious. If it's relevant to your customers, why wouldn't that be for you? How is your user planning to keep track of that field? Who would be maintaining it?
-
@Aynes Varghese, there is no easy way to see all projects; you will view a small subset of that, as you noticed. You will find other posts in the community where users suggest SQL queries or groovy scripts to pull a full list. My question, though, is what are you trying to achieve by pulling a full list?
-
Also, check if the branched rule is restricted to the projects in scope.
-
I recreated the same scenario, different fields, though I got it working. You actually should be seeing more steps being logged on your Automation audit log. Try isolating the steps by changing things here and there, so you can make sure you're going through each of the steps. Also, I'm assuming the project permissions are…
-
Hi @Solveig Petersen, it should work. Did you set the scope to multiple projects and selected projects A and B? What did your Automation rule audit log say? I'd remove the second re-fetch issue data; I don't think you need that.
-
That's next level. Impressive. Great job 👏

Which version are you in? You should be able to clone links. If your issue has linked issues, you can choose to clone links but not selectively though. When you clone an issue, you have the ability to choose to include sub-tasks, attachments, and links. Same for Cloud (clone an issue) - assuming you've got the proper…
-
Hi @Sunrise Zhang, it should work. What's the actual value you have? \[GetStateStatusV4\] or GetStateStatusV4? Have you tried something like "Script Execution Order" ~ "GetStateStatusV4"?
-
Hi @Stephan Gruzinski, your file shows "29/Jun/21 0:00 a", and it should be something like "29/Jun/21 0:00 AM". That's the reason why you're getting the parse error. In the CSV import screen, If your date format is dd/MMM/yy h:mm a, your date should have the following format "23/Jul/21 0:00 AM". You will find the valid…

Make sure you choose the right date format that matches exactly what you have in your CSV in the setup screen. What I normally do is using excel for the bulk of work and final edit it using VSCode with some plugins, but any text editor works. My suggestion is to use it with 2 or 3 simple lines, a text editor, the date…
-
@Gavin Klose, I recreated the same scenario and ran into the same problem. It looks like we came across a known bug: JSDCLOUD-4737 - Basic search in JSD shows incorrect options when custom field restricted by project context. I used the workaround described in the ticket above, and it worked for me. Basically, using the…

Ok, let's not giving up just yet. I don't believe it's relevant for this use case, but it's a good point. In my example, Joao can access the project and see issues other than Task. I'll share my setup, and you can compare it on your end to spot if you see any difference, which can give you a clue as to where the…
-
Hi @Stephan Gruzinski, you should be using something like dd/MMM/yy. Have a look at Dates are not properly imported from CSV file, and make sure to use a plain text file and not excel to work on your file.
-
I have the same scenario, and you should see something like my screenshot. Assuming your Meta-42 was created after adding the restriction to the Administrator group, you should see the issue security. Have you tried adding the user to the role Member rather than via group? Just throwing some ideas out to help you…
-
Hi @Tim Peters, assuming you have those fields on the edit screen, can you change them through the edit screen rather than trying to change them on the view screen (pencil icon)?
-
Hi @Jonas Tidström. It sounds about right to me what you described. What did you get when you run to the permission helper? Go to the permission helper, select the user (Adam), the issue you believe Adam shouldn't see, and Browse Projects under permission.
-
Could you please share a screenshot of this custom field context? Also, to be on the safe side, is there only one custom field Product?
-
Hi @Valerie Hurwitz, have you checked whether the user has the Manage group filter subscriptions global permission?
-
@Trena Norcia, you can set to anyone with an account on your site to send requests by changing your service project access under customer permissions. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-project-customer-permissions/
-
Yes, there is. Have a look at Compare cloud migration methods. I'd suggest spending some time looking at Server to cloud migration guide, where you will find a nice guide to get started.
