@Shaurya Chawla, You can try a "#hex color" instead of "blue". If that does not work, I am sadly out of ideas. Note: This still works on Confluence Server 6.6.1. Not sure if this works on Cloud. - Jon

Thanks for the info about the upcoming OpenJDK. From the consumer side, I still want to know if I need to worry about these Oracle costs or if my Confluence/JIRA license includes the bundled Oracle versions. - Jon

@Dan Brirerley I believe Atlassian support has an 8 hour SLA to get back to you. This was one of the selling points to pay for their premier support. Have you posted your question / issue on the community site? A lot of Atlassian team members monitor these posts.

@Alex Bunk, Using the Announcement Banner for Confluence plus your IT incidents would be a manual process. The banner gives you access to an HTML area where you can code your announcement - - - then enable or disable for the public. Thanks for the information. I think my only work around is to create another filter that shows unassigned items, but label the filter "Team tasks".

I literally just enabled content in the announcement banner macro. Currently the 'Recently worked on' page says "Something's gone wrong. Try again later.". After my webex, I'll disable the announcement banner and see if that was the culprit.

Our team is brand new to collaboration tools so task management (though JIRA and Confluence tasks) has streamlined processes. We currently work out of shared network drives and Lotus Notes... I hope these products are adopted corporate wide - in progress.

Hello all, New member to this group. Looking to make it to one of the Chicago meet-ups soon. I am an applications administrator, currently maintaining our Confluence and JIRA CORE environment. Will be looking to pick your brains on how to upgrade JIRA CORE to JIRA Software :)

Thanks for bringing up this topic by the way. I now have ideas on having 1 file list with everything tagged. Then display "content by label" macro on various pages which act like SharePoint document views.

@Roberta Morning. Labels in page templates are just for the pages. If you want, I can move this request into the marketplace and see if any 3rd party vendors would want to develop this solution.

Think of multiple attachments macro on one page as a mirror. Each mirror is showing the same files but you are telling mirror A to only display X label and mirror B to display Y label. If you delete a file out of one of your file lists, it will be deleted from the others. I don't believe the functionality to auto-tag…

Hi @Roberta, The functionality you are requesting is not in the attachments macro. Have you tried clicking the attachment icon (paperclip) at the top of the page right after uploading the files? You can sort by creation date and add labels to the necessary files. - Jon

If you are on cloud, you won't have access to the database. Please contact Atlassian support and they should be able to confirm the accounts (and service accounts) for confluence-users.

@Nathan Watterson, Confluence-users comes from your internal directory. The internal directory probably has admin/service accounts you used during setup. You can identify the admin accounts though SQL: SELECT *FROM [Confluence].[dbo].[cwd_user]<br>WHERE directory_id='1'
