Sam, Thank you for the feedback! Jon

@Hayden Barnes the {{page.author}} variable is not selectable out of the box.

Hi @Morgan Wang , The following enhancement request was generated on my behalf if you would like to check it out: CONFCLOUD-79611: Enable Customization of the Company Hub URL One additional consideration: Give us the ability to reposition the community hub link in the global navigation. * In my situation, I would like to…

Hi @Nicolas Grossi , We print stuff here so I need the results in a JQL. Unfortunately there is no print / export functionality from the list view. - Jonathan

@Barbara Acker I don't believe so, but if existing pages are being modified, they would automatically be put into Draft status on next publish. For any page that exists which hasn't been viewed, they won't show a status until they get modified. Next I am looking into inactive pages, how to review, and tie in Needs Review…
-
@Ken Young In automation, I found I can only utilize page status data with the {{smart values}} condition. * In my case, when published and page status = Empty, change the page status to Draft. This fails when I try the CQL condition, but the smart values condition seems to work.

@Mohammed Yousuf We are not purchasing an add-on for this situation. It would be nice if you could get that search functionality in the native application ;)

Nice parking job as well!

Would you consider improving file management in Confluence to become more of a SharePoint competitor? My company is having an internal civil war when it comes to our hybrid environment, it would be nice to standardize on one product (Confluence Cloud).
-
See above.
-
Since you are on the standard plan, I would recommend creating a space template with your table in it, make a repeating event within your calendar, and then create a new page when you get the reminder. You would pick your template during the page creation. ... or pressure your admin to upgrade Confluence to the Premium or…

@Jérémie Skornik Here are all of the smart values available: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/smart-values-in-confluence-automation/ To handle your request, Atlassian would need to make a new smart value called {{page.mentions.users}}. Thus, automation would email "anyone mentioned on the page" your…

Hi @Jérémie Skornik The approvers in my case are always the same so I hard code their emails in the TO: line. Your case seems more complex and I am not sure if this automation will be helpful. I'd suggest creating a support request and see what Atlassian suggests. Cheers. Disclaimer: We are not using this automation yet,…

I was driving up to the Wisconsin Dells this weekend and could only think "why didn't I use branch actions instead of creating 4-5 automations...". I may revise the item above at some point.
-
Support is looking into this request. Will keep you posted.
-
It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to automate the following: * When page published - restrict to {{page.author}} Anyone know if this is possible?
-
SUCCESS! I am going to update my content above. @Uday Kiran Bhaviri Thank you very much for the help.
-
@Uday Kiran Bhaviri I see what you want me to do, but I am having an issue with the CQL. Could you let me know the proper formatting?
-
The new answer now is utilize Jira Automation.
-
Per Atlassian, the date format should be set to "dd/MMM/yy h:mm a". After attempting the import, the resolution dates populated accordingly. Since my CSV had multiple types of date fields, I had to do two imports (initial import and one to fix the resolution date).
-
Thought maybe there was a conflict with the resolution date if updated date is today. Attempted to import Updated Date (10/18/23) and match it with Resolution Date (10/18/23), but this was not successful.
-
* I just deleted the custom field resolved. * Here is the mapping.

@John Hooper Has this been rolled out to all customers? I am viewing my sandbox and PROD environment, but I do not see these features.

We had the same experience when pulling in project information after migrating to the cloud. We found the page properties report and excerpt include macros would load faster if those target pages were not using 3rd party macros. Could you supply an example of one of your target pages? I would also suggest opening a case…

You can also try incognito mode to get that prompt again.

Hi @Chuck Blakney , Every product will have security holes not yet discovered. I would advise chatting with an Atlassian Sales rep and have them open a ticket with your security concerns. https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact Note: We just migrated to cloud earlier this year and we evaluated Atlassian Access's IP…

@Max Foerster - K15t I do hope some day that Confluence's file management becomes on par with SharePoint. For now, I'll have the users download and re-upload the file onto the page if they need something embedded. Thank you for the response! Cheers, Jonathan

@Darryl Lee I don't know if my advice was good, but it was the only thing available at the time :)
