@Jack Brickey All of the same field information but in a different view. * We tend to control all branding and layouts on our reports. * The subscription email wasn't bad, but again, we want to format the results before sending it up to leadership. * I'd prefer not to give the users a CSV and have them modify everything to…

@Jack Brickey I am also in a similar boat... Let's say management wants formatted reports and they do not want to look at a dashboard (because they are old fashioned), what other options do we have besides exporting filters to CSV? * Exporting to WORD/HTML looks bad. * Are there recommended exporting/reporting add-ons? *…

Mentioning a team in the wiki description field works fine, but again, I am trying to do this in the automation description field ;)
-
@Stefan Salzl Can this process work for Atlassian teams as well? I tried to insert the ID for the team, but it comes up as unknown user.
-
@Stefan Salzl The test users got the notifications as desired (after I added them to the project...). Thank you for your assistance.

@Mark Segall I created a new branch (for sub tasks) at the bottom of my 50 item automation which edits the summaries to your code; This works perfectly! Thanks!
-
Thanks Mark! I'll try this out and see which way the business would rather go.
-
Workaround: * Created new field called "Business User" (free text) * Automation will copy triggered summary into Business User field on sub task. I'd still like to know if there is a coding solution for this vs adding a new field. Cheers.

BINGO - {{issue.customfield_10015.plusDays(7)}} worked. Thanks for your assistance!
-
Start date wouldn't always be "now", it could be a future date. The code supplied would be due date = now +7, which doesn't work for my requirements.
-
Hi @Tim Perrault , See above. Thanks!
-
Trigger did not work.
-
Same issue. Parent's due date should be based on the parent's start date+7. I am planning to remove due date from the create screen, but want it filled out and available in view/edit.

@Srinatha Tondihal I've installed that app in our DEV environment but the app's view counter only starts when the app is installed/enabled; I need to see the view count over the lifetime of the target page. Is there no way to get the page view count from SQL? Even if the SQL for 'top 10 'most popular content (views)'…
-
@Srinatha Tondihal I want to know how many times a page was viewed. Space activity shows the top 10 'most popular content (views)', but I want to be able to do this for any page. Sorry, I didn't make that super clear in my question. Thanks, Jon

Disabling cache in dev tools did not work in my user's case. She was able to upload the file after creating the issue/task - so there is at least a work around on my side.
-
HAHA! Glad this is still being discussed. At least we are not calling it "Salesforce-ulence".

@Brittany Sudlow Would Atlassian have any documentation on how companies use Confluence?
-
Hi @[deleted] , I work at a shipping supplies company that utilizes Confluence for various use-cases: * Customer Service: Procedures - Training - Department Communications * Facilities: Project Management - Reference Materials - Procedures * Finance: Procedures - Troubleshooting guides - Calendaring * Human Resources:…

Hi @Julian , We also required a dropdown solution when we installed Confluence Server years back. Out of the box, Confluence does not have a dropdown feature. * Our only option at the time was to download the "EasyDropdownMenu" add-on. *…

Ok.. last one ;)

I have to index my mind because you are all over the place.

"I'd like to save you for later" "I see you visited my profile, but I don't have any notifications yet."

@Martin Bayer _MoroSystems_ s_r_o__ When adding your code to the custom post function, I am getting some errors. Could you take a look? Thanks, Jonathan

@Ivan Lima Thank you for that link. Unfortunately we are only returning 1 row which is not accurate. Note: We use active directory server instead of confluence internal directory. select u.lower_user_name, l.SUCCESSDATE from logininfo l join user_mapping um on l.USERNAME = um.user_key join cwd_user u on u.lower_user_name =…

@Derek Fields _RightStar_ Would you happen to have the same code for Confluence?
-
I would also like to know a bit about the Wiki component. Is it just SharePoint pages in the background?
-
Thank you. Our setup is a little funky so it looks like our group jira-core and jira-core-users both have application access. Thanks for your help.
