Great idea @Kristen Roth around making the poster!! Well to answer the question, in our team, we discuss the idea as soon as someone has one and really hash it out and then proceed towards a POC, though that does depend on the bandwidth available.
-
@Kristen Roth this definitely would help in the upcoming prioritization discussions :)

As much as we say that 'Change is inevitable, I have seen organizations having no defined process. But, most have the intent to define it and have helped a few take the hard decisions for implementing the same.

Hello @Ilaria For this, you need to count the number of comments on each ticket. Currently, this is not possible via the native functionality. This would require the usage of add-ons which can be found on the Atlassian Marketplace. Some examples are: * Comment Custom Fields for Jira with a functionality of a Count field…

Hello @Christopher Simonian This is an interesting scenario, something which I have never tried before. Now that I think, this is possible using Automation and a custom field. The Automation can be used to set the custom field to a particular value which is then used as a display column on the queue. For the Automation,…

Hello @Saagar Khimasia Welcome to the community!! In order to achieve this, you can create/ define components within the Jira Service Management and use the same for reporting as well. The components can be defined by the Project Administrator under the project settings. Kindly accept the answer if this helps.

Thanks, @Mandy Ross for the comprehensive introduction!!

Hello @Minkyung Kim (김민경) Welcome to the community!! The 'Content Report Table' macro displays a table of pages and blog posts with a specific label along with the creator and modified date. As you have mentioned the space as well, it will look for that label in the current space only and if the label is not found then it…

Hello @Paulina Mijal Using JQl this can be searched. Reference JQL for the given scenario would be: status changed FROM 'To Do' TO 'DONE' Kindly accept the answer if this helps.

Hello @mlee Welcome to the community!! For this purpose, the administrator can reassign all the tickets using the Bulk Update functionality from the previous account to the new account. Similarly, the ones where the user is a reporter can also be updated. The ones where an issue was commented using the previous account…

Hello @Jerome Welcome to the community!! As I understand the use case, you wish to update the status of the Story based on the status of the Sub-task. Atlassian has created a sample rule which aligns with this. This rule can be customised to align with your use case. Please share if you need help with the customizations of…

Hello @Ahsan Riaz Welcome to the community!! It is possible to manage assets outside of the network using insight. But you will need to update the insight manually to get the details into the Insight system as discovery might not be able to help you with that. The asset management features are mentioned here. Hope this…

Hello @Shikha Chauhan Welcome to the community!! I just tested the rule similar to the one which you shared and it works as expected. I would suggest you check the Audit log and that would provide you with details as to what went wrong. If possible, share the screenshot for that and I would be able to provide help with…

Hello @Reni Carlson The banners are amazing. Keeping them for later use as well :D

Hello @Fabregas4 Thanks for explaining the use case. Based on this, I would suggest using the combination of macros called 'Page Properties' and 'Page Properties Report'. These 2 together should help you implement this. The details and steps for implementation are mentioned in the documentation. Please let me know and…

Hello @Marek Sodolski As I understand the ask, you need to present the Impact field from the Jira issue on the Confluence page. Yes, this is possible and can be done as per the below screenshot. I hope this answers the query.
-
Hello @Marek Sodolski The Jira macro in Confluence can be used and customised for this purpose. Please find below the screenshot for the display options available with the macro. Kindly accept the answer if it helps.
-
Hello @Fabregas4 The use cases mentioned in the scenario are possible using different macros in Confluence. For example, on the Home Page, you can have the macro to chow the child pages where all the pages for servers (and others) would be reflected. Similarly, you can look at the native macro library and select the one…
-
Hello @Raju PSR Welcome to the community!! Using the native functionality, custom issue types (Feature, in this case) can be created. These issue types can then be used in a hierarchy as per the use case. As Story is a default issue type in Jira, this hierarchy would need to be maintained manually. Else, you can create…

Helo @alex.nielsen With the current pricing plan, I would suggest you create a separate project which has a clone for each epic and then use it to visualize on a Roadmap. Since the epics would be cloned these would always reflect the latest status. Also, Automation rules can be leveraged to create the clones.
