Hello @John Funk Glad to be a part of the group!! Here are my responses to the questions: * How long have you been using Jira products? Over 5 years * What influenced you to try Jira Work Management? Curiosity and willingness to explore what is new!! * What do you find most intriguing about JWM? Customizations and focus on…

Hello @Ricardo_Gomes This is an interesting case. In my opinion, to adhere to all requirements 2 step approval would be required. For both the steps, the request can be sent to both approvers and it can be set for single approval. This way all the mentioned requirements can be addressed.

Hello @Juan Carlos Cardenas Padilla Welcome to the community!! From the error message, it seems that the personalized email address mentioned is causing the error. I would suggest trying an alternate custom email address and checking it. Also, you can click on the links available in the error message for more details.

Hello @Prabhu Chilukuri In order to export the stories and the sub-tasks, it can be done using the JQL. If you want to group the user stories and sub-tasks as per the user story, that would require an add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace as the 'GROUP BY' functionality is not natively available in Jira. Please accept the…

Hello @Hana Kučerová Well, I had a trial by fire initiation to Jira, which now sounds funny as well!! While working on a critical project back in 2016, the SVP asked if I could help her with some dashboards in Jira, and till then my only experience was to update the stories assigned to me. For some reason, I agreed to help…

Hello @Pascal Graf Using the 'match()' function of the Jira smart values, you can identify the email address and then store it in a variable which can then be used to be assigned as Reporter. This can be set up using Automation. Details of the smart values can be found here.
-
Hello @Sean M The API documentation is basic at this time since it is being absorbed by Atlassian. Some of the documentation can be referenced here. Hope this helps.
-
Hello @rangel de oliveira machado This can be set up using Automation. The trigger would be when the issue type 'New User Creation' is 'Resolved', then one or many (as required) tasks are created. For each task, the summary and description can be defined as per the requirement. Please let me know if you need help with the…

Hello @Leo Please confirm if the users are managed using a 'Project Role' or if every user is added separately? In case the users are added separately to each project, then you will need to manage the permissions for each user. It would be easier if Project Roles are used; then the permission scheme can be set to Project…

Hello @Farhaad_n I doubt there would be any plugin to store the user credentials. For this purpose, you can explore the secure vaults available, which are not application (Atlassian or any other) centric and allow secure storage of user credentials.
-
Hello @Egor Kharlamov From the details available, this cannot be achieved using the native functionality available in Jira. This would require add-ons. I think that the Adaptavist Scriptrunner with Behaviours might help you with this use case. I would suggest you explore further the Atlassian Marketplace, to identify the…
-
Hello @Leo As I understand the scenario, you do not want the project to be visible even in the search and it should be visible to a limited set of people who have the required permissions. For this scenario, you need to edit the 'Browse Project' permission of the project and restrict it to a limited set of users. Please…

Hello @valentin Laubacher Welcome to the community!! By default, creating and applying custom templates for Jira projects is not possible. With that being said, there is a workaround that can be used for Company-managed projects. For this, please create a project with all the required configurations and keep it safe to be…

Hello @Aleem Shariff Here is the JQl that can help with this scenario: status changed AFTER startOfDay(-7d) Please let me know if there is any other scenario where you would need help with. Kindly accept the answer if this helps resolve the query.
-
Hello @Aleem Shariff For this purpose, different gadgets can be used based on the required details to be visualized. The JQL would need to be saved as a filter that can be used with the required gadget. Some of the gadgets which can be used are Pie charts, Filter Results etc depending on the use case.
-
@Arthur Harutyunyan From the screenshot it seems that not all the status have been mapped to the board due to which some of the issues are not showing up. Kindly check that.
-
Hello @Arthur Harutyunyan From the screenshot, it seems there is an issue with the filter. Kindly check that.
-
@Arthur Harutyunyan Kindly share a screenshot of the filter and the board settings. This will help in further troubleshooting.
-
Hello @Денис Шитягин Yes, that is the filter that needs to be verified!!
-
Hello @Arthur Harutyunyan This is really great!! With this, we are sure that the filter is working but the issues are not showing up on the Scrum board. As the next step, please check/ validate the following: * The filter is properly saved and named * The same filter is being used for creating the Scrum board
-
Hello @Arthur Harutyunyan Thanks for sharing the details. I usually take the step-by-step approach to troubleshoot such issues. I would like to ask you the following: * Is the filter showing all the issues from both the projects (Company managed and Team managed) with the label? * Do all such issues show up on the backlog?
-
Hello @miquel In my understanding this would be a feature request :) I would suggest you create a ticket for the Atlassian team to look at this request.
-
Hello @Денис Шитягин This is possible if you are an admin for the project. Please navigate to the board setting using the 3 dots in the right-hand side top and then edit the filter from the settings. Kindly accept the answer if this helps.
-
Hello @Mark Toledo As this is happening with a particular user and not in general, this would indicate an issue with the user account setup. I would suggest you open a case with Atlassian support team and take this issue forward.
-
Hello @Ganesh To manage such a large size table, it is recommended to use an add-on. There are multiple options available on the Atlassian marketplace. Some of those are listed here. These can be evaluated based on the exact use case.
-
Hello @Ashish Singh Kindly provide details like which charts are showing this behaviour, are these related to any add-on? The error screenshot would be highly recommended to provide appropriate response and guidance on the issue.
-
Hello @Sowmya V Welcome to the community!! In order to add more options to the already created, you need to navigate to the custom fields, click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the screen for the required custom field and select the option 'Contexts and default value'. From the screen, click on edit options to add,…
-
Hello @Arthur Harutyunyan This is something which I have done in the past. The steps which I usually take for this are as: * Create a filter to list all issues for the Company managed and Team managed projects * Navigate to the Company managed project * Create a new board of Scrum type * Create a sprint and add issues This…

Hello @sattar baig The feature set which you are looking at compares the Data Centre offering to the Server offering. The server offering has been retired and no longer available. The Jira cloud features with pricing can be referenced here. Feel free to revert if you have further queries about this.
-
Hello @Mel Jensen Try the JQL as "Epic Link" = PROJ-100. This is similar to the previous suggestion by @Avinash Bhagawati _Appfire_ but without the quotes for the issue id. KIndly share if this helps!!
