Thanks @David_A . Please try to create the automation rule like this: WHEN: Issue created IF: JQL condition: "Epic Link" in (EPICKEY-1, EPICKEY-2, EPICKEY-3, EPICKEY-4) THEN: Edit issue: Labels - Add/remove values (under three dots button) - Values to add: low-value
-
Hi @David_A , you should be able to use automation feature for this. What is your exact use case? Thank you. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation
-
Hi @Gwen , welcome! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
-
Fantastic! Thank you!
-
@Dave Borton A lot of people are not happy about this feature. I recommend you to send feedback to Atlassian as it is described in the comments of the provided article.
-
Hi @Dave Borton , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please look at this article - it is a new feature. Unfortunately it is not possible to change it back right now. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-dreams-coming-true-today-more-label-colors-available/ba-p/2132664

Hi @Einar Coutin , I believe you should have 3500 build minutes each month. I've marked this question for Atlassian to review this as it seems to me like a bug in a view of your account.
-
Hi @Fiqi Ferdiansyah , there’s no need for plugins, Jira itself contains it.
-
Hi @kishorebabu.kallepalli , welcome to the Atlassian Community! There can be really many reasons, why is your Jira slow, please look at this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-performance-issues-in-jira-server-336169888.html

Hi @W. Marshall , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please look at this article - it is a new feature. Unfortunately it is not possible to change it back right now. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-dreams-coming-true-today-more-label-colors-available/ba-p/2132664

Hi @Fiqi Ferdiansyah , you don’t need to use any application, this condition is available in Jira natively, it is called “User Is In Project Role”.
-
Awesome!
-
You can try to send request to REST API and find the user. Please look at this article, it is very similar to your problem.
-
@Helen Griffith Yes, last time I've used this functionality it included anonymous user activity (when you have some public content). Maybe you can start the trial for Premium plan and see, whether you get the data you want? Or create a new cloud test site with Premium plan and then cancel it?
-
Thank you. I’ve marked this question for Atlassian team to review it.
-
Yes, I believe so, @Hosein Nourani
-
Hi @Helen Griffith , you can find everything about the Analytics here. There are several places, where they are available.
-
Hi @Hosein Nourani , if you are logged in to Jira and you are using GUI, you can manage webhooks only if you are Jira administrator. I haven’t test this, but I expect the permissions will be the same for the REST API. So I don’t it is possible.
-
Hi @Matt Green , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I would recommend you to contact directly the Atlassian support - create an issue for them to investigate this. Or are you on a free plan, which means you can’t do it?
-
Hi @Bryan Meyerovich , I don’t think this is possible. I believe Assignee field expects to get accountId of the user, e-mail is not enough. How does your process look like? Is it possible to use User picker custom field instead of Text field with the e-mail? Thank you.
-
Congratulations, Jack! Well deserved! I’m very happy for you!
-
@Ronnie Wan If I get it right, it should be possible to use: {{triggerIssue.Test Template.[Squad attribute name in template object].[Squad attribute name]}} So, in your case probably: {{triggerIssue.Test Template.Squad.Name}}
-
@Ronnie Wan I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. Can you give me an example, please? Thank you.
-
Hi @Cristian Rovers , welcome to the Atlassian community! I would recommend you to create support ticket for vendor here - https://drawio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14
-
Hi @Madhumathi Raman , are you able to create support issue directly for the Atlassian team or are you on a free plan? Thank you.
-
Hi @Romain TEF , you Confluence is connected to some external user directory, is that correct? When you have this, it can be in read only mode, which means user data are read from this directory, but you cannot write from Jira to it. Probably your users need to be deactivated in this directory and after sync they will be…
-
@Ronnie Wan I'm sorry for the late answer, it took me a little bit time to test it. So, I've got: Custom fields: * "Test Short text" with type Text Field (single line) * "Test Select List" with type Select List (single choice) - values Red, Green, Blue, Black * "Test Date Picker" with type Date Picker * "Test Template"…
-
Hi @Jonathan Lamarre , I'm not aware of such functionality. If you want to be 100% sure, you can always contact Atlassian support. Feature request can be made in Atlassian Jira
-
Hi @Jonathan Lamarre , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't know about the possibility to turn it off, but maybe you can use Code macro/snippet?
-
@Ronnie Wan Please, what exactly is your use case, which attributes do you need to store?
