Hi @Ronnie Wan , I believe it should be possible, but be aware, that each type of custom field expects different formatted data - if the provided data is incorrect, custom field value won't be stored.
-
I’m sorry, @Alan Homewood , probably I can’t, it doesn’t sound like a configuration issue. Somebody from Atlassian needs to look into this.
-
Thank you, @Matthew Shield . I’ve marked the question for Atlassian team to look into this.
-
Hi @Matthew Shield , could it be you are on a free plan? There's a limitation for email notifications, see here.
-
But it doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe would you share more details of your use case? Thank you.
-
Hi @marvene , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I believe it is possible, I'm not aware of such limitation.
-
Hi @Jayadev , welcome to the Atlassian Community! How exactly are your epic and feature issues connected? Is it via Epic Link field? Thank you.
-
Hi @Kristin Lyons , yes, you will probably need to fix this in the database. I would recommend you to contact the vendor of this app (their support), so that they can help you with this.
-
Hi @Renan Rodrigues , your automations rules stop executing until the next time cycle begins.
-
Hi @Patrick Iverson , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm afraid you won't be able to repair this without the help of Atlassian support. I've marked this question for them to look into it, hopefully they will be able to help you.
-
@Lance Simpson I believe this search functionality is available only on the list of object schemes. Moreover it is not using IQL, but you need to enter for example name of the object.
-
Hi @Mouna Hammoudi , please see the documentation here. I believe you need to omit the groups attribute.
-
@SK If you are sending GET request, you need to add search query to the URL (parameter jql, plese see the documentation I've shared before)
-
@Lance Simpson Hi, this topic is about searching in Insight, not creating reports. I would recommend you to create a new question for this. Thank you.
-
Hi @john.fennell , welcome to the Atlassian Community! There shouldn't be any problems, it is very easy.
-
@wessel klein to filter flagged issues, please use JQL: Flagged = Impediment If you want only flagged issues assigned to you: Flagged = Impediment AND assignee = currentUser()
-
Hi @wessel klein , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I would love to help you, but unfortunately I don't know what do you mean by "marked" items. Flagged issues?
-
@Erna Putri Utami If abc is earlier than xyz, the value returned will be negative. So, I believe it should be like this: abc = due date xyz = start date
-
Please, see here. There's very rich documentation for automation feature.
-
Hi @Erna Putri Utami , you should be able to use "Advanced compare condition", something like: {{issue.customfield_xyz.diff(issue.customfield_abc).hours}} greather than 1 (just replace xyz and abc with ids of custom fields or use their names)
-
Thank you. I believe you can also use endpoint Get fields , but there are some rules.
-
Hi @Kristine Gemici , I don't think this is implemented. But I believe you should be able to create automation rule to set the dates to the parent issue.
-
Hi @Inna S , I would recommend you to use ids instead of names (and add proper comments to your code). Ids are unique identifiers of your custom fields. There can be more custom fields with the same name, so usage of ids is safer.
-
Hi @SK , thank you, this way you will get the whole HTML page, I don't think this will work for you. Usually Jira REST API is used - in your case you will probably need the endpoint Search for issues using JQL (GET)
-
Hi @SK welcome to the Atlassian Community! To what exactly URL are you sending your request (what is GIVEN_URL_2_JIRA)? Thank you.
-
Hi @Pritesh_Gohil , you can for example add some special labels to these tasks, so that you can filter them easily and use some dashboard gadgets for reports.
-
Great initiative, thank you!
-
Hi @Helene Brustel , I believe you can request this using Atlassian Jira.
-
@Mohamed Saad Taha This could be possible with Approval required trigger - smart value {{approval.addedApprovers}} can give you list of approvers and you should be able to add them to the sub-tasks' custom field Approvers. But it depends on the situation, for example when exactly do you create the sub-task etc.
-
Hi @Helene Brustel , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't think this field is supported yet, hopefully it will be in the future.
