Hi, I've first met JSM in 2014 - I've been working as a developer and it was love at first sight. Later I became admin of the whole solution (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket) and realized I want to do this as a full time job...

@Katrina Archer This tutorial has been created on the server version some time ago. Anyway, I can confirm the described behavior for the Roadmap functionality in the cloud version. From my opinion - it is not correct and I would expect to see the sprint data on the second roadmap too. You can try to suggest this change to…

@[deleted] I believe log out and log in should do the trick.

Welcome and enjoy, @Amanda Barber . If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Fantastic!
-
Hi @[deleted] , thank you - this is obviously server / DC Jira, but you are mentioning cloud login. Username : Used profile summary username mentioned in cloud login Please, what is cloud login for you? If you are able to log in to this Jira using username and password (using UI), the exact same credentials you will use in…

Hi @shubh , welcome to the Atlassian Community! If somebody has local copy of the repository, it can be easily pushed back.
-
Hi @Anna Arczynska , no, there’s not, status is the only option.
-
Hi @SaravanaKumar , I recommend you to create migration support issue directly to Atlassian. Hopefully you have some backup, because I’m afraid you will have to do some sort of recovery, but maybe Atlassian will come with something better…
-
Hi @[deleted] , welcome to the Atlassian Community! According to URL you have server / DC version of Jira, so you need to use password instead of token.
-
Congratulations @Rob Horan !
-
Great article!
-
Hi @Anette Noll , when exactly do you need this? What is your use case? These kind of conditions are problematic in cloud.
-
Really amazing!
-
Oh, I see. Without the access to log we cannot find out, what’s the problem, and as you are on a free plan you cannot create support issue. I have marked the question for Atlassian team to check it and help you.
-
Hi @Ali Samet Arıca , that probably won’t work. Do you have export permission in your space, so that you can export the space in XML?
-
Hi @Ivan D , if the field is multi-user, you will get list of users, so you should work with the field like this: def cField = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("Specialists") List<ApplicationUser> users = issue.getCustomFieldValue(cField) as List<ApplicationUser> if (users && users.size() > 0) { users.each…

Welcome @Alan Leonhardt . I'm sorry to hear about the job. I believe Atlassian knowledge will help you find a new and a better one! Good luck!
-
@Dave LIAO Thank you. You are absolutely right, for example some users wanted to continue with Structure and Structure.Gantt. But some key features were missing in the cloud version, so it didn't make sense to use it anymore. I also made the presentation of Advanced Roadmaps.

Thanks for sharing. I hope there will be some events in the Czech Republic in the future again.

Welcome and enjoy, @Jackie Lindsey ! If you have any questions. don't hesitate to ask!

Done :-)

Thank you. If I remember it correctly, Xray uses standard Jira issue links to link tests and test sets. These should be migrated. Have you tried to contact vendor of Xray about this?
-
Congratulations, Brant! Very well deserved!
-
@Barış Özer If you use currentUser(), it will always show the issues for the user, who uses the filter. So if your friend uses it, it will show issues watched by him.
-
Hi @Barış Özer , please try: watcher = currentUser()
-
Hi @Eduardo García Moreno , do you use some application for test management? There’s no such thing as test and test set in Jira by default, so it is not possible to help without additional information how these were created. Thank you.
-
Hi @Eran Nir , you will probably need some application to be able to do this. Are you on cloud or server / DC ? Do you have some applications installed? Thank you.
-
@Tomáš Vrabec Rádo se stalo :-)!
-
Hi @Tomáš Vrabec , setCustomFieldValue sets a custom field value on the Issue Object, but does not write it to database. So, I believe, you need to add the store method.
