Hi @María Luisa Parra , maybe some filter is active? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-for-cards-on-a-board/ Have you tried key “x” to clear the filter?

Hi @James Hu , is it really neccessary to have the brand referenced in the site URL? I would create more general cloud site for both countries (without the brand) and two different portals for your customers, each portal can be branded in JSM.…

Hi @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] , welcome and enjoy!
-
@Garrickshen if it doesn’t work - do you have any error message or something, which we can use to find out what’s going on? There are some other apps on marketplace you can try: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=Gitlab
-
Thank you. So, you want to get issue information (using GET request to Jira REST API). Then the answer is no, you don’t need SR installed on the second instance.
-
Hi @Eduard Diez , what exactly do you mean by “make code between two Jiras”? What is your use case and what are you trying to achieve? Thank you.
-
Personally I would try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218891/chat-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud first, but it depends on your more specific expectations.
-
Hi @Saqib Dar , yes, there are several apps on marketplace, which provides chat functionality: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira-service-management&query=Chat
-
Maybe there’s conflict between these two? I would recommend you to try the “official” way, which is described here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/integrate-gitlab-with-jira/

Hi @Asha Goyal , let’s assume the custom field, which is used for approval and contains approvers, is called Approvers. What I would do is add the field Approvers to the request type, hide it and set the default value to the project admin.

Jira doesn’t support third-party importers, so I believe the only possibility is to import data from CSV file (or JSON, but usually it is easier to create CSV file instead of JSON).
-
Hi @Nitu Kumari ! * parent - child (using Tasks and Sub-tasks issue types): yes, this is possible using CSV import, you just need to have some unique ids for each issue, see here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/ * Related, depends on (using issue links): it should…
-
Hi @Garrickshen , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Which application exactly are you using?
-
Hi @Ryan Sherman , I’ve never seen solution like this, attachments were always uploaded into the issue. Please, why is not possible to use OOB functionality? Why do you need them in a field? Thank you.
-
Congratulations and thanks for this event. I really enjoyed it!
-
Thank you for sharing your solution.
-
Hi @Cole Simonson , you should be able to create migration issue and Atlassian team will help you. Or you can always ask here, if you need some help :-).
-
No, I wasn’t able to solve it :-(
-
I few years ago I tested this and I wasn’t able to get rid of the link once it was created. Hopefully it is possible now, please let me know, if you try it. Thank you.
-
Hi @Cole Simonson , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, it is for example possible to export space and import it in the second instance. There can be some difficulties (in case there are different users or applications etc), but in general it is possible.
-
Hi @Chaitanya B , please what exactly do you mean by “Nova-POC”? Do you want to integrate with on- premise or cloud GitHub? Thank you.
-
Hi @Elsa Navarro , welcome to the Atlassian Community! All possibilities are listed in this article: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-data-residency/
-
Hi @Kelly Gomes , you should be able to get all worklogs for issue using GET /rest/api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/worklog
-
Hi @Chaitanya B , I believe it should be possible, see here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/integrate-with-github/
-
I didn’t know something like this is possible in Confluence. I need to explore it more.
-
Hi @Alvaro Anton , welcome to the Atlassian Community! I believe you’ve got it right, it looks like maxResults parameter is not implemented here :-(.
-
I didn’t know LaTeX is possible in Confluence. That’s great!
-
Alternatively, I'm aware of application which does this, it is called EpicTime for Jira - SumUp of Worklogs & Timesheets
-
Hi @Alex , AFAIK it is not visible in the history, because the value is not stored in the issue (= database). It is evaluated based on the script when you open the issue.
-
Hi @Sakina , please see this article, it should help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Automating-the-creation-of-a-Confluence-page-linked-to-a-Jira/ba-p/1760738
